Awful salesmanship. Called AND went in to the lot to inquire about the price of a specific car, and both times the answer I received was Oh, I dont know right off the top of my head... MAYBE low teens? Upper twelves? Are you kidding me? Is this how you treat all of your customers? Go find out for certain and tell me, dont just say you dont know. Its fine though. Ill go take my business someplace where the employees are more professional and know what theyre doing.

Used their in-house financing to finance our 2016 Nissan Altima in March of 2018. We got creamed by another driver and the car was deemed a total loss by the insurance company. I called to report this to the finance company who jumped at the chance to take the payoff- without doing any research to see if what was offered was a fair amount, without consulting me, or the other insurance company involved. It was not a fair offer according to what Mike Anderson has on their lot and what KBB shows not to mention the other 10 I quickly looked up online. When asked why they did this Nancy treated me like she was so inconvenienced to have to speak to me, that i was such a bother with my single question that I was embarrassed to the point of tears. Its the holidays, I was not int he wrong- someone hit me, I am a customer that has NEVER been late on a payment, and I deserve to be spoken to like a person. Nancy- youre the reason I will NEVER go back to Mike Anderson, nor will any of my teenage kids that will soon need a car of their own. Customer service is a real thing Mike Anderson, you should re-evaluate who you work with.
