Journeys needs to carry more womens size 5 shoes and more girls size 4 shoes

I dont usually do this but I want everyone to know and beware ok so I ordered my kids heelys online it took 2 weeks for the oder come in finally I got my sons shoes wrong size so I decided to take them into kokono store we go in and the lady sized him and ordered another pair in the right size I waited a week and finally decided to call and see what was going on the lady at the store did not oder them and she made it as an exchange in size I called every day for a week it has now been two weeks I had to call customer service because they people in the store would not help me they would say ill look into it and call you back problem was I had given them the shoes long story short they gave me a $5 discount but charged me $4 for shipping.that wasnt including all the gas I wasted going an hour away twice just make sure check your receipts before you leave and get tracking number i got lucky they gave my money back

Always walking by the store or in to look at shoes and the red-headed cashier is always sitting down behind the counter playing on her phone with her mask down? I dont think Ive ever actually seen her assist a customer any time Ive walked in there, let alone get off of her phone.Edit: It looks like theres two people now that just sit behind the counter pretending the customers dont exist until theyve walked straight up to them.

They never have anything In my size and I will sit there and just pick about every shoe on the wall and it will never be in my size, very frustrating.
