Very busy at 3:15 pm when I stopped in. Ordered the seasonal Juniper Latte. Came out quickly despite the crowd inside. I tried to use an offer that would give me a drink for $3 after 3 pm from the phone app. They could not get it to work so they gave me the drink for free!!! Excellent customer service. Instead of disappointing a customer when the app did not work, I walked away happy. Great job Starbucks! I like this store, glad it is close by.

I hate to leave another bad review but I am just very disappointed. I stopped going to this location because every single time I order coffee or food something is incorrect or missing. I waited a while until I decided to try again, and today, once again, my coffee order was incorrect and I was missing the one food item that I ordered. I even spoke with them on the phone. It has just become very frustrating considering how much money I spend at this starbucks. I really hope things change and get better for the future of their business because starbucks corporate has high expectations and this store does not meet those expectations in my eyes. (i have worked for starbucks before).
It almost doesnt feel like a Starbucks. Service is great but there is something off. At least the taste is consistent!
I don’t understand why it’s so hard to find a cold nitro cold brew in Austin Texas i used to travel all the way to Bee caves just because they have a really cold nitro cold brew and now that location has close I am stuck drinking hot nitro cold brew’s
I dont drink coffee, but I love their dragon drink or hot cocoa. I always get my fiance the hot vanilla latte. Its always delicious but I have noticed sometimes they dont fill the large cups up more than halfway, which kind of feels like a ripoff
On time.... I wish they could have more support at this store. Always busy... always there is a line even with pre orders online...

Honestly I usually skip this location because its always busy. And somehow my coffee is always made wrong anytime I do decide to go here. I make my way to a location about 25 minutes away just to get my coffee, when this one is about 10 minutes from home. Sad coffee day..
Fast service, but no drive thru
This is my Starbucks! If you come here often and get to know the baristas, they will treat you like family. There are several “regulars” here who are super friendly and fun to visit with. I’ve even seen one get a free drink just because they come here all the time. 🤫 The quality is the same as any other Starbucks. It’s the staff and atmosphere that makes it worth coming to.Important - there is no drive thru. Also, don’t come at closing time because they will not open the door once it’s locked. (Some customers don’t understand that baristas, too, have a life).

I went at 9, a little before 9, and as i ordered my amount was like 24 witg something and i took out a 100 dollar bill and the guy told me he cant change it and if i had something smaller. The only other thing i has was a 50 dollar bill and some 1s. So i tried to pay with the 50 dollar bill and still denied me . How can u not change a 50 dollar . The change would of been 20 something . I know they have change there in the back of something.. it’s unbelievable. I left with nothing😡. Im so upset at that worker.

My daughter went to the Starbucks on 123 in San Marcos and waited in line for 15 minutes. When she got to the menu to order they said they closed at 5:00 and it was only 5:02. So she left (very irritated) and drove to the one in Kyle by H‑E‑B since that’s where we live. She told them about what happened in SM and they gave her our drinks for FREE!!! Way to step up and provide excellent customer service!!! Thank you for making our day better and turning a negative situation into a positive!!!
The non ability to order ahead (stinks ) not sure why ? My grande cappuccino was sweetened and never was that ok ! I have been to 100s of starbucks this was the worst .

Im really fond of the outdoor seating at this location when weather permits. Always clean. The indoor seating is nice but this location has a small footprint. They do have wheelchair seating indoors♿. They sell fresh baked goods as well as packaged snacks. They carry a variety of coffee mugs and travel mugs for sale as well as coffee makers. They offer packaged whole bean us and ground bean coffee for sale. Oh, and a public unisex 🚽.

I want a cold brew with SWEET CREAM, but this Starbucks doesnt make it. It is instead a cold brew with a cream top, no sweet. So I ordered a cold brew with almond milk. And then got packets of honey. I know, honey only works in HOT drinks. Yep, totally true, so I have a cold brew with almond milk and honey stuck to the bottom of it. Awesome. Otherwise great service but I really want a cold brew with SWEET CREAM. Arghhhhhh Starbucks!
Got a cookie crunch this morning, got home to drink it. It smelled off but i thought maybe I’m just weird? Definitely taste like the milk has gone bad. I can’t imagine how many other drinks were made with the same milk 😐
So I don’t usually write reviews. But today I was super impressed. I ordered my drink here like I do every morning. They were training a new girl and when I came in, my drink was wrong. I let the barista know and not only did they replace my drink, but they also gave me a gift card for $4 to cover the price of the drink (I didn’t ask for any kind of refund.) Outstanding customer Service. Above and beyond.
The lady with the short hair today has an attitude! I drive Uber eats and I saw that they out order’s out but never called them out they only called the people that where in the shop that makes no sense this is the second customer that has a melted whipped cream and she had a nerve to tell me wait to ask her if that was my order in the heap of coffees she never shouted out
I wish this location had a drive through. That would make it 5 stars all day.

