Over 1 yr ago had carpet installed. This seam in the picture is more visible than in the picture. A seam was put in the middle of my living room and other rooms the seams are very visible . I was told to use a hammer and pound the seems to settle the seams.This did not work. One of the installers was wandering down our driveway taking pictures of a large oak tree one day. Very odd.Sorry I choose this company. Had used this company under original owner years ago work was excellent and no visible seams anywhere.Was why I chose it again. Should have kept my older carpet. Bad installation. Will not us again.

The staff was very helpful and courteous. They offered good information about the life and wear of the flooring and gave me comparable thoughts to stay within my budget.You must check them out first .
