Russell at the Kyle location is exceptional! I had to come in three different times, attempting to paint match the paint color and sheen from my house and every tine there was something off about match when I would go back home to do touch ups throughout the house. Russell was extremely informative on how the paint process works and explained everything to me thoroughly as this was my first time in a Sherwin Willams.Thanks again! Russell is the most professional paint specialist I’ve ever worked with in my life. I went into Sherman-Williams not knowing the colors that I was looking for and he found them without a problem.I recently have had double knee replacements and i never mentioned it to him. I have been in a few times, The store is brand new very clean, and shiny, the products are all the same, the supplies are as well, I just like the attitude of the San Marcos store alot more. The store personnel at this location always seem to have some kind of bad attitude that as a kind person I never feel that I deserve. I generally know what I want, I say please and thank you, but the people behind the desk come off as though they would rather I was not in the store, and have an attitude when helping me. I dont like this store because of the personnel, and I will go to San Marcos if I need Sherwin Williams products in the future. I called the corporate phone number as requested in the reply to my review, got hung up on the first time, finally got routed to the Austin division at 4:30 PM, and I got sent to a voicemail box. we shall see if I get a callback. Just send me Mike Halls phone number, that would save alot of headache.
