I can’t say enough good things about this store.I’m from out of state (Ohio) it’s difficult enough to purchase a vehicle across state lines before even seeing it but it’s even harder to get wheels and tires installed without doing it yourself.I was able to coordinate putting wheels and tires on my wife’s new Jeep through Sandy (belle tire) and Ryan (auto salesmen) and literally couldn’t have done it without them. I haven’t installed wheels or tires aftermarket before and Sandy made it extremely easy. She explained all of my options and communicated with Ryan to get the vehicle dropped off and picked up after the work was completed.I am extremely impressed with the shops communication and efficiency. I would 10 out of 10 recommend to anyone looking for wheels and tires!

Theres a reason theres a high turn over of workers here; the good ones leave. Its not hard to perform an oil change, yet they managed to mess this one up. The fluids indicator was left part way out and the oil level was low.Ive been coming here for awhile, but my last 2 visits have been less than stellar.Go elsewhere, the Meineke across the street is much better.

My husband and I just bought new tires for our mini van yesterday for a long distance trip we were taking with our children for fall break. They were quick to get us in which we appreciate as we were leaving in less than 48 hours. Immediately after driving off the lot I felt vibrations which we did not have prior with the older tires. I immediately called my husband who then drove the van and agreed. He had to take it back in to have them rebalance the brand new tires. Here we are now 4.5 hours into our trip with the same awful vibrations. Its so significant even our young children are asking about it. Just for reference we did not buy the cheapest tire on the market either. Guess when we reach our vacation destinations, if not before, we will be stopping at a tire shop to have the tires properly balanced!!! Very discouraging when you spend as much as we did on tires to have this type of experience.

Made an appointment for 11 am. When I dropped the car off I was told it would be and hour or less. I walked to another store did some shopping for an hour came back and my car hadnt been touched! They lost the slip and didnt even have my name on the board! There was no apology whatsoever! I wouldnt give them a dollar after they wasted my time! DONT MAKE APPOINTMENTS IF YOU CANT KEEP THEM!

My experience was fantastic. I was from out of town and had a flat tire. The guys at Belle Tire went above and beyond to get me back on the road and home. The assistant manager stayed late just so my car could get repaired before they closed for the night. Thank you so much guys - you are awesome!

Lied about brakes. Got tires for our Dodge Journey. They inspected brakes and said they had 1.5 mm left on rear brakes. I bought brakes to change myself and found the rear brakes to be just fine. No need to be replaced for many miles. Alot more than 1.5 mm left. Not even close to needing to be replaced. Great deal on tires but they want to make there money on other services.Contacted customer service and Belle Tire corporation has made this right. They admitted fault and took care of the situation. If you have issues with local chains contact them, and they will take care of you. Very happy with the final outcome. Now hopefully the local chain will show the same customer service in the future.

We were traveling from northern Michigan to southern Indiana and stopped for gas. When we went to start the car it wouldnt start. We went for help at Belle Tire, it was close to closing time. The employees were extremely helpful and were able to diagnose the problem with our car just from listening to us. They were fair, honest, and upfront about what needed done. They stayed late (on a Fri evening), did the work, and we were able to get back on the road in just a couple of hours. They were all very friendly and made an unpleasant situation go very smooth. They definitely went above and beyond, we are so thankful! We would recommend Belle Tire for all your auto needs.

I showed up to this store unannounced to get my father’s truck repaired. The valve stem was bad. The shop’s schedule was packed for the day but they used excellent managerial skills to fit me in ASAP! Due to their customer service skills and perhaps luck, I was able to get the service I need that the other tire shops weren’t willing to help with.

I have been a loyal customer with this branch for the past four years. I have to say that within the last year the quality of management and over all mechanical skills of the employees have gone down hill….way down hill.I use to enjoy the fast service and quality services this store offered. They were never the cheapest but because of their speed and reliability it was worth it.All of that is gone. The head manager is rude. I don’t know where they dug her up but they need to but her back. The mechanics have no clue what they are doing.Sadly I thought I had a garage in Kokomo I could trust but I have to now look for another.Please take my advice, don’t bring your business here. Go anywhere else.

First time customer: Purchased a used vehicle (privately) that had just been equipped with new tires from Belle Tire. About 12k miles on them and I had ran over a screwdriver that went all the way into the tire. Brought it to them and the warranty wasnt transferrable but they fixed the tire free of charge and in a timely manner. Nothing bad to say about this place as I had a great experience.

