The two guys that work there have the most BIGGEST attitudes. If you don’t like your job, quit. Simple. Also, they get angry if you don’t want to leave a tip.

Had a great blue moon latte and cannot say how happy I was to see all the different plant milks they have. They have coconut, oat, soy, and almond. They even have sugar free hazelnut and vanilla syrup.

The coffee is great, Im always able to get in and out with much wait.

Make sure not to get Sarah D in the drive through. She will ask if you want to leave a tip and if you say no thank you will snag your card out of your hand and eye roll. Ill just stick with my starbucks because rudeness is not needed.

Great coffee but orders are wrong about half the time :( not sure why mistakes are so common but the good coffee keeps me coming back. Just check your order before you leave!

Central Texas staple offering coffee, pastries, and espresso drinks created with their signature Moon Milk. Opt for the Blue Moon (lavender latte) for a change of pace. The moon milk is very sweet so I usually go with a 1/2 Moon or under.Not sure if its the sheer amount of drive thru orders or understaffing but there are times when it takes an extraordinary amount of time to receive a drink. The staff seems to be slinging them out as fast as they can, but being the only coffee shop in Kyle means everyone is there.

I love Summer Moon coffee. And I have to add that this is my favorite location of all of them. So clean and the staff are very friendly. I highly recommend this place and their pastries.

Yummy drink options! I definitely choose the local coffee shops over the large corporate chains whenever I can. My family and coworkers alway order the signature drink, Summer moon latte. Its a top seller, Im sure. I wish I knew for sure if the moon milk was vegan friendly. Im not certain if it has dairy or dairy derivatives. I personally order the Matcha Latte with Oat milk, its a great alternative if youre not a big coffee drinker. Im pleased with how many dairy free milk options they offer, (oat, almond, coconut...etc.) because that kind of variety is not as common in all those big chain coffee joints. I love the atmosphere here and the employees are always very nice and chipper early in the mornings, which is true for all of the Summer Moon locations Ive been to. It must be the coffee!

Omg. The coffee here is life juice lol. My go to is the mocha moon on ice. Omg. I love it. Its a treat for me since its not on my way to work but if it was I would have it everyday! That moon milk makes all the difference in the world!

I ordered the espresso milkshake and it was Fabs! I wanted pick up some egg and bacon tacos for my kids, but there was some kind of issue with meats and some sort of delivery service. Anyway, ended up getting some spinach/egg tacos...def not a fan of them. Also got a couple of muffins and donuts, and they were pretty good. Im really pleased that Summer Moon has opened, and I am positive that the once they have been here a while, all of the kinks will be worked out!

Super clean, staff always super helpful with item questions but more importantly this location has A DRIVE THROUGH. My favorite pics are the Summermoon, the Frozen Hot Chocolate (your favorite hot chocolate but blended/chilled), Moonglacier (a vanilla blended drink), and the iced matcha green tea latte.

It was my first time visiting - I thought that they didnt serve coffee/drinks/food because their website only advertised their coffee beans. But, the do serve coffee and it is delicious. Their cold brew isnt acidic and tastes great. Very nice atmosphere too, so would recommend.

This is my favorite coffee shop!The staff is so friendly the coffee is amazing. I really like thier moon milk (milk with a secret blend of spices) and that you can adjust how much milk they put in!When I first started drinking coffee I could only do sweet things. Like Starbuck frappe levels of sweet. So my friend got me a 3/4 moon summer moon latte. Later I went to the 1/2 moon.If you dont like sweet, I recommend the 1/4, but Ive never had it.My current go to is the Blue Moon. The lavender in it is just right! The drink smells like heaven and tastes even better.During the fall though, I go for an Autumn Moon latte every day. It is literally all the smells, tastes, and feelings of fall put in one drink. It is not like the PSL. I would describe Starbucks PSL as very pumpkin forward (which dont get me wrong is amazing💕). Where as the Autumn moon is more focused on the spices and has no pumpkin flavoring in it.Also the prices are extremely well set and you can adjust anything in a drink.Lactose intolerant peeps can choose almond milk or oat milk!Finally the swag! This shop as a wonderful vibe and their coffee cups, shirts, stickers, and more are so freaking cute. Their whole business pitch is based around their roasted beans, so the merchandise has little fire pits, camping sites, and mountains all over it. 🏞️🏕️I am very much a basic white girl so please take my obsession with a grain of salt! 😅

Very disappointed and definitely not returning! I went twice using the drive-thru service and asked for the large 20 oz frozen drinks and noticed the cups were kinda small for 20 ounces.  On the first purchase, I asked the employee if she was sure she was serving me the 20 oz drink we ordered and said yes. I thought maybe they made a mistake so on my second purchase I kept the cup and measured it to make sure. Like I suspected, the cup can not hold more than 18 oz even if you fill it to the rim.  On my third visit, I decided to let them know. The male employee taking orders at the counter said that it was in fact their 20 oz cup. I said, this cup can not hold 20 ounces of liquid.  He answered abruptly with an attitude,  Well, that is our 20 oz. cup, are you ordering something?After I ordered, I asked to see the manager because his attitude made me feel really bad. I believe he said and pointed out,that is the manager and owner and she is sitting right there.  I showed her the new drinks and I let her know that they were charging for a 20oz drink but was actually a 16 oz cup. She did not seem to care much and like if it was not important that she was ripping off her customers. She did not even apologize nor offered me a refund.  She responded, They sold them to me as 20 oz. cups.  Well measure them because they are not.

