They are always helpful when you walk in. They are very reliable in their service. They always have the parts I need. If they dont have the parts in stock at the store they are able to get them for me in a timely manner. I would always recommend that everybody goes here for quality parts for their cars.

Dont know to much about this store but when your sign says open until 3pm you dont lock the doors at 245 and walk away as a customer walks up to the door. I wont go back.

This place has done nothing but good things for me. I have gone in there a bunch of times and left so much smarter. The knowledge that most of the guys have is great, and they dont treat you like an idiot....I was not raised in a family full of mechanics, so I need to ask the stupid questions sometimes so I can fix stuff myself. Anyway, these guys are great and are good with returns...even when the mistake is my own. I recommend driving the extra 10 minutes (if required) to go here.

They wanted $300 for one fuel filter and one water separator. Found the exact same items online for less than $100! Im willing to pay extra to support local stores but that was overboard and not the first time. Sorry

Hooray for Lacrosse, new owners at Napa. Much better prices. Their staff has always been friendly and knowledgeable. Its great to be able to always have someone available to help you find the right part, and now with more competitive prices its the place to go for any parts I need.

Poor customer service. If you have a return make sure you take it back to where you bought it. They are independently owned and will only give you a gift card. Receipts, of course, dont say that anywhere.

Ive had good service each time I have been here. They carry Schaeffers products which is nice.

Surprised me with half off on oil

Used to specifically go to this NAPA because of the customer service. Walked in to purchase some fluid. No one said a word as I walked the entire store. Finally found what I was looking for then had to shout to get some one to check me out at the counter.