My tire had nail in it and was flat..took to shop and they repaired it for free..excellent service..Reps were pleasant..Goodbye Discount Tire. 😉

Ended up 6 hours total, 3 total trips of them fixing tires, ended up buying 4 new ones, THEN found out after taking it to another tire shop for alignment that the front tires were NOT balanced correctly. FREE FIX OR NOT, NEVER AGAIN!!! DO NOT PUT TRUST IN THIS PLACE!!!!!

They saved me today and its one of those days 🙄 and I would buy the warranty for sure!! They back it and Ive had two tires fixed buy them and if they cant patch them they really give you a brand new tire. The guys were Awesome!! Thanks you so much

Very thankful for Kokomos Belle Tire, and representative Kole, who helped me make things right with my car. I had been sold some used tires that, unbeknownst to me, two of them were on the verge of blowing. The two tires in question were replaced by Belle Tire at a very, very fair price. Pics were old tires before I bought the used set from a company in Anderson called Browns Tires. Beware of them, as they are shady and dishonest people. Thanks again, Belle Tire, for keeping my loved ones and I safe.

I took my Jeep here to get tires. The next day I felt a vibration when I got to highway speed. I had to make an appointment later in the afternoon just to see what was wrong. All 4 tires were out of balance. One quite a bit. The guy advised that we probably hit a hole or something, not that their tech didnt know how to balance tires. Keep in mind that ALL 4 were out of balance. We drove it 2 days and all of a sudden the front end shook so badly it made my wife sick to her stomach at 60 mph.I call in again. They want me to drop off my vehicle because they are booked up until at least Tuesday. Crazy I have to wait to get their foul up fixed.

I was at a racing event when the alignment on my car slipped, throwing everything outta wack. They got me in same day and did a custom alignment for me. Would recommend.

Had an scheduled appointment on sat for 4 tires and an alignment at the Kokomo Indiana branch. Guy looks out the window and says My guy is on vacation, i wont touch it. A tire shop that wont change tires??? 20 rims on a mustang is nothing special. I walked into Discount tire and they had me out the door by 430..Will never go back

I must say that I was pleasantly surprised today after driving all the way to Kokomo for a mattress at Sam’s club, with my trailer in tow, only to find that one of my trailer tires was low. I stopped by a quick oil change place but they said their air hose won’t reach outside, but Belle tire just down the street has free air. So I drove down there to get some air, and when I unscrewed the valve stem cap, I discovered the my stem was dry rotted, and leaking badly. Not sure how I made it all the way to Kokomo on that tire, but anyway, it took them bout 20 minutes to repair, while Mike Cecil and I walked laps around Meijer. When I walked in to pay for the repair, they said they repair tires for free...🤯🤯I had no idea. They actually had to remove the tire to install a new valve stem, and it was FREE!!!I checked their website to see if Indy locations offer the same free service and could not find anywhere, so I chatted with Jeffery, who told me all locations offer this free tire repair service. 👍👍

Had my F250 Super Duty in for alignment. Austin the Alignment Tech done a fantastic job Spot On! I also want to add that they worked me in twice because I was unable to make my appointment. I make my living with my truck. I was in and out in less than an hour. Very hard working and courteous staff and SUPER CLEAN Faculty. Highly recommend doing business with them in Kokomo.

I recently purchased 4 new tires from them. After ward, I was back in there like 5 times due to the fact that every few days my low pressure light would come on. They would tell me every time that the problem should be fixed and blaming it on my sensors. They even booked an appt for me, I show up, and they’re closed. Never once called and let me know that was happening. That’s when I had it with them. How unprofessional. The fifth time I was in there, they finally proceed to tell me my wheel is cracked, which was why I kept losing air. Wow, That would have been nice to know. Never felt like my car was being taken care of in there. They won’t be getting anymore business from me.

Asked them to do a safety check on my vehicle and they said all was fine for an 8 hrs trip. Well I make it to Kentucky but barely as my cv joint was messed up and almost broke into my engine. Scariest trip Ive had plus almost a $1000 later for emergency help from a shop since it wasnt able to drive any longer. Will NEVER return here again. Unprofessional and unqualified.