Don’t get me wrong, I love summermoon coffee, however, the wait at this location is awful! This location should be the best because it has a drive thru but if I use the drive thru it will take, no joke, 4x the expected time. Baristas aren’t rude but not super friendly either.

I love the product and usually the service, however the hours are confusing. They have a sign on the drive they that says they open at 6 a.m. I just tried at 6:40 and saw two people inside, but they were locked, didn’t answer the drive thru and didn’t answer the phone. Google says 7, which is fine, just don’t have a sign that says 6 am.

I really love Summer Moon, and went to get some coffee today on a day off. I wanted to give a higher rating, but I have to admit I am very offput by the scene I took in while I was waiting for my coffee.At the bar by the take out window, there was someone working on their laptop with a mask hanging off of their ear instead of wearing it. Less than a foot away from the window, basically breathing on all of the to-go orders that were going out of the shop. For all the social distancing signs, shields and hand sanitizers in this establishment, I hoped for better... I also hope for everyone going though the drive through today, that person didnt have COVID 😕

This place was so cute and comforting. I had a Coffee date there and it was the perfect atmosphere to relax and talk on a chilly day. My Mocha Moon was just the right amount of sweet. I loved the little cinnamon shaker by the sugar, added a shake or two and it was yummy and festive. This is a good place to meet up, not loud not crowded and just the right amount of comfort. The design and layout work well for this space. and I loved the cleanliness. I didnt want to leave the bathroom LOL, I was too busy checking out the lighting. I loved it! Overall this place is a must, tops cleanliness and staff is even keeled even up to closing time.

My first visit was pretty great. Even though it was busy I got my order fairly quickly. I will be coming back.

I love having this coffee shop nearby! I love their coffee too!Unfortunately am taking a break from going there because they are not wearing masks consistently. Sometimes all the employees are and sometimes all the employees arent.I have sent a message on the website but got no reply. I am concerned for our health and the health of our community during this pandemic.

Best coffee by far! I always get a mocha moon. If Im not feeling coffee, I get the mango smoothie which is also delicious. Im moving from the area where I wont have Summer Moon anymore and I wish I could take this place with me.

The menu items are amazing here just like both of the other locations. The staff needs customer service training. I ordered on the app today and chose to pick up from nearest location. I was in Buda and thought it would send my order there. It sent my order to Kyle. I had to call the Kyle store and cancel my order. The same employee I cancelled the order with called me back to tell me that I hadnt ordered correctly on the app anyway and they were unable to charge me properly for what I had ordered. It was .50 for extra lavender. She wanted to tell me because she didnt know if the Buda store might want to call me out for ordering wrong with them also. Thankfully, the Buda store employees were much more understanding and just generally very nice people and did not want to call me out. I wont be going there again even if it is just 5 minutes from my house.

A nice alternative to main chain restaurants. It’s also a nice place to study and enjoy a drink. The staff are cool, I’ve never had a bad experience here.

So LOVE Summer Moon. I always order the Espresso Milkshake! So delicious!At this location, their drive through area is super scary but its worth the milk shake haha! Just be careful up that steep hill.

Love the Half Moon! It’s a great location and I love the pastries. I can’t start my day without a large Half Moon. Their creamer makes the coffee just sweet enough without overpowering the wood fired coffee. The service is wonderful and the staff obviously loves what they do. I’ve abandoned Starbucks and I never looked back.

Summermoon Coffee is the best. I love the feel, cleanness and cozy environment it gives me. The staff is friendly and helpful. & again their half moon hot coffee is my favorite. However, I feel the music is to loud which is my reason for only 4 stars instead of 5. I can’t hear myself think in there let alone have a normal volume conversation with someone. Lastly the tables are a tad to close to each other.

Pleasant coffee shop. A bit noisy, but that speaks to the business they are doing. Breakfast tacos before 10:00, but better get their early, as they disappear. Excellent coffee and tea options. Lots of laptops out.

Great place for a coffee date! Beautiful sitting area and wonderful coffee drinks. The Summer Moon Latte is a must try. This was our first visit and we are looking forward to our next one.

