This Starbucks is excellent, a lot of folks working here are great. Sandy today was just fantastic…..she cares so much, hustles all the time, and it so kind when speaking with customers and other folks working at Starbucks. I come to this store a good bit and all the folks working are always grand. Sandy is a really special.

Starbucks, you either are a fan or your not...but this gal is a fan!!! Love the Vanilla Sweet Cream Cold Brew and the new seasonal drinks. Always a delight and the staff is wonderful. Never an issue and if they are out of something...I love how they give suggestions and its always been delicious!

Evening staff Saturday was nice, the music is just too loud for me I have sensory issues and the music is always so loud at this location. I used to do my meetings there but Its hard to hear others too.

We love Starbucks but this experience was just horrible! First, we asked the barista a question about the app and she basically said she doesn’t try to figure it out because it doesn’t work. Then, she was rude while we tried to re-figure our order since we couldn’t use our stars. She gets my dads order wrong (he said the tallest and motioned to the big cup because he doesn’t know the names).It was busy, but not too busy. But, it took ~20 minutes to get my drink and over 50 to get my moms. But, they didn’t even have my moms order on their list. That same lady said ‘yeah we don’t have it’ and began to walk away. Finally she had to make it for my mom but was very rude. Nobody apologized for our wait or the inconvenience with the app. As someone who doesn’t live in Kokomo anymore, I’m very disappointed with our service here!

Staff were polite funny and i. A great mood. The while store had a happy and loose kinda vide. The. Coffee was excellent as usual. Enjoyed not only 5hw coffee this time, the whole store smiling was a nice pick me up as well

They didnt make my drink correctly but they did give me a different one, which was nice.

Longest I have waited. The service was extremely slow, waited 25 min for a shaken espresso that wasn’t even shaken and a cold brew. No apology for the delay or any type of interaction with the customer

Quite possibly the slowest drive through place in Indiana. Steak n Shake is 100 times faster if that gives you an idea....

Im not much of a big starbucks guy but Aleagh and her awesome attitude and patience when it came to a first timer really opened me up to starbucks! This amazing person deserves a raise big time. Keep up the great work!! I will deffenently be coming back to this location!!

Im not sure what is going on with this location but for the price the quality should up to standard. I usually just go on and drink what I get but yesterday I actually did call because its happening too frequently. Today I went to get my replacement drink and again, its wrong. Yes I should have made sure it was right before I left, however I didnt so to make them aware of the situation. I was lied to about talking to a manager when I asked for her name I got put on hold just to get someone else on the phone. I believe she said her name is Jo and that she was in fact the manager on duty. She took care of my issue and when I thanked her I got hung up on. Very unprofessional from beginning to end and unfortunately this is the only Starbucks someone close to me.

Im getting disgusted with your drinks and service. I called corporate and I got the same kind of service with them. I order the SAME EXACT drink every single time and they still get it wrong . I order 6/7 days a week the same exact drink and same exact location!!!!!. Today I also ordered the same exact drink . Nasty . I drove back and a bit better but not right taste . I go to another starbucks and a lot better taste than the 1st 2 but not like its supposed to taste. Whats up starbucks ?. Ive been your Customer for over 20 years and counting...maybe...

At one time, I loved using the wifi here! The location is great in Kokomo and the speeds worked well. The atmosphere was great, and so was the coffee!

I ordered a coffee from a sloth in Australia and it came quicker than the one I ordered from here. The inside is dark and dreary and the music is far too loud. The tornado hit this place for a reason.

Very unhappy. I asked for two venti, caffeine free drinks. Said at least three times that I wanted them to be decaf and once they were drank I read on the label that they were caffeinated. I am sensitive to caffeine and am very upset that they failed to complete my order the way I wanted, after stating I wanted decaf more than once.

Terrible customer service! The worker got an attitude because I asked for Light roast coffee. She said that they only had medium roast at the time. I’m thinking, isn’t this Starbucks? When do you run out of coffee? Can’t you make more? You want good customer service, go to ChikFilA! They aim to please! I won’t ever go there again! Don’t go there!

