They were very nice, fair and helpful.they done what they could,so that my wife and I are now able to have a bed today.yes God thanks.allah God due keep rent a center well off.for the sake of their helping hand of the poor.

Bought a set of TV and entertainment center along with a furniture set.Entertainment center was supposed to be delivered between 11 and noon that following week ended up waiting two weeks for it. When we called and asked about it they were extremely rude sayed they knocked and heard kids with no awenser while we all were home, slammed the phone down out of frustration because we called them out on not actually showing up, and the manager there saying I have the remote in my pocket! Well be there Tuesday between 3 and 4Made payments with them still showing up that following week even after paying to take the stuff I have been making payments on since April! Constantly getting phone calls about payments after I had been told I could change my payments when ever I saw fit. Didnt happen said it would cause to much of a problem.Phone calls at all times of the night after store hours are closed 6 days before payments are even due.

I rented a couch and love seat used they brought in bed bugs tore up my door to get the couch in and which us cost us every person that comes out here has cost us at least over 1000 for treatment that they should of should of done for untreated furniture that they said while insulting my wife and his name is Steve the manager at Markland in Kokomo and he wants to charge me for moving the furniture and for breaking lease of rent say do I have a case here I might be old and retired but I ain’t dumb and I sure as hell didn’t have bedbugs before I got this furniture what should I do and by the way bed bugs are very unviased!!!!!!