I absolutely love this coffee shop. My favorite drink is the Moon Glacier with Java Chips. Only feedback on what I think should improve would be baking more pastries. Whenever I stop by (around 10am weekdays and weekends) they are nearly sold out of all pastries. Guess they go fast cause theyre delicious, but I have yet to try one!

I love the Staff here!! If you want good coffee good conversations and just an overall good time sit here and talk for awhile. Theyll take good care of you!!👌🏼

Nice clean shop. And the coffee is pretty good to. Just made my first visit. So far so good.

Not exactly on the beaten path, just drive back in the medical services area and youll find it on the end. But I really like the Summer Moon Coffee Shopps. Its not another Starbucks. And this location has a fun little play station to occupy the kiddos with Lego type building blocks. There is plenty of casual seating and a table in the back for game play easily accommodates eight people. Bathrooms are always clean. There is a drive through for the on the go cup of Joe.

Regardless of the size of the town, its always good to have a good coffeehouse. This Summer Moon is a haven for students from both the nearby high school and college, a break for busy stay-at-home parents and apick me up for all others that work nearby. During weekends, its a great place to sip on some good java and relax.Like its brethren, this location is open and welcoming with enough room for study groups, work meetings, or meet-ups.Coffee is always solid, both hot or cold, so you never have to worry about what youll be sipping.

While enjoying my stay in Austin over the holidays I found myself craving some coffee. But, I didn’t want to settle for typical Starbucks. So I decided to branch out and try Summer Moon Coffee Bar. Fantastic! I got their fire roasted drip coffee in a 20oz. Wow! Barely finished 3/4 of my cup and I was wired all morning! With Starbucks I would have paid several dollars more! Not only that but the coffee is just far better at Summer Moon.Fresh, delicious, bold coffee. Very impressed and will be a go to visit Summer Moon Coffee Bar every time I’m in Austin area.

The drinks are good! The service is definitely friendly and the place is kept clean and nice! My only complaint is that I can never really hear when my drink is ready, because no one yells it out loud enough! Other than that, great place! (Not better than the Buda Summer Moon tho 😆)

Great coffee! They should habe the waiting line in the parking lot behind the store so as to not block the driveway of the other stores.

I love the atmosphere of the cafe and the coffee! The coffee doesnt have that weird after taste and is so silk smooth. The pastries and baked goods are great as well! I love that its spacious and kid friendly. Its definitely better than other coffee shops here in Kyle.

Espresso is very good. The regular summermoon is too sweet, start with a half moon (has half the sweetener of a regular one). They also have a good area for kids to play in, with some cool toys. Four stars instead of five because the drip coffee isnt very good. Although I had it black; I havent tried it with moon milk... 🤔

Although, the staff are super nice, they arent as fast as some of the other summermoon locations. This location is a plus because of the drive thru option but still takes a long time compared to other coffee drive thrus.

I visited for the first time a couple of weeks ago as a midpoint meeting spot with a friend. Im so glad we picked Summer Moon! The baristas were so friendly and took their time to explain the moon chart. We were even able to sample the delicious sweet cream they use in the coffee. I ended up getting a half moon. It had the perfect ratio of espresso, cream, a sweetness. So perfect that I got a second serving. I will definitely be visiting in the future!

Remember when the fad was saying I think they put crack in this. I am addicted!Well I think Summer Moon has done even worse. I think they put serotonin in their coffee. I never had a need for crack- but boy do I need serotonin, and now I need Summer moon!Even as Im writing this Im planning on putting on socks and shoes to rush over there.So good!So, I was raised in a strict no-coffee household and so when I grew up and started drinking coffee, I didnt really like it. I had to have everyone add extra cream and sugar and flavors and I would still only drink a few sips.But this place!I ask for one, standard drink, THE Summermoon and it is automatically perfect. Im still bad at finishing the whole thing though so I usually hand off the second half of it to coworkers, and honestly I think its the only reason they like me.Yes thats right! With this coffee you can have friends!Okay but seriously I could go on all day about this coffee.The staff is wonderful, the ambiance is incredible, and the coffee is to live for.11/10. Would recommend.

This is my favorite place to meet up with friends or to just get into a creative space to get things done! The coffee is refreshing and flavorful, the baristas have great coffee knowledge, and the staff is always helpful and friendly. Having just moved to town from Seattle, its great to know that there is a warm, artsy, and professional neighborhood coffee shop that I can really call home. Im glad my friends introduced me to Summer Moon and Im grateful for the team that works here—they are quickly becoming like a second family to me!

This coffee shop has great service and is generally clean and comfortable. The only thing that isnt great is that its always SO crowded. I always find a table when I go but end up very close to someone else.

Me and my family love summer moon. Everyone is super friendly when you walk in, the coffee is amazing, and they have a place for my 3 year old son to play with toys. Super clean and relaxing atmosphere to enjoy great eats and drinks, no matter what time of day!