Was in the lobby waiting to get a price quote on a set of snow tires for my car and overheard a conversion of an older customer and a sales woman named Sandy. To say I was shocked and absolutely at disbelief how this person was speaking to these customers is an understatement, I literally turned around and walked out the door. I would ride a bicycle in the middle of winter before I gave this place any money for tires after witnessing this treatment. Wont happen again, lesson learned.

Would not replace tire with bulge on side had less than 50 miles on it

Not the best experience. Picked out my tires and scheduled my appointment online a week before my appointment day and time. Arrived early at 8:30am for my 9:00am appointment thinking they might be able to get started early only to be told my tires had not arrived yet (mind you they had an entire week to get them or call to let me know of a delay). I was told the truck should arrive by 11:00am. So I waited nearly 2 1/2 hours in the parking lot, and eventually chose to leave at 11:00am. I was done waiting around for tires, and I wasnt convinced they would get there that day. I did receive a phone call and vmail at 3:30pm the same afternoon letting me know my tires were in and they were ready for me, but I had already taken care of it. I stopped by Discount Tire after leaving Belle Tire, and had new tires on my car before Belle Tire had ever called me back. I understand delays happen, but their communication with me was sub par. They could have even offered to find other tires for me, but that didnt happen either. I felt like they really didnt want my business. I really hope others have a better experience than I did. My suggestion would be to call ahead to make sure they actually have your tires if you picked them out and scheduled it online.

I bought tires there back after stimulus check came out I am still having to put air in driver side rear tire l am not sure what the problem is.. But I like to have it looked into and fix it cause cold weather coming and I would hate to mess with keeping inside tire.. Business wise I had or have anhy issues with.

As others have mentioned in their reviews, the manager Sandy Young is one the rudest/most unprofessional people I have ever dealt with. She immediately gets an attitude when you ask questions and speaks down to everyone she talks to. My mind was blown sitting in the lobby listening to the way she speaks to people. This matter seriously needs addressed because we know several people who refuse to step into the Kokomo location because of her. She should be in the back changing tires and not up front answering the phone and speaking with customers, it’s truly embarrassing and ridiculous.I do not wish to be contacted regarding this review, instead you should take the time to investigate/handle your out of control employee.

We were traveling through the state and got a shard of metal in our tire which caused a slow leak. We pulled into this facility and knowing we were traveling the staff got me right in and within 45 minutes I was back in the road with no charge. This is actually the third time in my adult life I’ve had car trouble while away from home and each time got great service from conscientious garages. Way to go Belle Tire. Next time I’m in need of tires I’m getting them from you. Thank you.

I would definitely not recommend this place for mount and balancing. Balance is completely off vehicle has a hop to it and will have to pay to have it redone. The service took 2 1/2 hours to finish nearly a full hour beyond what the stated. Dust shield was left bent up and rims were covered in hand prints and dirt. On top of all that the pressure for each tire was off on every wheel. Easy tasks To complete considering this is a tire shop.

So disappointed in the quality of work recieved. Purchased 4 new tires. Fast forward a few months, I Got a flat, took it in for repair.(under.warrenty didnt pay anything) Left feeling confident and happy flat was repaired. That was short lived the same tire was completely flat by morning... switched the spare and went in again to have it repaired or replaced. Was told the person who worked on my vehicle wasnt there today and that they were very busy Id be waiting anywhere between 5 and 6 hours. No Apologies were given for a faulty job, no other help was offered. Just a simple wait until 5 pm and we might be able to get to it. (it was 1pm when I took it in the second time) long Story short, we took it elsewhere. Extremely disappointed with the attention and quality of work. #Negligent

I had a nail in my tire and took it in there, and they plugged it and checked all the tires and didn’t charge me anything. Because of this I took my dads 2006 dodge Dakota in and got new shocks and struts put on. Absolutely awesome service and timely work. I know some of these guys personally, and they are stand up people. Thank you guys for the awesome customer service.

