Took our 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee to get an oil change at approximately 9:30 am Saturday 9/18 but opted for more service. Left vehicle and was told 2 1/2-3 hours and checked phone numbers and went home. Waited for a call until around 1 pm. Didn’t get one so I called and was told to leave a message for the service department and I would be called back. Never happened. So at 2 pm, my wife and I go to Button and there sits our Jeep among the already serviced vehicles. I walked in and said I was there to get our car and asked why I had not been called. I was informed by David that he texted us at 12:06. Upon checking my wife’s phone, there was no such text. Long story short, if you say you are going to call then CALL ME! Do not send or pretend to send a text! On a side note, the porter who greeted me, Lori, was extremely pleasant and nice. She was the best part of the visit!
Took my 2018 RAM 1500 with 32,000 miles on it into buttons last Friday to get my radio (infotainment system) looked at because it’s delaminating and acting funny they told me it just needed an update and it worked fine for them even though my screen is separating from the radio itself and does phantom button touches on its own. I bought this truck early March of this year from buttons and this is how it goes I guess. This will be the last Chrysler Dodge Ram vehicle I ever purchase. Thanks for nothin.
Im extremely upset! I took my jeep liberty in the other day to have an oil leak fixed that had been estimated months earlier, but they no longer had me in the system. Just wanted my leak fixed to get it through the winter, and instead I got a 2000 dollar estimate and was told my jeep had tons more problems and then nothing was fixed because instead of them taking money to fix a simple leak, they decide to swindle me into thinking my jeep was on its last leg, then they give it back to me knowing it could be dangerous to drive, but nothing could be further from the truth, it is running fine and Ive had no problems with it. Next time, be truthful with your customers.
Spoke to Zack Ashley in parts and when it comes to laziness he’s the guy. Doesn’t know how to look up the correct part even when you have a part number, doesn’t know how to bill it out, doesn’t know how to call when the part is in, and when I came to pick it up it was the wrong price and he didn’t try to learn to issue a refund. He just had a rude and lazy attitude, I’m not recommending any of my co workers nor friends to come to this dealership.
First time picking up a vehicle for the company I work for very friendly and knowledgeable was in and out with no problems.
Service manager seems to be affable but took car in for minor service. I called Friday at 4 because he never called me. He said he would look and came back to say the tech he assigned to work on my car didnt show up for work. Service manager didnt know that till I asked him to check. Needless to say I got car back Monday afternoon.
Michael Kuhn was absolutely the best! He was never pushy and always respectful. We drove down from Fort Wayne to buy a 2020 Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid, so I sent a lot of emails and texts asking questions before we made the trip down. He always promptly answered my questions. During that time we discovered that an accident showed up on CarFAX with our current van, but they went to 5 different wholesalers to get us the best price since they couldn’t sell it on their lot. Michael had the van ready when we got there and we did a quick 15 minute test drive with Michael pointing out several features and answering questions during the drive. After we started talking about the numbers, Craig, the sales manager, even went back to the wholesaler and got a little more money for me. We were the last appointment of the day and everyone was tired and ready to go home, but Brian from finance did excellent. There were a few typos that popped up during the finance part of the day, but Brian and I laughed it off and he got the job done. While we were signing the final finance docs, Michael filled the tank with gas and since the detailing guys were gone he ran it through the local Crew Car Wash. Ask about the Pulse brake lighting. Great safety feature they offer! The 3 years of the Kahu app is an added plus as well! I realize that Hybrids aren’t a huge market in northern Indiana, but my only recommendation to the dealership is that they have the battery charged before any interested customers get there so they can have the full experience. Bought my first new car ever from here! First, the website was a perfect way to start my search for my vehicle of choice. On the website they have all the tools necessary to find out what kinda deal you are looking at and a payment calculator to find that final rate and payment you are looking for. Being able to set your needs so you can let the salesman know the terms you are looking for was key in my decision making process. When I arrived on the showroom floor I was greeted courteously and with respect. The salesman I ended up with was Mark Carroll and he was fantastic. He listened and basically put himself in my shoes. I never felt pushed to do something I didn’t want to do. Chris in finance was very informative and helpful in getting the banks to fight for my business and get me my vehicle of choice on the terms I wanted or better. I strongly recommend this dealership and also encourage you to use the tools they’ve made available to you on their website. Oh yeah!!! The warranty forever on power train... That’s a huge benefit over all other dealerships. So the bottom line... I was able to get rid of 2 of my 3 older vehicles, get a new one for my wife and I get the Wrangler we’ve had for about 3 years now, so I win too... lol! Plus it was fun for the whole family!
I wanted to let everyone know about my recent encounter with the Buttons service department.For full disclosure, I bought my used 2016 Jeep Cherokee at another dealership, but use Buttons for my service work and oil change / tire rotations. When I get my oil changed they get me in and out in a timely fashion. Additionally, I recently took my Jeep in for an oil leak, rattle in the exhaust, rattle in the sun roof, and auto rain wiper sensor malfunction. They worked with my Extended Warranty company (which I did not purchase from them) to cover my oil leak. The other three items they fixed at no charge. Since owning my car for 3 years, I had come to terms the roof rattle would be there for ever. I was so pleased that after a week the noise is still gone! They also quoted me a very reasonable price for changing my spark plugs since they already had to take apart my engines top end to fix the oil leak. They only had my car for less than 2 days. I would recommend working with Garritt again, he made the experience painless and charged me no more than what was owed. He especially had a positive attitude. Every other person I encountered was also kind.

