Tons of books. After all these years Books a million is still doing their thing. If you can imagine it the company can make it happen.

I always enjoy visiting Books A Million! I like walking into the building and just getting lost amid all the wonderful books! Being able to visit all the different sections, all the genres if you will, is just a very peaceful experience for me! I love me some Books A Million!

Lots of books and other items. Friendly staff. Only had one person. The rest of the staff was in the office. It would have been nice for them to be on the floor for help.

Shopping with my grandson, I was approached not by one, but two clerks, asking if I needed help finding something. Loved it! Sales clerk was very nice also & helpful in renewing my membership.

The manager was terrible!! My daughter picked 3 books from a whole wall of books with stickers ON them that said, “Buy 2, Get 1 Free”. When we got to the checkout the manager was checking us out and said one of the books didn’t qualify. Instead of making it right and giving it to us in the deal she said the sticker was on there by mistake. She just kept asking me over and over if we wanted to choose another book. Completely ignoring me continually asking her to fix the price!! So they did get a 4th book out of me, but she should have made it right.

I really enjoyed this business and the experience that I had while I was there. I came across Books-A-Million by accident and decided to stop in and browse. In this day in age where everything is electronic and it seems that reading books are a dying pastime, a store like this is a reminder that there is still joy found by so many in reading a good book. The store was vwry clean and had a terrific inventory as well as a helpful and courteous staff. I will be returning to Books-A-Million in the future and highly recommend stopping in and checking it out.

Easily able to find the books Im after. Staff has been very friendly

Opened late. Waited in line to ask if a book was in stock, was told there was one in science and nature. Walked the store and couldnt find the section. Went back to the counter, waited in line to ask where the section was. Was shown and told since there is only one it might be there and it might not, and was left to search for it in a very disorganized section. Left without said book.

Usually has all the new books, a lot of older books. Just wish the hobby section of mags was a little bigger.

We love this store. Its always clean and the associates are always helpful. We also love the different variety of products offered. Its a great experience every time.

This store has something for everyone! Its so big, I love it! I can get lost for hours in here. And always find something new. Anytime you need help, the employees are always super helpful! Highly recommend!

I go here quite frequently and almost any other time I would rate this store higher, but today after being asked by a young man if I needed help and I told him no thank you he continuously stayed very near by myself and my family the whole time. All we were doing was browsing until I found the book I wanted to purchase and even then he continued to stare and just follow us throughout the whole store making my family and I feel very uncomfortable. We informed the cashier when we went to checkout and they did not seem to care one way or the other. Im sorry but there seemed to be more things to do than follow around parents and a young girl around a bookstore. Do better!!!

My daughter and I were looking for a specific book and we were not having any luck finding it by ourselves. Alejandra helped us and found it very quickly! It was a great experience and she was very helpful!

Good books to be found.

Okay, some are friendly and some are boring and then most have no clue of whats in the store. Art, crafts, drawing, etc has become pathetic and almost extinct from this store. Its no wonder youth today have no interest in culture and art. Nothing practical to use to expand the art community in this store, just a bunch of funk o bobbleheads. I thought this was supposed to be a bookstore with books. Not some mindless collectors shop to support hording. Great deals, but BAM you really need to step it up.

Dont go for the books but they have good coffee at a decent price (especially when this one barista is working) it could be a bit stronger in get the 20 oz with 3 extra shots) but yeah I like them.

I love books a million and have shopped there for years. I am a huge magazine person and buy several every month. They have not restocked their magazines(at least the ones I buy) for two months. I ask every week or so when I drop by when they are going to. They just say they are behind and act like it doesnt even matter. I probably (used to) spend more on magazines than a lot of customers spend on books.

The young lady helping me was VERY nice and pleasant. Took me right where I needed to be to get what I wanted.

Nice little book store, good selection.

Nice place has all popular books in and some hard to find ones. Their selection is amazing. They definitely have what your looking for.they also have a nice little coffee shop built in and is great for relaxing and reading a book. They make you feel welcome and have no issue helping find what your looking for.

Books Stores ...Fascinating ...seductive dangerous...irresistible...wonderful...you will never be assimilated just once. You will want to do it over and over again. Nothing wrong with that!

It certainly not a Barnes & noble. Bathrooms are far from decent, otherwise acceptable.

Though this store holds great personality and their collection of books is phenomenal, I’m not too pleased with the manager I was introduced too. As a matter of fact she is very unfriendly and I’ve heard her talk about her staff and spread false rumors constantly. She’s even taken it as far as negatively speaking about one of her staff members religious beliefs. I would just get the items You desire and leave.

Had a good shopping experience here.Many good and affordable reading materials, while some stuff is of course more affordably available to purchase online at your own leisure.The coffee shop inside was a nice touch.Only thing that keeps me from giving a full 5 stars is because the store seems to have some management issues.Over all seems a bit unorganized; with sections being in odd places... the checkout area on one half of the store is not utilized at all and is basically looking like a catch all and the bathrooms are kind of icky.But overall happy to have it here as a shopping option.

Book store located in Markland Mall. It is nice because there are other stores options nearby. If you are looking for books then this book store has them. Haha. It isn’t as big as a Barnes and Noble. Some sections offer less than they would. This book store also doesn’t have associates coming to help you. It is hrs to find help in this bookstore. I have shopped at this store and Barnes and Noble. So I can’t help but compare. The shopping experience at this store lacks compared to B&N. This store in Kokomo is also very very dirty. As soon as your walk in the store from the mall you will see outdated carpet that is large black and brown stains all over it. The bathrooms rarely ever have toilet paper. The shelves are beyond dusty. The coffee shop is nice. The on time you will ever see a staff member walking around and helping customers or greeting people is when the manager is there. She will walk around the store. Where is the rest of the staff?? I would rather borrow from the library or drive to a B&N. It has a better display, more options, better deals, Starbucks, and it just feels like home for a book lover. The magazine selection at Books a Million is okay. The one at B&N is better than okay!!!

Not sure if this store has a million books, they probably do, I wasnt counting. What I can tell you is the gentleman helping us went out of his way to help us find a particular item that made my daughters Christmas extra fantastic.

I can spend hours in here. Great selection, nice clearance section too. Dont sleep on the coffee in here either, some of the best in town.

Your standard modern book shop as you would expect, except the only open registers were in the extreme back of the store, with little aisle space for people walking there and back. It was an uncomfortable experience, especially given it was during the holidays.

Was trying to find a book. Went on their website and found something of intetest. Called the retail store to confirm availability. Once arriving to store, it was not available.Was told they could order it, but yeah, I can do that too. I wanted to preview it before committing to the purchace.

This store is packed with books. A lot of variety. Friendly service and helped me find book I was searching for. They need few more workers though for as big as this book store is and I felt like it was disorganized and overwhelming.
