Fantastic experience buying truck from out of town. I live in Minneapolis and found my truck at Toyota of La Crosse. Andy was great to work with long distance. He was responsive, patient and made the entire process smooth. When I got down to La Crosse Andy made sure I was taken care of by John. The truck was exactly as described. The team had everything ready to go and I was heading back home to Minneapolis in no time.

Nothing was available but John continued to search and one day he called about them getting one in. We went over it added a few things and about a month later I now have my new camry fresh from the factory. Was traveling from MN to South Bend and noticed a fluid on my windshield that could have been coming from underneath my hood. Stopped at dealership and two or three service advisors quickly diagnosed my concern and assured me it wasn’t from my engine but probably from a vehicle that had been ahead of me. If I could leave higher than 5 stars I would. Im currently stationed overseas with the Air Force and the service department helped me more than I could have ever expected. After I lost the keys to my Sienna the local dealership here in Germany was going to charge me $2600 to replace all keys, a computer and all locks. When I messaged the service team, Andrew and Jared worked with me to get a new key shipped out within the week and stayed in constant contact throughout the entire process. As much of a curveball as this situation was they rolled with it and provided top-notch support. 100% recommend this service department for all situations that you can imagine.

My wife and I are retired and very active. We didnt really need a new vehicle but with Covid 19 limiting so many things in our lives, we knew we would be driving to destinations rather than flying to them in the foreseeable future. So, I really wasnt looking for a new car and since my boyfriend works there he saw this car come in and instantly thought of me. I test drove and immediately fell in love with it. Great overall experience. I worked with John P. On getting a 2021 Tacoma. No sales pressure, no hoops to jump through. Just honest answers. During the final steps of the purchase, Jen, my finace manager completed my loan process through my bank for me. They answered all my questions regarding the warranty and even read the parts of the warranty contract out to me to answer my questions.

I was impressed with the dealerships implementation of safety procedures to make our shopping experience as safe as possible during the pandemic. Ryan was friendly, helpful, informative, and went over and above throughout the buying process and even after. For example, when we came to pick up the car we noticed a small cosmetic issue with the car. Ryan picked up the car a few days later, made sure the fix was done correctly, and delivered the car a few hours later. First off, the receptionist suggested what the problem might be when we told her. Turns out she was right! They were accomedating, straight forward and they even sprayed my car down and the cost was reasonable.
I purchased my 3rd RAV4 from Kou Yang at LaCrosse Toyota. I love that there is no pressure. I gave the details of what I wanted with new features that were out there and Kou found it. I also love that they take the time to show me how to work all the bells and whistles before I leave and if later I have more questions, it’s no problem they gave me the information plus things I didn’t think about. When it’s time for my next car, I will be calling Kou for sure.

We were pleasantly surprised at the no-pressure, down-to-earth approach when working with Kou. We walked in the door to look at a used car that was advertised, test-drove it, and then in talking with Kou about things we were looking for in a new vehicle, he shared his knowledge of the many models Toyota had to offer and what each vehicle was equipped with. He was accommodating in our requests to test-drive the various models to narrow our search, answering all our questions about each, and suggested we look at the Venza Hybrid. We hadnt even given the Venza a thought when walking in the door, but found it was much to our liking and accommodated our needs. Kou was very patient as we contemplated our choices over the next week and didnt pressure us into making an impulsive decision. Our experience in working with Toyota of La Crosse and Kou was not your stereotypical encounter when shopping for a car, and we would recommend Kou and this car dealership to others.

My battery kept dying on my truck. It was still under warranty. I checked the battery myself to make sure it wasn’t the truck draining the battery. Left the battery unhooked from truck and still drained it. When I brought it in, they couldn’t get a fail code so they wouldn’t replace it even though it wasn’t fully charged when they checked it and I had just driven over half hour to get there so clearly something wrong. They said I would still have to buy a new one because they had to have the fail code. 2 days later and battery dead. Bought a new battery (not from them) and it’s been fine for a week. I’ve been bringing both my car a truck there but guess I will be going somewhere else. Sometimes you have to use common sense and not go by what a machine tells you.They have now made up for the issue. Will be going back.

Lease my car here as an out of state purchase (I live in Chicago). Super unhelpful with the state transfer registration process. Didnt even give me plates for when I took my car back to Chicago because their printer was down. Never even mailed me plates, either. What the hell kind of car dealership doesnt give someone plates??? Here I am 3 months later with no title, no plates, and its still not registered in Illinois because every person I talk to has a different answer on what I need to do next.

I am shopping for a new Toyota (Highlander Platinum) and I plan on buying it in the next couple of weeks. I live a few hours from this dealership so I wanted to see if their prices were close to being reasonable/fair. All of their listings state call for price. Either they are overpriced and embarrassed to publish the prices or they want to get me into the dealership to play games. I will check the many other dealers that are actually confident enough to post their prices.

The service counter people, all of them are just wonderful. Very helpful and they keep you informed. I have several Toyota vehicles and so I was in quite often. I hate to admit they all know me and greet me as I am getting out of my car. I know most of them by name also. I would call out some of them but I fear I might omit someone. They will let you know what is needed today and what can wait. I am moving away and I will miss the trust and help they have always provided.

The service advisors are awesome. I live in northern Wisconsin and had an issue with another dealer accepting a warranty. One call to my son Todd Pake Jr who is a service advisor and it was all cleared up. Im a very happy customer.
Over all, generally have a good experience at Toyota. today I had some service done and when it was ready to go, I got in to find that it smelled terrible like someone farted in the car. its a 2018 rav4 with all leather interior so it generally dosnt hold smell but it was obvious that someone carelessly farted.I just had it detailed a week ago, its in immaculate condition so I find this very rude of someone to do.
Brandon was great to work with and did such an incredible job at explaining everything so it was easy to understand. It was great working with someone honest and felt no pressure! Everyone there was super friendly as well. Love my new vehicle!

Second time checking out used vehicles here. The quality of what they have for used cars is substandard. Their inspection process is not very thorough. This is not a place I would feel comfortable making a purchase from.
This place is on the level. I went in with my shields up expecting the negative stereotype car salesman unfortunately has, and was ready to stand my ground on upsells. Turned out to be entirely unnecessary. Jesse was outstanding to work with. He answers questions promptly, makes himself readily available through text and email, facilitated the addition of an option I wanted added, and everything went very smoothly. Not in the least bit pushy at all. If I find myself in need of a vehicle again in the future, Ill be coming back here for sure.