Bought my car in January 2021. Had a rubbing noise they told me was brake dust. Car starting dying on me. Timing belt and a warped hub.They kept it a month, put 1000 miles on it and work boot prints in the back floorboard.Had to pay a real repair shop 1300 dollars to do what Buttons claimed to have done when they had it.Now I have to replace both my huds on the front because Buttons only ground the hud when they claimed to have replaced it. I wouldnt let Buttons touch any auto I owned. They will tell you what you want to hear the whole time lying to you. NEVER BUY FROM BUTTON.
Rachel from sales and John the sales manager gave me the best trade offer out of many offers. The first offer was fair and required no ridiculous haggling. It was 5000 more than the laughable offer I received from mcgonigal. If you want warranty forever like I do, go here. They share inventory so I was happy to have the vehicle brought to button for purchase. Also moving my other warranty forever vehicle to be serviced at button instead.

My husband was quoted a positive over the phone but when I went to post my bill it was about $30 more than what he was quoted. We needed a new key fob, but the quote that was given to him didnt include the valet key getting cut. Im not exactly sure why youd get a fob with no key made when we told them ours broke and we needed it all done. So, they cut the key, and programed the fob. I went to pay and it was more than what he was quoted. When asked why it was due to the valet key being cut. Then I was stuck in a rough spot because they already cut it, but didnt tell me that was extra. The service person I worked with was able to give us a discount for the miscommunication but it was still frustrating. Everytime we go to the dealer something like this happens. Its so frustrating and makes me question the whole trustworthiness of the business.
I took my 2016 Ram 2500 to Button Dodge yesterday for an oil change. This is what I found under my truck this morning. You can also see what the underneath now looks like. This truck has never leaked a drop of anything. To keep the warranty forever in tact Im forced to have service work done at a dealership and pay for what you see here. I think Ill look for another dealership next time.
I just bought a very clean 300S from JC at Button, and it was by FAR the best experience Ive ever had with purchasing a vehicle. If you need a car, ask for JC because he goes above and beyond to help you get what you are looking for. I will definitely be going back to button for any future car purchases.
We purchased a truck on a online wholesale platform Backlotcars on June 28th I sent my 70 year old dad from Iowa all the way to Kokomo Indiana to pick up the truck and they told us the truck had a turbo bad come to find out they sold it to a retail customer for $8000 more than what we paid for it and would not let us have the truck steer clear of this place they are extremely crooked do not trust them beware!!!!

I bought my truck from them a little over a year ago. The sales people were helpful and I had no issues with them! The problem is there service department! They have been nothing but problems! They put the wrong oil in my truck, told me I had to change my oil every 5000 miles when my truck calls for full synthetic oil and change every 10,000 miles or 12 months which ever comes first. They have no idea what they are doing! I dropped my truck off so they could fix my radio and 4wd and when I picked it up, there was a big crack in my windshield! I took it right back and they tried saying I already had the crack when I brought it to them! If that was the case than why didn’t they document it when they did a walk around of my truck? Check the cameras and you will see it was not there! I will not recommend them to anyone and I will not be going back to them again! Poor service!

I came to Buttons to have my jeep serviced after a different dealership had made a mess out of a simple repair. Garriett was awesome and so helpful and informative! It was extremely welcome as the previous dealerships communication was severely lacking. I had my jeep back and running 100% in no time at all and they even helped me get to work after dropping it off. The process was a breeze and so refreshing! I will continue to drive past other dealerships to go to Buttons for service!