Ive done a lot of business with Belle Tire. Ive been a customer with them since they opened in kokomo. The previous and original manager would adjust pricing and did what he had to do to keep your business. Over the past year Ive noticed a gradual decline in quality of service and outrageously high pricing on anything that required a mechanic. Last week was the last straw when I went in for an oil change and decided to get a price on rear brake pads. After having the vehicle for 4 hours I received a phone call informing me I didnt need any brake work. I laughed and assured them there was an issue with the brakes. They told me they would look at it again and was informed that I did in fact need pads and rotors. My mouth hit the floor when they said $417. I told them I would never be back again and I walked across the street and bought pads and rotors. I returned home to install them myself just to discover the rotors did not need replaced. I replaced the pads, greased the slide pins on the calipers and returned the rotors. The total was $28. Im extremely insulted by price gouging and I shutter to contemplate the number of people that grossly overpay daily for services. Ignorance is bliss for some but Im definitely not one of those people. Im extremely disappointed but relieved that this nonsense has put me back on my wrenches and renewed my determination to teach my kids how to do things for themselves. They wont be taken advantage of by predators like Belle Tire in the future.

The Kokomo location is horrible!!!! I took my car in for an oil change they said it would take about half an hour. 45 minutes went by so I asked the lady at the counter how much longer it would be and she said they had not even started on it yet. They had 1 mechanic working on 4 vehicles at the same time. I got my keys and left. Went to Jiffy Lube and was in and out in 15 minutes.

Would give zero stars if possible!Short story: Poor service ending in damage to vehicle!Long Story:My mother went to Belle Tire in Kokomo to have 4 new tires placed on her minivan. First, she had to wait over 3 hours and they didnt have time for the free alignment check so told her to come back at a certain time the next day. When she came back they told her they could not do the alignment check because the right people werent there. By this time, she had noticed her tire pressure warning light was on and asked them to check it. They told her the pressures were a little high but it was ok, gave her another appointment for the alignment check and sent her on her way. Since she was now concerned, she stopped at the place that changes her oil (and she trusts). Sure enough, her tire pressure was LOW, not high, in all 4 tires and one was low enough to require air. They advised her to get in somewhere else as they were concerned the tire pressure warning system had been broken by Belle Tire. They were right! Two of the sensors had been broken by Belle Tire when they put on the new tires and one of the new tires had a slow leak and was almost flat by the time she got in!

The staff at Belle was excellent during our recent visit for an alignment.Brad was the one who helped us and was not only knowledgeable, but super friendly.He was very kind and courteous to everyone I saw him speak with during our visit and he made sure that we were always informed about our vehicles progress and the work that was completed.Ive been to many service locations and this was by-far one of the best service experiences.

Had a 10 am appointment and took them 6 hours to get my tires on and they didnt do the alignment. Was suppose to be 2 hours. Need to do a better job of scheduling and time management. They also said I had a bad tie rod but didnt tell me until I showed up. No call or nothing. Happy with the tires so far but am worried with any future support I might have.

If you dont buy their tire protection plan you are NOT COVERED for faulty tires.Bought a tire 7-6-20 today 7-16-20 my tire developed a bubble on the side. NOT COVERED. $113 and some change. But coverage discount me a new tire $78 tax other hidden fees whatever that plan cost sure to go over another $100 wow 1 tire basic at that $$200 plus they got to be kidding. Walmart treated me better. So YES guess where IM GOING. NEVER buy tires from a place with no prices. Next piece of advice my 1st tire was over a $100 to one I got at Walmart lasted 4 years $70 each. Key rotate tires every oil change.

I have fought with my tire sensor light for 1 1/2 years. Ì took it to other tire places before I found Belle Tire. They have stayed with me as the sensor has been giving me problems. Finally they have said it is the sensor. The light is finally off and I feel good that someone has found the cause for that light to be on, and fixed it. Thank you Belle Tire.

We took our van for the AC to be tested and recharged about 100 dollars. Within a week all the coolant leaked out and we brought it back in about a week and a half and was told the O rings were bad and the condenser could be bad and might as well replace it as well. Sandy the manager quoted both me and my spouse 625 dollars two separate times. When I was speaking to her on the phone I asked if we could get the credit back for the AC charge and Sandy immediately snapped when she didn’t bring it back within a week so we don’t have to do that. After reminding her the system is suppose to be tested before recharging it she said that’s not how they do that there but eventually agreed to give the credit. When we went to pick it up the bill was for still 625 and Sandy denied ever quoting the original price at 625 and said it was 725. When we both called her out on it she tried to explain the math but it was obvious she was making up numbers because they weren’t adding up and when we called her out on it not adding up she threatened to call the police if I did not leave. In the past year I’ve bought two sets of tires and had repair work a couple times there and this is how they treat repeat customers. Never going back there again and the manager sandy is the rudest most dishonest person I have ever meet working in a customer service position.

