My good friend brought her car to McChords for the first time. She reported that the service technicians were highly professional and friendly. She also noted that other service stations shes used sometimes did not have the correct air filter. McChords had hers and she was thrilled. A very good experience!

Just lost my business.. Ive been a loyal customer here for years. Always friendly service. A bit pricey.. but the carwash is nice. Willing to pay a bit more for quality and good customer service. The reason you are losing my business.. if your hours are 9am-6pm? Then you need to stay open until 6pm. Showed up about 530. Closed.. your phone message says 6. Google said open till 6. Just wasted my time. I will not return. And will not recommend.

The first time I went there my front left tire started losing air second time I went there passenger door got scratched

Good service in the past, but with one lane closed there appeared to be no work being done and no communication. Sat 10 minutes while it appeared there was only chatting going on with driver being serviced. Left and probably wont return.

Refused to honor free car wash coupon they give with oil change. I chose this place bc of the car wash. It was being remodeled, so understandably I cant use it that day but was told I could when it opened. It opened and they will not honor the coupon. They are not untrustworthy

Oil change last Friday. $40, ridiculously high price. Wont be going back due to the price. Very quick though. Plus the free car wash card that does not expire. Car Wash is often not open.No problem, this time, from employees, but I did have a major issue with one employee a while back. I went in for an oil change, he told me I didnt need an oil change except once every 3 or 4 years. I told him that I change my oil every 3 to 5 months. He argued with me and his tone was rude. I raised my voice so the manager could hear me and told the guy that if he wouldnt do it, I would go somewhere that would. He said, its your money. I asked the manager if this guy was new and he told me he had been there since he opened the place. I told him that this employee was rude and didnt seem to want to put forth the effort to do the job. That guy was not there Friday.

Went in to get my oil changed, the guy changing the oil asked me what oil does my car take? I thought he was supposed to know what oil my car took. Got charged $91.00 for a basic oil change. Asked for a break down of the charges and the guy walks away and says go ask the manager! Poor customer service, I’ll take my $100.00 elsewhere!

They put the wrong kind of oil in my car even when it says right on the oil cap 5W20 they put 5W30 and tried to tell me it would be OK I had to Google it and show them that it would hurt the multi Cylinder displacement system