Waited in drive thru line 15 min before we got to the corner of the building and speakers to order. A gal comes out of a side door and said they close at 6 and the truck 5 vehicles in front of us was the last one being served. I will no longer support Starbucks but rather a locally owned coffee shop that still has customer service an work ethic in mind. I called to speak to a manager ....not available nor would they give me an upper managers number.

By far the absolute worst drive through I have ever experienced in the entire state of Indiana. PLAN ON 15-35 MINUTE WAIT EVERY TIME THEYRE A LITTLE BUSY! IM OVER IT!

I very seldom get to treat myself to Starbucks. But today I really needed it bring that it was like 90° if that wasnt bad enough as in my air in my car side stopped working I patiently waited for 15 minutes just to place my order of a call white chocolate raspberry latte. If that wasnt bad enough then it took me almost 15 I want to say closer to 12 and 1/2 minutes just to get my drink. Granted I know these are each made to order but the vehicles in front of me did not have big orders being handed out. While sitting in line I seen four different Vehicles pull out of line because they were tired of waiting just to place their order. Honestly I dont think this looks good on Starbucks part.

Older lady who works at this starbucks in kokomo was very rude and didnt care about customer care thats for sure! However, all the other employees treated me well. So im giving the 3 to the rude lady but id give a 5 to the rest.

Slowest starbucks EVER. I also ordered a drink on the app, which I have ordered multiple times over a month, my fiance picked up my drink and it was wrong. I call and politely let them know what happened since I used my rewards points for it, and the older lady who works normally in the afternoon was AWFUL. She literally argued with me about how its made. I used to be a starbucks manager, I know how its made. I would never tolerate my staff to argue with a customer. We would fix it right away no questions asked. I tried giving them another chance today and i have been waiting for 20 minutes. I would have left if I didnt already pay on the app.. I will NOT return to this location.

Wait time wasnt bad, but we ordered egg bites as part of our order and received some kind of bacon and egg sandwich. It wasnt the gluten-sensitive item ordered, and by the time we realized it, we were already on the highway again. Completely not the item ordered. Safety and cleanliness guidelines were ok.

Absolutely ridiculous experience! I waited in line for 40 minutes, never once did they say sorry about your wait. She was not very friendly at all. The worst part, my $6.15 drink was terrible!! Not sure if the person was new or what. But it was so watered-down, with not much flavor at all! I waited at the window for another five minutes so I know it was made fresh. How can the other places make them so quickly but this Starbucks takes an unacceptable amount of time!

Why would you have hours of operation 1:30-9?? I 100% being short staffed and having to adjust but people want coffee in the morning..... maybe open on the morning and close by 4 or 5. Just weird.

They were not that busy but I waited in drive through 10min. just for a cup of coffee. They must have poured my coffee right away because when I got it it was just warm.

I’ve been in town for going on two weeks now and I have been stopping at this Starbucks almost everyday! The best day is when Noah is working the drive thru! He just sounds so friendly and nice it really brightens up your day! Best part of this work trip in Kokomo!

One star is WAY too much for this place! The line wrapped alllll the way around the building and more. I got to the speaker at 6:01pm. Where they informed me that they closed at 6pm, and refused to take my order. No regard for myself, nor the 5 cars behind me, who had waited in line for over 15 minutes. Obviously run by democrats who fell for the corona hype.

The absolute WORST experience I’ve ever had. Waited 25 minutes for TWO drinks and finally asked for my money back. Cars were flying through the drive thru but they couldn’t figure out how to make my drink, as the employees were taking their sweet time. When I got my money back and explained that it took too long, the lady did not even apologize. I will NEVER return to this place again. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!

I am here from Nebraska on vacation. I rarely ever go to a Starbucks but this is for sure the nicest facility I have been to. They play good music, have an open area with lounge furniture. We ordered our drinks and they had them ready in a minute, and the drinks were very good! I will definitely come back next time I am here.

