I can only talk about the vision center. They do a great job on checking my eyes. But the real story is Tracy. She is awesome on setting your glasses up to your face properly, making sure they fit to perfection and cleaning them really well. She even fixed a pair of my glasses while I was waiting on my new ones. So the five stars goes to her

I went in to Wal-mart to purchase paint unfortunately, there was no one working the paint department. But a gentle man working in the auto care center named Nick Turner was walking near and went out of his way to make sure we were thoroughly taken care of and satisfied. He also was extremely respectful the entire time.

A visit to the Kokomo Walmart was one of the best and most efficient ever! I got a motorized cart, was able to purchase over the counter allergy meds at the pharmacy and was walked to my car, where the associate took the cart back to the store for me. Completely perfect events! Thanks

Older model for part of the store so if youre used to a newer floor plan, it might throw you for a loop. Still a decent selection of items you might need. Helpful staff.

I think there was only three people working anywhere near the registers. There were also multiple issues with the self checkouts which I attempted with no success since I was buying glue it needed an override but no one came so after about 10 minutes I just gave up and left my stuff with the register. Total waste of my time!

Its Walmart. Its not the best Walmart Ive seen, but its also not the worst Ive seen. If no one else has it, go there... But Id much rather go to Meijer across the street.

If I could give it a zero I would. Husband bought a grill, asked for someone to help load (it is a Pit Boss and weights 250+ pounds). It took 3 requests to get help to purchase it, and then the man sent to help said he couldnt lift because of his back. My husband has had 3 back surgeries, so couldnt lift or load alone, so he took it back in and asked for refund. They said it was after 8:00 so they couldnt refund. We flagged down some men in the parking lot to help. He asked a young man who worked there, who was moving carts around to help, but had to call out for him 3 times because he had his phone out and earphones in. The store had few customers, but no service. Its a 24 hour store and it was 9:30 pm. Sad sad sad! No help, no service, not friendly.

It was horrible. They were out of stock of everything. Then I pay walmart $100.00 a year for SHOP & GO to do Wal-Mart job. I scan all my items myself and then I pay at register. Well needless to say I had to scan everything again at the checkout and then pay. In Kokomo, the Walmart they say you cant do it. It wasted a lot of my time. Customer service sucks and are very rude.

Today I tried to go to self check out. And you can only pay with a card I was not happy. Went back to the electronics you try and pay for my order and the guy told me they dont ring up people there. Seems like thats part of their job. He said theres a coin shortage so theyre probably going to switch the car now only I dont think thats right if you have exact change you should be able to pay for it with cash

This Walmart doesnt have much of a selection but it was a pretty big Walmart nonetheless.Mosey of the associates are pretty clueless to the products in their department but at least they had products to sell period.

Wow, couldnt find employees to ask where things were. Went to check out and the only thing they had open was the self checkers. I will not use these. Finally a girl came up to actually check us out and she was very unfriendly. Wouldnt even acknowledge us when spoken to. I will probably go back to Frankfort to shop.

So many items to choose from with great price comparability in one location. Enjoy self check out. However, the restrooms could be cleaner, especially with the pandemic happening 💁🏼‍♀️

The store manager Maranda and assistant manager, are HORRIBLE. Theres not enough PROOF their robbing the company blind, but look at how they treat the upfront employees. Your lucky if you get breaks. They cant keep employees because they treat them like trash. The coach Josh SUCKS at his job, never available and is never there to help. I had family work there for over a year and saw way to much thefts by employees... Like thousands of dollars at a time. Fire the management and make this Walmart better.

Well here goes. This place has everything you could need in the home, garden, and garage. That being said I am going to warn you the employees are not very friendly when asked to help finding something. If you visit the sporting goods section and need something from behind the counter you are going to be waiting quite a while most of the time. If you need something in the cases in the automotive section and the shop part is closed you are going to be waiting. A week ago I hit the page button at the headlamp case 4 times and waited at least 10 minutes between times. I finally flagged a couple employees over and they said they would get someone. 20 minutes later an employee showed up and said he was the one they told to come assist us. Well we told him we needed a bulb and he was like well I dont the key on me and said he would be right back. We waited at least a half hour longer for him to never return to us. I have delt with similar situations at this Wal-Mart location for years, and it is steadily getting worse. Now if you can even find an employee to help with anything they say they are not part of this department and they cannot help and they just Walk away.........

They need cashiers. I hate waiting in line 10+ minutes to check out my own groceries then get scrutinized about it when I leave. Im sure many people have had their own Walmart stories I dont need to explain any further. Just quit being cheap on the human experience of checking out and paying. For god sakes hire cashiers!

The reason I gave this a low rating is in reference to the staff at the Kokomo store. I stopped going to this store about a year ago, because every time I shopped there it was busy and the checkout lines had 20 - 25 people in line, and yet they did not open up any additional registers. I know the go to excuse they would give is that the employees were doing their best and were trying to help everyone the best they could, and they could not spare anyone that could run the register. That excuse will not fly because as I looked around while standing in line, I could see two groups of employees standing together and just talking and laughing and not paying any attention on how they could help speed up checkout.