Slightly more difficult since I live in a different state, but Ryan Olsen made it a smooth transaction. Got my truck serviced
I went in to the parts department because I was having a brake pedal problem. The parts department went WAY beyond what I would have expected to be sure I was taken care of. Three people took the time to see if they could find what I needed. Tanner even came out to my car to see the problem and what would be needed. This was far beyond anything I would have expected! Made appointment and still have to wait 5 hours for them to diagnose my air conditioning. Then they said they cant just put Freon in it, they have to flush and check for leaks....$230 JUST to flush it. I shouldve known better to buy a vehicle from them. NEVER again. Had to add to this because my car spent yet another full day in service and my air conditioning still doesnt work. The people in the service department were not nice or helpful. I will never go back and will tell everyone I know not to go there. HORRIBLE SERVICE

Service is average but pricing is much higher than competitors. Not upfront about pricing. Standard oil change/tire rotation/filter change is a little less than $200.

My car was totalled so this was an unexpected car purchase, I had no idea what I wanted and he was so patient and explained things about the different cars and options very well. Garritt is very unprofessional; he will make inappropriate remarks to women and will text even after receiving your car, creepy! Simply took my car in for a tune-up and my gasket had to be replaced, and 02 sensors were misfiring 2 days after receiving it back from tune-up!!! I wish I would’ve listened to everyone’s reviews and never went!

Unfortunately I have to revise my original five star rating. After reviewing the vehicle I found that the dash was cracked and several items that were listed (headphones and remote) in the vehicle description were missing. I called and left a voice mail on James cell phone and received no response. Called the main number and finally got through to him after waiting twenty four hours with no response. He stated he would get this resolved and call right back. That was three business days ago and still no response.
Only been to the service department, but both times they have taken care of me quickly and with a smile.

Purchased a 2011 Jeep Wrangler under the impression that the list of things wrong with the jeep would be fixed. After being told that the vehicle had a Forever Warranty, I was told the next day that the vehicle was sold as is. With the amount of my down payment I was told the list of things would be fixed. 2 Days after driving off the lot the check engine light came on, Further investigation shows a $700 part that needs to be fixed. I referred back to list of things, this part was not on it. On this list however is a new set of tires. I called numerous times without any calls back. Spoke to Garrett in service who was helpful with the warranty I purchased, but to no avail, no other calls back regarding tires. I called again and asked to speak to the Sales manager who told me the tires must be a misunderstanding, but the person he needed to speak with about that was out for the day and would call me tomorrow. This has been going on since the 2nd day I bought the Jeep.. Horrible customer service, Horrible communication.Jeep was purchased at the end of April..... WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

Sorry Button but you really dropped the ball. Purchased a Jeep in PA thru auto trader. Had some issues on the way home so the dealership advised to take it to a Jeep dealership to get the repairs done. Scheduled appt. with Button for 7:30 am on 8/11 to have a steering damper replaced. Decided we would drop it off the day before so they could get an early start on changing the part. 8/11 passed and Button called to say they were waiting on the (jeep part) the vehicle would be done on 8/13. 8/12 passed no news. 8/13 arrives and nothing from Button all day. I called at 2:30 pm before my ride back home left for the day to be told unfortunately they couldnt get it worked in. (this is a 30 min fix) Was told that they see no issue in getting it finished tomorrow (Friday). Friday arrives and again nothing all day long. Sent an email earlier in the day and get a response around 3 that the service bays were full all day so it would be worked on until Monday. Should I go on.... OK, weekend goes by and now Monday I send an email and after no response I placed a call at 3:00 but was told my advisor was on the other line. They take my name and advised he would call me back after he gets off the phone. 2 more hours go by and its now 5:00PM when I finally get to talk to my advisor who said it didnt get done today and would talk to his manager to see whats going on. At this point I had all I could take of Button and was showing up on Tuesday (a week after my initial appt) to get my Jeep back. I have a 30 day warranty and Button just wasted a week of it giving me the runaround. Now that I finally have my vehicle back I can write this honest review without worry of repercussions from Buttons service department. I could continue on and on but I think you get my point. The people are nice but communication and service was the worst I have ever experienced. I actually found out from a friend whos buddy works at Button that after my 5:00 phone called they rushed it in to change the part and had it done before they closed (I believe at 6:00). I can only imagine how much longer it would have taken had I not rattled a few branches.