What is not to love about Starbucks! From the coffees, to the teas, to the merch, to the customer service, this facility is amazing. I will always love Starbucks especially the rewards program.

I placed a mobile order at 3:54. It is now 4:34 and they havent even started on my order yet. The app said 10 minutes max. I was here for at least 10 minutes before they even acknowledged my order, yet I am still waiting. The most I can ask for at this point is the correct drinks.

Pretty nice Starbucks. They keep it clean, service is friendly, & consistent. They accommodate orders well and my dog always enjoys the complimentary pup-cup. I only wish their hours of service were more broad.

Always a good location. Only bad thing is this particular Starbucks has usually really high traffic, so waits can get long. But the staff are very friendly and fun to chat with.

Got to the store and waited in line for 22 mins and when we got to the window it was 5 mins beforw close. They left us sitting at the window without telling us anything and when we motioned for them, they yelled were closed!! Very disappointed!! I love my coffee, go twice a day, but Im not so sure now!

Starbucks is great. I love their product, but I had a 25 minute wait. Maybe it was do to the 50% off the products that had espresso. I only seen one person filling orders and the window server would help when she could.

Its Starbucks. The staff is friendly, which is an improvement on some Starbucks I have been to in the past, but the prices are just still so high for what you get. My wife loves this place though so I guess we will keep going.

The new store is quite nice and the staff is great, but there has been something Ive been monitoring for the past three weeks before I wrote this review - the temperature in the store is cold enough that my hands are noticeably cold. I had on long johns, a t-shirt, and a sweatshirt this morning for 3 hours inside of Starbucks and never really got warm. As a place to enjoy the atmosphere, I prefer not to freeze.

Been frequenting Starbucks for years! It all began when we lived in Seattle & continues to today after moving back home. (The service is faster in Seattle, but so is everything else. Prefer the slower pace of Indiana these days.)

No mobile orders, no cards, and when I pull out my cash they couldnt even break it because they had not enough change. If that doesnt stop you, they had horrible attitudes and the service was awful. Luckily a nice customer broke my bill but I wouldnt go here ever again.

Forget the bars! This is my favorite place to drink in Kokomo, by far.sure sometimes the wait maybe a little extended but the baristas usually make your day with friendliness if you do have a lengthy wait time, and thats understood because with good quality comes a high volume of customers.Not to mention that damn near everything they serve is delectable, I havent found much that I dislike about this establishment. It is a wonderful place to study or socialize.I love that they ethically source and mostly organically derive all of their ingredients and constituents for most of the menu items. They also contribute to a lot of charitable causes, which is important to people like me.most of all I love how they treat their employees, they encourage and assist with tuition for higher education and recognize same sex marriage with medical insurance benefits!

Starbucks believe it or not is my favorite to go when I need to calm down and relax. Plus also get warm. Im glad that there were two of them in town. I was warm cause of all the Starbucks I drank there.

Terribly long lines and after at least half an hour we still had to ask for our drinks. Ours and others had apparently gotten lost. Very unprofessional. Employees were working hard so not sure how that happens but it was very frustrating.

My drink was good as always, but Im not a fan of the new interior. Old location felt like a lounge, while they now have an open floor plan with hard flooring and furniture. It feels like a noisy warehouse.

Its decent. Cant say they are the worst, but definitely not the best. Something is off. Cant put my finger on it, but.... something isnt right.

Typically will wait for 10-15 in drive thru line, and Ive also waited over 45min for a drink inside. It was just an iced coffee. If youre in a hurry and want your drink made right go another mile down the road to the other Starbucks.

I mean okay yea its delicious, but is it really necessary to charge that much for a coffee? Anyways, I had to give it 5 stars cuz the girl in the drive thru was one of the most cheerful ppl I have ever came across. If ur having a bad day u should visit this place when shes working.
