I was in a few weeks ago because I needed to have custom frames for two gifts in a short time. Sally was able to take care of this for me and it looked excellent! I went back today to have another item framed. As usual, all the staff was extremely friendly and helpful! Thank you all so much! My mom lives in Kokomo and I live in Indianapolis I have some screens damage and she took it to this company because it Indianapolis I couldnt find no one to do it. I love them they cheap in the price and they got the job done and I will go all way to Kokomo for the service because it was great service.

We had a broken window in our house because of a rock repelled from our lawn mower. I called 3-4 companies to get quotes. All but Kokomo G&P, either came back with excessive estimates or had poor follow-ups. I was so pleased to give our business to Kokomo Glass & Paint. They all were the nicest people and did a fantastic job. I will continue to direct my business to them in the future.

I called Kokomo Glass and Paint on 4/14/2020 at 2:00 pm because we had a contractor working on our home removing shrubs and while pulling one out his clevis broke and flew through our storm sliding doors in our basement and was stuck in the drywall. The sweetest lady answered the phone and told me someone would call me back shortly. At 2:30 pm I received a call from one of their techs and he was at our house 5 minutes later. He took out our frame, took it to their shop and inserted the new glass and reinstalled it at our home by 4:30pm! The customer service was fantastic! I highly recommend Kokomo Glass and Paint. Well done!!

We were using some stain left by the previous owner and had to get another gallon to finish the job. Something was off with the formula and the new batch wasnt matching the old batch. Seth did an excellent job updating the formula and replacing the mismatched one at no charge. Very happy with service. Well return for all our painting needs. Thank you :)

I am not sure why there are some low star ratings, our business has been well taken care by Seth or Mike. Their paint and products are top quality, whether we buy small or large supplies we are treated in the most excellent manner, with swiftness and exceptional customer services. If your not happy with them you should speak to them directly vs giving them bad reviews. Thank you guys for taking care of us whenever we come in.

They didnt call when wasnt coming. When I called them they said do what you gotta do they wont be there all day. I said you gonna reschedule me or leave me hanging. he said we dont do that up here. I said Who did yesterday. He said we did. I said ok then reschedule me he said we dont do that up here. I waited 3 hours till I called. then got this guy I had to deal with. Watch how you treat people. We are your reason for being open too ya know.
