Just made my first visit earlier today. I was not disappointed! I had a delicious Grasshopper frappe and the staff accommodated my request to add espresso. So delicious! The prices are very reasonable as well. In addition to beverages, there is also a selection of food items, such as salads and cups of oatmeal. The young lady who took my order was very patient and sweet.Its a very cozy atmosphere with lots of furniture and even board games. Theres something for everyone and I know I will return in the near future!

I would argue that this is the best coffee shop in Kokomo. Excellent quality of coffee, great selection, delicious food choices, and after two years of living in Kokomo.. they are the only shop to never make my order wrong!They will be missed! Go there!

Best coffee in town. You need to stop in & look @ the candles theyre carrying. Candles are made in Greentown. Its awesome this small local business helps promote other local small businesses.

Went through the drive through staff was pleasant & helpful. It was a nice twist to my usual Starbucks. I will definitely go back for sure. I got the cabin fever ( white chocolate & Carmel Frappuccino) wonderful to say the least.

Absolutely the best smelling place Ive been too!Friendly and helpful staff .I happen to have been doing some sewer work nearby, owner made sure to come by and check on us and brought us coffee ( cabin fever coffee is amazing btw). Ill definitely be coming to this place often!

Pricey, but high quality uniquely flavored coffee beans by the pound. Theyll even grind the beans for you. I get flavored coffees for gifts. Of course, you can stay and have a cup and chat with friends like any coffee shop. They have plenty of flavored or fancy coffees that are at least as good as the big chains.

Bens no matter what location in town has good drinks! My case manager and I went to the newer location and there was plenty of nice quiet spots to do our meeting while we had some delicious drinks, and at way more affordable prices than a large corporation.

Great place to stop for coffee, the flavored blends they have to purchase and take home are very good and Id highly recommend trying some. In terms of drinks that they can make for you, even for someone like me with a large sweet tooth, it can be a little too sweet, so keep that in mind when ordering.

So so coffee (house blend), nice atmosphere and great seating, matter-of-fact attitude of cashier. Stood at counter for a while waiting for someone to take my order. No one paid any attention until a woman came out of the back and took my order.Coffee had a slight off putting taste, not what I was hoping for. I was served a muffin wrapped in cellophane, no plate, napkins or bag. I was going to eat it there but she didn’t ask. So not a real alternative to the big chain and don’t know if I would drive past another shop to come here. But it was clean and pleasant to sit awhile.

This place is the ultimate go to in my morning routine. Starting my day with coffee and friendly faces is the best part! Almond Joy Latte is my all time go to...but try the Snickers Latte! Try anything its all GOOD!!! Positive, encouraging, delicious....Big Ben Coffee!

Delicious dirty vanilla chai, would highly recommend. Very friendly staff too. Plus, lots of desk space if you’re trying to knock out some work.

The girl that took my order was decent enough but when the other girl went to make it she was trying to tell her what went in it, she seemed new, but instead of just helping her and telling her she was like no, thats not it. What goes in it? and stood there waiting for this poor girl to figure it out and Im standing there waiting for my drink. The girl that took my order (blonde, curly hair) just seemed. Very condescending to the other girl, not to mention I was waiting for my drink and could hear their conversation. Also, most of the food they had to offer did NOT look good. It looked like it had been sitting for awhile. I had the Cabin Fever drink and it was pretty good. Mostly, the staff and the food thats offered

In the middle of a residential neighborhood, at the northeast corner of a busy intersection, is Big Ben. I’d assume that this coffeehouse’s namesake is the famous Big Ben steer in town (or maybe in London, lol) but I haven’t heard of this place until days ago. I checked it out, and it serves as an oasis of comfort and tranquility with a main area of spread out seats, and two separate rooms with wide open windows and additional quiet, comfy spaces. It’s copious, yet cozy. Delicious smoothies. Friendly service. A nice ambience that takes it beyond your average coffee shop. Come see for yourself.

This is a Locally Owned and Operated Coffee House, The owners have made it their lives mission to invest in their employees and their community. Every customer and every cup they serve gets the Preferred Customer service commitment.I promise that if the coffee doesnt get you, The customer service will - No one will give you better coffee & service then Big Ben.

Great establishment to get a sandwich or dessert and a drink, (coffee) for me.

Warning: was a little pricey! Other than that I got the small smores frozen coffee and finished it happily in under ten minutes! Very good items and service and way underrated compared to Starbucks.

Friendly staff. Very cute and spacious inside. Stopped by with my son and we were pleasantly surprised. We took some extra time to take advantage of the chess table and board games.

Nice place to do some work outside of the office, but its pretty small. If there are a few groups in there it fills up quickly. Good coffee though

THIS is what a coffee house should be. Warm, cozy, friendly, delicious and caring about the community. They have a board at the door for people to pay it forward and buy coffee for anyone that wants one.

I was impressed that they had many sugar free flavoring options. I wished that the iced coffee came in a larger size. They have several nice areas where small groups can meet.

The owner is so kind and she donated 60 dollars to my dads cancer fundraiser and I had never met her until that day and she was so quick to help.

I spend a lot of time here for work related meetings and Im always treated so well.

Like any other day I go in to get coffee at big bens. Which is typically an ok experience. Today I went in and the barista had no enthusiasm or customer service. Very displeased when places like this run on customer service. So my friend and I left. Not the first time we have had bad customer service experience. Apparently it’s normal to walk away and go do something right in the middle of taking a customers order. Not a welcoming or coffee promoting demeanor. Need better customer service training. Will not be coming back.

Be sure to ask the baristas for recommendations if you cant decide what to get; theyve never steered me wrong. For complete beginners to the coffee lifestyle, try the Dirty Chai Latte; its got the kick of espresso, but without the bitterness. However, theres not as much variety here as there is at Coffee Junkiez, so i Id recommend going there if want more flavor options.

I havent been to the new location on Jefferson St but enjoyed the one inside Howard Community Hospital.

I have not been inside but I ordered a caramel frappachinno with extra caramel and extra whip cream and it was so incredibly creamy tasting it didnt have a coffee taste cuz I dont generally like coffee but I love frappachinnos. And it had like a coconut cream taste OMG I thought it was amazing lol
