Horrible Customer Service! When I ordered tile, they told me it would take 1 week to get in. After two months of waiting for it to come in, I demanded a refund. Not once did they contact me about the issue. I would have to call them. It took two weeks to get the refund and then they refused to refund the $100 shipping charge.