Shelves arent stocked like past years. Poor customer service. Dont waste your time! In my opinion the big dogs dont care. Sad. 🇺🇸

My aides are usually able to find what I need, but if they arent careful with looking at the expiration dates, then they might accidentally bring home something expired by over a month. For the most part though, it is well worth your your time and money to shop here (especially, if you have EBT/SNAP/food stamps!).

Im not vrazy about supporting super stores, especially in these meased up days,but today was a bad day. I needed something that no other store seemed to have. But I must admit that Walmarts service was top shelf. Cashier was kind and informitive. Was a good visit.

Love to travel to different places within Indy to Florida then in the summertime I’ll go to Colorado Springs to see the mountain and lovely spring waters, all of them are beautiful. Indy we have the 500 here in May so it’s fun to visit. June I’m in Virginia beach area watching the boats come in and families loving on each other. July thats time for the fireworks all over the nations. I’m looking forward into being a Great Grandma, in July or first week of August.

Told one of the Yellow Jackets that there was mold in the Pepsi cooler by register 7 a month ago and it was still there today. Glad to see they keep the place clean!Edit since people still see this, its been 4 months and the mold is still there.

Ok place to shop. Prices are about the same as Meijer, or Kroger. Some items are actually cheaper at Wal-Mart, while some cost more than the other stores. Overall shopping experience sums up to, yes you can save money there depending on what youre buying.

Always busy but, you can get almost all of your needs on one place and thats what makes it convenient!

Walmart has almost everything you could think of. I go in for one thing and leave with a car full almost every time.

I need a motorized cart because of double knee replacement. Most of the time we have to circle the parking lot to find one. I dont want to take one, but my doctor says I have to. Others who also need one seem to get nasty because they want the one you got. So, instead of really being rude and hateful, I just got back in my car and went home. Walmart needs to either get more of these carts or make sure there are carts inside for those who need them. They lost my money today. Just really tired of circling around to find one! Believe me, when I no longer need one, I will be walking thru the store.

Empty spots on shelves and zero full service registers which, sadly, is normal now. No particular issues and store was clean.

They seriously need to improve on keeping product stocked throughout the store at this location.

Ive been to many walmarts from Indianapolis north to the state line and this is a decent store. The only complaint I have with this one is the line at the register. I understand this was a couple days before Christmas but they only had about 5 or 6 registers open and 7 to 8 people in each lane. They definitely needed more registers open but on the good side, the lines moved pretty quick. I was looking for a particular item and two employees offered help to find it which is nice to see especially at Christmas time. Overall I would prefer to shop at this store over most others.

Rarely have what I would want in terms of groceries and they have seemingly cut cashiers as a whole (beings though there were no cashiers on this visit) which leads to the most annoying incounters Ive ever had at the store. I do not recommend Walmart, instead go to Meijer.

It has taken 30 minutes to get a response for a fishing license at the sporting goods department at the Kokomo Walmart at Walmart. I will never ever purchase anything at this store again this is crazy

Love that Walmart offers at-risk curbside pickup. My order was brought out in less than five minutes of arriving . And the employee Quick was friendly, professional and very polite!

Not sure if all the Wal-Mart stores have gone this route, but Kokomo only has a few cashiers running registers, if any. I only go when I have to, and try to remind myself, there is a high possibility I will be checking out anything I purchase on my own.

I dread going every single time that I have to step foot in this store. The associates are rude and uncaring, they follow you around everywhere, even though Im clearly not stealing anything, I pay for everything, every single time, and if they use their facial recognition software to their advantage and also program the faces that shop regularly and never have stolen anything ever and treat those regulars really well, then they might actually get the upper hand on customer appreciation. But, what do I know Ive only worked in retail damn near my whole adult life so what do I know huh.

And if you got a question that you dont wanna drive across town to get an answer to forget it. They all think theyre at home on their couches, how dare you interrupt any of them and make them do their jobs. Answer the phone!!! But anyways, guess Meijer deserves my business more, they answered their phone.

This store is the worst. They never have anyone at the registers so you have to use self checkout. Still waiting on my paycheck for all the bagging and scanning Ive had to do here. Not too mention they come into small towns, close out all the small stores that offer good service, then they fire all the employees taking away local jobs, and the money you spend here goes back to corporate instead of staying in your home town. This place is a leech on society. But lazy people continue to shop here and fall in line to these large corporations. Lately within the last few years they wont even answer their phone calls anymore. Ive called in 100s of times only to never be answered or left on hold. Ive waited for hours on customer service and managers. Ive watched in the store as someone tried to call in over and over and the employees simply ignore the phones. This place is ridiculous. F*** you walmart.
