Sometimes its hard to know what to expect when trying a place that youre not familiar with. Both times Ive been in, the staff have made me feel right at home and welcome! The vegan snack options are really good of you need them.

Picked up some vitamins and checked out the shop. Very helpful and a great selection of vitamins and minerals. No junk vitamins here and the products are not on the cheap side but you what you pay for! Ill be going back as a regular customer.

Its a little pricey, but they have a good selection of healthy and alternative goods.I will say this though, they have cheap Reverse Osmosis water. I hate Kokomo water and I dont know what I would do without Sunspot supplying me with delicious water!

Sunspot Market went above and beyond to get me an order of difficult to find produce. What a stellar company! My only regret is that I cant rate them 6 stars instead of 5! Keep up the great work guys :)

Super helpful staff that seem very motivated and knowledgeable about health food products.I realize it is hard to turn profit for brick and mortars, but their prices are much, much too high. I would absolutely love to give them more business, and hope they address that in the future.

They typically have all the good options and they make fresh food wraps/pastas etc lots of herbs and other vitamins generally always in stock, catch sales on your favorite items quite often

During shelter at home for covid19 back in May, I kept busy by clearing brush. I normally do not get poison ivy, but ended up with a very painful case on my face. Bob fixed me up with jewelweed salve and pointed me towards my doctor. Prednisone, antibiotics, and a few months later its finally gone. Yeah, it was that tenacious, and hurt like hell.While it took a long time to get rid of, that jewelweed salve made it bearable, and was the only thing I had that kept the pain manageable.Im fairly picky about what I put on my skin, this product was grown organically and made by the same people who sell it.Thanks Bob, Neckarfow Farms, and Sunspot.

Went during the pandemic. No workers were wearing masks. It clearly was not required of the workers. Recklessly endangering the lives of their customers and associates. Disgusted. Will not give another dime to them. Repulsive behavior for a “health” food store.

Great products, nice people but price gouging AF I mean Ive seen better prices on the exact same products in San Francisco, Hilo Hawaii and Flagstaff Arizona. Not every product is over priced but many are about 4 times what they should cost. Shame on you Sunspot! The people of Kokomo cannot afford to be price gouged like that! Take responsibility for the effect you have on your community.

This is, hands down, the most comprehensive, wonderfully stocked, and well-operated health products store anywhere. A very wide variety of anything and everything (such as fermented Golden Turmeric Sauerkraut that gave me superpowers); a bulk foods section; a refrigerated and freezer section stocked with organic, vegetarian, and vegan products (their Very Vegan Chili is da BAWMB); a highly knowledgeable and courteous staff; and much more. I shop there so much that I pretty much live there. I highly recommend this place to anyone. And everyone.

Kokomos Sunspot Natural Market carries a wonderful variety of foods, vitamins, and products for folks looking for organic or gluten-free products. They also have bulk purchasing available in spices and grains which I find less expensive and fresher than at the regular grocery store. Great, friendly staff willing to help you!

Staff is WONDERFUL!!! It was my first time earlier this week, they answered all my questions, helped me find products that would be best for me & my granddaughter. You can even RETURN ANYTHING!! Doesnt matter if its opened, if it just didnt work for you, didnt agree with your body, made you sick, whatever the reason.... You can return, exchange, ect! AWESOME PLACE!!!

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Wide variety of products. My only issue was that there was a silent, but obvious issue with our service dogs. One manager was following us with a broom and dustpan (nearly 20 years with service dogs, and that was a first), at one point sweeping up something and remarked very pointedly Someone is shedding, theres dog hair everywhere!. My son and I pointedly ignored the behavior, but inside we were fuming. Our dogs are doubl-coated, and when theyre shedding they have clumps coming out. They are in beautiful coats, having shed out over a month ago. About 90% of the population has dogs or cats, so there is a lot more pet hair being brought in from humans than from our dogs in the 20 minutes we were there. Its a lovely store, and one rude manager shouldnt reflect on the employees that were professional and helpful. We will give it another try, but I wont tolerate nonsense quietly a second time.

One of my favorite natural grocery stores. They have a good selection of organic and alternative foods, supplements, and health and beauty products. They even have a jewelry and stone collection. The shop also hosts events, meditations, and drum circles.

I love this place! Great place to get herbs, rocks, natural organic foods, and supplements. They are always nice and offer a 10% military/veteran discount you can get preloaded onto your feel good discount rewards card.

SUNSPOT!! The best little organic supermarket in the world! Friendly staff, personable owners, an amazing selection, and they even have a wonderful and massive stock of dried herbs!! Yes, the prices are a bit higher than at Walmart or Meijer, but youre paying for quality and organic food, and supporting a local business too. I cant recommend this place enough.

Excellent place for organic stuff. I get natural deodorants there because old spice and the other main brands put aluminum and baking soda and it can cause rashes or irritation. They have a good selection here of organic and natural deodorants.

Sunspot has plenty to offer and if theres a specialty item a customer wants from out-of-state staff will attempt to bring it in-store. Sunspot is basically one of Kokomos classics and Joan, The Founder, should be awarded a key to the city if not already. I am convinced Joan is an angel in flesh.

The best..it has everything you need

I went to buy melatonin for my children. The lady who helped me was rude to me and was hesitant to help me. All because I wanted a extreamly low dose(1mg) for my kids. She said there were hormones in it, when I look at the bottle the ingredients are vegetable glycerin, water, and natural flavors. Needless to say I won’t be back. Mothers are criticized enough. They can keep their rude wanna be hippy sales clerks.