So I guess Ill just say this I dont like dealerships I just dont and since I was forced to deal with one. I always get my 2 vehicles service work done at Buttons and they always do a great job!!!! That’s the 5 stars!!Today I was in getting an oil change and tire rotation. I was a little taken back though!! as I have been thinking about buying a new Truck I took the opportunity while I was there (do to time being limited for me) to look at new Trucks I walked around that lot for about 40 minutes I seen a truck I really fell in love withEven took pictures to show my wife. Anyway I passed too salesmen who never even acknowledged I was there. I even held the door open for one of buttons female employees (she did say thank you). But not one salesman ever said hello, can I help you, or even acknowledged I was there even as I stood on the show room floor. I was extremely disappointed. Oh well I’m sure there’s another dodge dealer who will have the orange with black hood stripes Ram Truck I seen.Keep up the good service work.
Two months ago I left a five star review because i thought the people were nice and caring I’ve had nothing but DANGEROUS problems with my Chrysler Pacifica and I asked many people in there if it was safe before purchase because I have two toddlers. Well back to the shop I go. I even had my husband purchase a second car from them because I thought they were great well guess what? Nothing but problems. They may be nice but sell unsafe cars

I took my Jeep Renegade to the Service Department to have a recalled trailer hitch replaced. When I checked in at the Service Desk, I informed two different people that the last time they changed my oil, the mileage was not reset so my display says that I am due for an oil change but I am not. I mentioned that I did not want it reset now and I would just watch my mileage to hit the number on the label in the window. I assumed that information was noted and would be passed along to the person working on my vehicle. A few hours later, Button called me to let me know it is time for an oil change and asked if I wanted them to take care of it. Obviously, my message fell on deaf ears when I dropped my car off.They also did a software upgrade while they had my vehicle, which I agreed to. But when I got my vehicle back, all settings were metric and I could not find where to set them back to English. Also, my lights were turned to the off position instead of auto so when I got in my car this morning, I drove for a while before I realized my lights were not on.So my suggestions for the Service Department would be to have better communication among their team and to put settings back to the way the customer had them when the vehicle was dropped off. I do appreciate very much that Button provides a shuttle service for customers while their vehicles are being worked on. The drivers are always very friendly.

My husband and I had been planning and researching buying a new vehicle for the past year. His Jeep is 14 years old and my truck is 12 so it’s been a long time since we’ve bought a car. We were well overdue for something new. We browsed quite a few dealerships first and decided Button had the best selection. My in-laws have purchased multiple cars there and have always received wonderful treatment. Matt Gibson, our sales consultant, was fantastic to work with, courteous and friendly! Brittany Blackwood took care of the financing and warranty side and she was exceptional as well! We couldn’t be more pleased with our brand new F8 green Challenger with a gorgeous blacktop package. We just brought her in for paint protection, and the service department did a beautiful job. Thank you Button team!

Rude customer service, too expensive and I went three days in a row, looking for a vehicle to buy, with no help till my husband came on the third day. They were quick to ask him if he needed help. Needless to say they are not a five star service. I took my business to Bob Schwartz, Peru Indiana and got what I wanted in 1 day!
We get our oil changed there. The always have a list of things they check. I.E. air in tires, windshield wiper fluid etc... Heres the thing. They always check that their okay when their not. Last time I was in there, they said the air in my tires were okay. There was quite a bit of difference on what was actually in the tires. I left there and went down the road to get them where they should be. Same thing with windshield wiper fluid had to go home and fill it up. I feel very uncomfortable with them doing that. What else should I be concerned with. Just dont do the list if youre not gonna check these things.

Service is weak. Customer service department acts like they are too busy to help. Stood there for over 5 minutes waiting on someone to wait on me. Missy ignored me and used her phone and even walked away twice but never said a word. Finally Garrett finished his phone call and was very helpful .

We have gotten all of our cars from here. The sales team as well as the maintenance department are outstanding! I even get my work vehicle maintained here. They are always friendly, quick, and very knowledgeable about their services. Plus you dont have to wait, they take you home and pick you up, if need be.
The people behind the desk are nice But the mechanic said he Could change the bulb in my headlight when I knew it was a whole assembly needed to be replaced You could not just replace the bulb and Then when he found out I was right he tried to say they where not factory headlights when in fact the headlight he was messing with was an OEM from the factory so I dont know but I wont take my car back there again

Customer care at express lane took care of me today. He got my car battery replaced promptly. Very professional! !
Edit: I talked with E-Commerce Director Krissy and Service Manager Daniel, and they have gone above and beyond in remedying our situation and experience. We greatly appreciate their consideration and expediency!Made an appointment at 10 am to have my window regulator changed. The lady on the phone told me that they should be able to be finished by noon so I can take my kids to school. She also told me that it would take about an hour, which is $120/hr of labor.My husband gets there and they basically didnt care what the lady on phone told me, plus what was in the notes. They didnt care that our kids had to go to school at 12:30. They wanted to have it until 1pm ish.They didnt care that my husband was gonna have to walk home and walk the kids to school. Then said it was gonna be 2 hours of labor and $240. Double what the lady on the phone told me. Absolutely aweful service. They didnt care and my husband had to walk out without a fixed window.
