I had some questions regarding the potential purchase of a new mattress and the person I dealt with was very personable and knowledgeable. After talking with Veta we opted for the Purple Mattress as it seems to fit all of our needs. She had one on the floor that we could try and to my knowledge Mattress Firm is the only place in town that offers that. Veta went above and beyond to get us the right mattress which will be delivered soon. I highly recommend this store for all your mattress needs.

Had a mattress that collapsed and was approved for warranty replacement (no problem). The truck driver saw a sweat stain on the old one so refused to deliver the new one. This appears to be fraud and will be reported as such. I will file a fraud claim on my credit card. Customer Service does not exist at Mattress Firm.

The sales associate was friendly and helpful. She asked what we were looking for and directed us to exactly what we needed. No hassles or issues.

Ordered a bed, was given the wrong price when I went to pay it was 800 dollars more than what they said!Then they said the bed would be in, in 2 weeks and could pick up at warehouse in indy..called, they said bed was there..drove an hour and a half and bed wasnt there! They delivered a loner bed about 5 days later which has stains all over it and said my bed would be here on the 26th..its still not here! Was supposed to get some money back and it still isnt back in my account and its been 3 weeks! if my bed and money is not resolved by monday Im going to ask for all of my money back and go elsewhere!

Had them deliver a matress thru the company they contract out. The two delivery guys ripped the carpet in my living room and denied the whole situation and said its my word against them and they drove off. After contacting matress firm and all the high up management after saying they would take care of the issue it has been 60 days and they blow it off.Do not go to matressfirm they dont take property damage seriously. Worst customer service Ive ever had.

Vida was a great help today! Quick and efficient with my questions. Loved that the item we purchased was in stock in their warehouse and deliverable in just a few days. I could even have driven to warehouse for pickup if I’d wanted. First store I stopped at was 3-4 weeks for order and delivery for same exact item.

Just walked in to compare prices and found the best deal all around! Upgraded to a Queen for what everyone else is charging for fulls, free adjustable frame. Best 10 year warranty possible for mattress. You have 4 months to decide if its the right choice or the option of money back or switching. Delivered to house. It just kept getting sweeter by the second. Got so much more for the price of what I would have paid anywhere else for just the mattress! Super friendly staff, very knowledgeable and straight forward. Hands down the most pleasant home furnishing purchase Ive ever experienced!

I was in much need for mattresses for my boys and I they worked with me to find the right solution

We placed an order for the mattress we wanted and were told that it was in stock and ready for delivery. We set the delivery date for Aug 01. I called the store on July 29 to move it out a few days only to be told that the mattress was not in stock. Who’s, we’re moving into our new home with no mattress. Guess we’ll sleep on the floor for 8 days until it arrives... IF it arrives.

The delivery men were very professional. They quickly set up the base and the mattress, removed the old mattresses, and left the room tidy.

We had a great experience purchasing our mattress from this branch of Mattress Firm! Josh helped us out and made sure we got the best deal possible. After everything was delivered, we realized that the mattress with the box spring was too tall for us to get into the bed. We called Josh and he got the box spring exchanged for a bunkie board (our bed doesn’t require a box spring) within just a few days. We are so happy with our purchase and with our entire experience! We didn’t feel pressure to buy anything more expensive than what we could afford and had great customer service at every step.
