I had estimates from three other body shops. After contacting Kim and discussing my options they found a much simpler and cost-effective solution for me. I feel they went out of their way to try and make my repair as streamlined and inexpensive a process as possible. Cant say enough about them and their staff.

The man that examined my vehicle wasnt exactly friendly but Im leaving the review based more on the fact that I never received an estimate. This occurring after calling back a couple weeks after the fact and explaining the situation while verifying my email with them. Waste of time.

I got rear-ended and took my car to Schaller Jacobson. They did everything in a timely fashion. When I got my car back, you couldnt even tell it was ever in a collision. If I ever have any problems collision in the future, I will go 100% go back.

It was bad from the start the car they gave me was low on oil-power steering-and antifreeze I had to put it in. Then when I got my car back there was a lose piece on the front and it took 3 more weeks to get it fixed I will never go back there.

Our van got hit by a deer.. brought it to Schaller Jacobson and they did an amazing job. The van looks great. Everyone we talked to was friendly and helpful. Very happy!

I’ve been coming here for years and should have written many reviews already. They are absolutely wonderful! They will give you honest updates about cost as they work on your vehicle. I had a 1996 Subaru that I drove until the shocks literally punched up through the rust in the floor. They helped me keep it running and as safe as possible for 5 years while I was I college. You will be charged for their labor and your parts obviously but it is worth every penny. I tried one other mechanic in la Crosse before coming here and they charged me 800+ dollars for not even doing what they said they did. I’m not a car expert but even I could tell this other place ripped me off. I have never ever had that issue at Schaller Jacobson’s. Mike is fantastic and awesome and will explain things to you in an honest way. When they have some available you can get a free loaner. Their customer service is unbelievable. 10/10 I recommend to everyone! Like I said, worth absolutely every penny!!

This is hands down the worst experience with a body shop Ive ever had. First off, the repair took forever, with no updates about time frames. When I got my car back I found that all of my belongings were gone through, with the contents of my console and glove box strewn about. My car was messy before, but I got it back completely trashed. My new back bumper was poorly aligned. And to top it off I got a nice dark handprint in the roof liner. I cant think of one positive thing to say about this experience. I will go out of my way to recommend that no one goes to this business.

I have had both my vehicles here for collision damage and they do excellent work. The rental the insurance company paid for was a Ford Fusion. My problem with the car was it needed to be cleaned. The trunk had a large stain on the carpet. Second vehicle was a Ford Taurus and the vehicle was much cleaner. The rentals did not affect me that much due to the fact that they are rentals and the work on our cars is top notch.

The repair work is great. My issue comes from it should only be a couple days turns into three weeks or more. Not courtesy call to update whats going on. Dont believe them when you hear the words it will be ready tomorrow. However, believe that your vehicle will look like new when they are done.

Schedule an appointment for a hail damage estimate, Onalaska location. Made me wait 45minutes, push another car or two ahead of me, (that we’re drive ups no appointments) then shared they couldn’t process my vehicle that day. When I asked them what was the point of an appointment, since they don’t honor them, they responded “I don’t what to tell you” and ask me to come back another day, they locked the door after I walked out. Poor customer service, can’t comment on the quality of work.

Ive used these folks a couple of times. Theyve been courteous, professional and do a great job. Ive not been disappointed. Provide a loaner car if needed for those of us with only one vehicle.

I brought my Chevy Volt in here last spring because I hit a raccoon on the freeway and it fried the engine. These people gave me the round about every time I came in to check on my car. They kept saying the insurance company is stalling but I talked to the insurance guy and he said they were being slow. One day I made a surprise visit to check up on my car and I found them hauling tires in it! They left dirty tire marks all over my black leather seats and didnt have the decency to even clean it off. I did not end up getting my car back until a couple months later. I highly recommend you go else where with your vehicle. These people take advantage of you if you are not assertive. They probably though Im just a kid, but this was my first nice car I bought after graduating college and they treated it with disrespect.

They do great body work

Mr. Cory Storandt had his car fixed here over a year ago. It was dropped off with out an appointment but we did work it in. It was drivable. The insurance company mailed him the check for over $5,000.00 which is okay but Mr. Storandt never paid us. He never called to say he had any problems with our work. He just posted this after we took him to court to collect our money (just about 2 weeks ago) and we won our judgement against him.
