Employees are very helpful and greet you when you walk in. I learned they are recently under new management so the store looks great and is often updated.

If you love movies, Collectibles and more this is a great place to go to. They sale new and used movies, they have anime and more. T-shirts, anime figurines, throw blankets, and other great Collectibles items.

I love seeing LP Vinyl Records there! The should re-release 45 RPM Vinyl Records and it record players.

I live in Minnesota. We do not have this store in my state. I was in town visiting my inlaws and went into the store and bought a microwave bag of popcorn. That was January 2020. The employee signed me up for a membership without telling me and I have been charged every month since then. This store and business is super predatory. Was told I couldnt get a full refund because I should have found it on my bank statement sooner. Im going to make a complaint to the BBB. Its not about the money at this point, they are scammers. Do not buy anything here with your debit/credit card!

BE CAREFUL! SCAM!! Make sure your paying attention closely to the price and the credit card machine as you’re getting rung up. They will try to add sign ups for things or subscriptions without even asking that do cost! It has happened twice now and I won’t be back! This location anyways is scam! I will NOT be back!!!

Loved the store until I was signed up for the discount membership. I asked multiple times if there were any monthly fees or down payment type stipulations. Was reassured multiple times its completely free to have. A month later I have a $12 monthly membership charge on my account. Maybe train your cashiers to know the products theyre upselling, before you have them upsell. Or at least teach them not to lie to get that upsell. F.Y.E wont be getting any future business from me.

Backstage VIP scam. The cashier did not ask for consent or explain any details about a subscription, he only asked for my email to get 10% off. I wont be coming back. Do NOT sign up for anything.

Dont get me wrong i love movie places and they do have some amazing records of my favorite artists. I bought my first skrillex cd there, but their anime is too high priced. That doesnt mean its their fault though so i give it an extra star because we all need to run our money game. They also have some goid radio music playing.

They lied about giving me a “memebership card” and insisted it was free. Well guess what, it’s not and it’s $11.99 a month. I also was told they would take a percentage off my first purchase with getting the memebership Card. Guess what? They didn’t, I paid full price. Then they wanted to sign me up for a “one time subscription” to a magazine that was free. Guess what? It’s not free and it’s not a “one time thing.” I used to love this store. Can’t call to get everything taken care of until they open, believe me they will be hearing about it. This is fraud and quite frankly, a disgusting way of scamming people out of their money.