On our drive home from Upland, IN today, we experienced a fault with our stability control. When we pulled over in Kokomo, IN we turned off the vehicle and restarted it to clear the fault (as explained in the Owners Manual). Instead of fixing the fault, it caused the steering to completely fail. We called the local Ford garage but their mechanics had departed already (its a Saturday). They recommended we call Belle Tire. We are SO glad we did. They told us to come right in and we limped 4 miles to their location. The staff could not have been more friendly, professional and helpful. They cleared the fault code and the vehicle worked perfectly. They explained that the vehicle was out of alignment and could have caused the fault code. I asked them to go ahead and align the vehicle (even though Id just had it done by Firestone the previous week). After a quick alignment the truck was ready to go. When we got ready to pay - they told us that it was on the house. Unbelievable!!!! I cannot recommend the great team at Belle Tire Kokomo, IN any higher. Thanks to these Professionals, we made it home safely. We are truly grateful.

Brad and the crew did a great job of getting in and installing my new Michelin tires on my 2013 ram 4x4 diesel and after one day of driving I love the job they accomplished with a smoother ride and a good price in a short time frame, under one hour. Great job guys. Thank you again. I’ll be back

The very first time I brought my wifes Jeep Commander here they broke a sensor on my tire and tried to make me pay for it. I refused so after refusing they finally agreed to put a new one on for free. I dont think that ever happened because after they said that they had replaced the tire sensor the manager at the time told me to drive the car for a couple of weeks and that the sensor should pick up the pressure.Obviously due to the fact that he said to give it a couple of weeks I never returned due to life getting in the way and forgetting about it. More time passed then I wanted and chalked it up to my fault for not returning. Needless to say the sensor never did work properly again after being there.Next visit I had to replace 4 tires on my daily driver beater. The same gentleman from before who said he was the manager said that they had to order the tires from another store and that they would be there the following Monday. I went back that Monday and they said that it appeared that nobody had actually ordered the tires to have them shipped. At this point they said that they would just call me when the tires came in. A week went by and I still had not received a call so I called myself. Wouldnt you know the tires had been there the whole time.Fast forward to the next visit at this location. I brought a single tire in... which just so happened to be the same tire they originally Fixed the Sensor on. They charged me 70 something dollars for the sensor .. 67 and some change with a military discount. I gave the lady a $100 bill. I should have received 32 dollars and some change. She said they could not give me change because they did not have it. Mind you this is at the end of the day. Very infuriating that the lady who refused to give me change because They didnt have it who turns out to be the manager couldnt problem solve this situation by getting enough change to give me 32 dollars. In my opinion when someone charges me 67 dollars for services rendered, giving a $100 bill for that is not out of the realm of normal.This will be the absolute last time that I will return to this place of business.

My wife and Mother in Law had a flat tire 2 hrs from home - the manager at Belles Tire and staff not only stayed over time on Saturday to repair it - and seemed genuinely happy to do so, but then did not charge them anything! This was over and above and great customer service - we will go out of our way to purchase tires from Belles when we need them!! Thanks guys!!!

I really would have rated them lower. I went to look for two tires, the staff was standing outside, saw me go in. Not one single person came in to see what I needed. I know that I will not be going back.

I went in for an alignment after re-doing the suspension on my vehicle. They said everything was good and even tightened my steering free of charge.

Took our work truck in with concerns of a flat tire. After having all afternoon, night and morning with it they confirmed that there was nothing wrong. We have now filled tires twice and have found two holes in them. They didn’t check them at all. Will never take any of our vehicles back here. No service, no knowledge. Also told me to fill out paperwork. Both pages had nothing to do with our business and the one would have hit our company credit score... which I thought it would but was ensured it wouldn’t. Stay away!

I will say his efforts gave me motivation and desire to shop for rims for my vehicle! Helped me with a tire issue..A++ service

Nice facility with courteous and friendly staff. The wait was an hour more than the 2 hours they told me it would be. But did have one wheel bearing and tire balancing done. It is walk in basis only, I guess.