If you order online its because you want to pick up the drinks and go, I reached for mine that were on the other side of the window I understand the covid situation and keeping distance but no one was in the front and when I got my drinks the barista ran up tried to snatch my cake pop and tell me not to reach under the window... First of all, Im in a rush if you dont want anyone to reach under the window then have em out instead of texting on the phone knowing that its a pick up order. next time someone tries to snatch my food/ drinks that I paid for better hope Im in a good mood cause if I was upset Id be sure to throw it back in and get my refund. Didnt get the kids name all I know is that hes white and brown curly hair, be respectful and do your job appropriately.
I am a regular customer at the Kyle marketplace. I usually have no problem picking up my to go order using the Starbucks app. When I went in to Starbucks to pick up my order on Friday morning February 8 2019. My drink was sitting there but my three other items were not. I asked a very nice gentleman if there was an order for Susan and he said there was not an and order for three breakfast sandwiches for Susan just the drink. I asked the gentleman if it was sitting over by the two pick up area and he said no. So I’m assuming somebody picked up my order instead of theirs. The gentleman who helped me was very polite and put the money back on my Starbucks rewards card and gave me my drink for free. I’ve never had this problem with this Starbucks before but I have been hearing stories from other Starbucks is that people are walking in and picking up to go orders that are not even there when they didn’t even order from the app. I’m just suggesting that Starbucks needs to update their app where people can put their last name on their order and they go into the store and they ask for their order because I was very upset that I didn’t get my breakfast sandwiches. So I hope Starbucks can improve their Starbucks app and improve their orders to go pick up area. Thank you and have a blessed day.
Great staff, friendly service, but the wait time at this location is VERY excessive, consistently. Every. Single. Time. Ive waited 25-30 minutes for a drink here before. I worked at a Starbucks for 3 years so I understand the nature of the business. I know its really hard and stressful work. But if people are waiting that long for drinks then something needs to be done to streamline the process a little, or at least comp the drinks.
No employee seems to care about time. Drinks are made very good but in a leisurely pace. There were 5 other customers in front of me and I was disappointed in the time it took to place my order. Starbucks is very well know for friendly, yet quick service. This location needs to pick up the pace. They do seem to have the friendly down nicely.
My drink didn’t taste good. The line was long and it took about thirty minutes to get my drink. But it’s the season for empathy and I could tell everyone was putting forth their best effort. So 5 stars! :)
It is a pretty basic Starbucks. The staff can be a little rough to deal with, and even mildly rude at times. Honestly with one right across the street in Target, unless you need to go before Target opens, my recommendation is take a bit of effort to go across the street. With no drive through, I have found no real advantage to this one over the other and the Target service is better in my experience.

They werent very busy, but the staff did not make any effort to get to know me or even be pleasant. They didnt call my name when my drink was ready, and they placed it where pick up orders go so I wasnt sure it was mine at first. I ordered a salted caramel mocha frappuccino and there was no salt at all. This was, overall, a very disappointing Starbucks experience.
Had drinks here with friends today. Was in to speak to the manager as Im interested in job opportunities at this location. The manager was very considerate in taking time out of the day to speak! Cant get better service than this one as well. Will definitely be pursuing a career here!
Friendly and professional staff, along with a clean and convenient location. My experience has been consistently positive and visit a couple of times per week.

It was lively and had a constant stream of people but there was enough seating thankfully for my meeting. It did take a bit for my nitro with sweet cream to come out but I only saw 3 people in total running the shift at 10a. So for the 5 minute wait is wasnt bad. I didnt really like what I paid for but then again, I havent been to a Starbucks since the Cherry Blossom Winter Massacre circa 2015(?). They also complimented my hair so thats nice.
Considering they were operating at 50% capacity our 2 Americanos were ready quicker than we expected. Unfortunately, mine was picked up by another customer and taken to his table. Instead of replacing it with a fresh cup the young lady insisted it was fine based on her determination. Poor attitude and terrible customer service. Glad I was only passing through!
I drink my coffee black so theres has a bitter taste that im not used to thw other people with me had different flavors added probably masked the true flavor of the coffee

A few weeks ago I rated this location only two stars (with the explanation in the paragraph below). Ive got to say, since the poor review was posted, the morning crew has changed - not the people but the way they treat customers. They are very respectful and warm now, and not just in my opinion but family and friends who frequent this location agree. Friendly, helpful service is NOT how you can describe the morning crew at this location - ha. Its almost comical how they treat people (every time I come in here). The service and the speed of the service was excellent. They also knew how to make double black eye. she even suggested that I use the blonde roast for an extra caffeine kick. Outstanding!
I really like this place. Not only because its the only one in about 10 miles but because its always busy. I have been coming in to do work while I enjoy a coffee and I usually beat the crowd. Theres plenty of seating outside but because there are no power outlets, everyone crowds inside. So look at the peak hour info and work around it if you are looking to getting a table.
Ok. Im an everyday sometimes multiple patron per day. The first night I came in recently moving here the people working made my drinks perfect and actually remembered the next day what I ordered. I order the same thing every day and add food items regularly. This is the only Starbucks I will keep coming back to even though I prefer drive thru stores. They are actually more accommodating and faster than the drive thrust. Great job.
Seasonal coffee is too tempting.I enjoyed just getting away from the kids for a while and relaxing with the wife.They were a little busy, slower than normal, and I had to ask for a sleeve for my hot cup. Not sure why the cup didnt have a sleeve...The service was friendly. Nullified my complain on a busy day...
I misordered, I meant a cold brew pumpkin cream, but I said a decaf nitro pumpkin cream. It came out what I ordered and unfortunately that was when I realized my mistake 😣. A helpful employee took care of it immediately upon overhearing my disappointment. Thats great customer service 👍👏. And thats exactly why I will be there again!

First time to Starbucks. Friend bought me here. I ordered a large coffee. It was like 2.75!!! For coffee. My friend paid for it. He is a fool. They wanted like almost 4 dollars for a muffin!...a freaking muffin. Lots of suckers there paying those prices for so little.
The coffee was as good as any Starbucks Coffee however their business operations need to be streamlined a bit. They appear to be novices at the Starbucks paradigm (e.g. morning rush). This is a place to sit and drink coffee leisurely. It was very crowded and again they were very slow. If they could get those factors under control it may be a better operation.
Fast service!! Appreciated that and i wanted to try something new and the employee was very sweet and help me decide on a new drink.
This was the friendliest Starbucks Ive ever been to, and Im a frequent traveler. The baristas here made sure I received my custom order and all items were perfectly prepared. Ill be back whenever Im in the area.
The fact that the average wait time here is 15 minutes really says it all. I would understand if there was a line but when there is not I see no excuse. Especially when fully staffed.
This is by FAR my favorite Starbucks. Some of the crew there have become like family because theyve taken the time to memorize us as costumers and genuinely are interested in us as people. (Night Crew- Day Crew are usually swamped with orders)We visit multiple Starbucks every week - all over central Texas, but this one consistently makes our orders correctly, time and time again.Were also very excited that they stay open until 11pm - in a town where so many things close at 9pm. (Even BIG CITY Starbucks close at 9pm, but not ours in Kyle! )We have even created a few specialty drinks that we name after the Baristas that created it!

Even with my once a week visit on my way to San Marcos - they know my order. They really make me feel special. They always great me with smiles and a good morning. The staff here seems to always get my order wrong. I ASKED for a ICED blonde vanilla latte and I swear 3/4 times they seem to ignore that and give it to me piping hot. I’m not paying $4 for a coffee that I didn’t even want and can’t drink cause it’s so hot.
The customer service here sucksThey had a promotion going on and didnt even offer it at the registerThen when I brought up how it clearly was promoted throughout the store they made it seem like it was my fault for them not processing the order properly for the promoSo after all that I just flat out refused the deal which was a freakin $5 gift cardThe staff did nothing to appease the issueAnd clearly did not know the locations promotional deals.What a waste of my time.

No drive-thru, but you can order ahead. Great coffee and the staff is always friendly and helpful. Some of the staff have even taken the effort to learn my name (I study there a couple of times per week)! Great place!

The mapping needs to indicate if it is a stand alone or in a grocery store. We drove way out of our way drive home from out of state. Less offerings and more hassle to go in the store.

I order on the app. so that I do not have to wait, as mornings are crazy. Recently, it doesnt seem to matter. Today I ordered before I left my home so that I could run in, pick it up on my way to work and skip the line/wait. I still waited for over five minutes... leaving me to think whats the point of ordering online?.. There seemed to be an indifferent attitude as well, which is not the first time. Considering not reloading and returning if this is going to be the new normal and I have been a customer at this location for over 12 years. I tried to call and speak with a manager and could not get through. So here it is in a review.
Every time I come to this Starbucks I have to wait 15 to 30 minutes. It does not matter how many people are there. 5 people 20 people expect to wait. Try summer moon in buda. There coffee, prices and services is so much better.
