My family and I have been coming here for years, and have always had a great experience, friendly staff and super professional. They recently went through an ownership change and I am so unimpressed. I called to get new tires on, and asked how long it would take since I worked that afternoon and was told it would only take a few hours. I dropped my car off the next morning at 9:00 and again, was told they would call me in a few hours when it was done. I waited a few hours and had to find a ride to work, no communication from them what so ever. My dad ended calling that afternoon and was told it wouldn’t be ready until 5 pm… they were closed during the weekend so we had to figure it out, it was a huge inconvenience and they weren’t apologetic at all. Just really disappointed and a horrible first impression.

We have had multiple vehicles serviced by Courtesy Car Care over the last few years and generally liked the service. They get very backed up and it makes it hard to get service within a reasonable time frame. 2 weeks or more is not uncommon, especially recently. They used to very courteous as the name suggests but that has also changed recently. The last few times weve tried to get vehicles looked at they were rude, insulting, and literally said they needed to prioritize good customers. We have spent many thousands of dollars there over the past few years (10k + at least), and we always give them plenty of time if they are backed up because we do usually have a second vehicle, but apparently we dont qualify as good customers anymore. I guess they dont care about retaining the customers they have but thats ok, I doubt they will get anymore of our business.

Know what they are doing. Know what you are asking them to do. Will ask before going forward if find something unexpected or outside the bounds of your requested work. Take both vehicles, car and truck here for regular preventive maintenance and surprises. They have also done 2 pre-purchase inspections on used vehicles for me. Valuable asset for someone used to doing all their own car work but has outgrown the need to crawl around under their vehicles.

Trustworthy and reasonably priced car repair. Have taken 2 of our vehicles here for both repair work and routine maintenance and all of our experiences with them have been positive. Were able to order the specific tires I wanted and only cost $5 more than cheapest I could find them online, and labor was less expensive than elsewhere. Also found another problem with the suspension while replacing tires and brought me video they took so that I knew they were not just making something up. They do not try to oversell you on items like other places do. Quick turnaround once you get your vehicle in. Sometimes they may be booked out a couple weeks for repairs but I take that as a positive sign that they are busy because customers trust them!

Brought my car in to have tire pressure checked. They got me in right away, added air and sent me on my way. Cant say enough good things about them. Thank you!!

Went in here just going off the reviews to have repairs done, the reviews are accurate. I needed a new wheel bearing, rotors/brakes, and these guys really got the job done. I dropped my car off early in the morning praying that the repairs would be finished before my work shift was over, they called me to let me know what repairs needed to be done immediately, then within two hours everything was finished, I couldnt believe it. Pricing was very fair, something else I was stunned by, most mechanics try to gouge you and give you four brakes, these guys were honest and only replaced the front two on my FWD Grand Am. I will definitely be going here for any repairs in the future.

The name Courtesy is definitely fitting for this repair shop. These guys care about their customers. I was traveling across country from PA with my family when my car developed a rattling/grinding noise in one of the wheels. Not knowing what the problem was and fearing the worst, we stopped in LaCrosse and googled repair shops and chose Courtesy Car Care based on the reviews. Smart move!Despite their busy schedule that day, they showed genuine concern for us and squeezed us in. They diagnosed what turned out to be a minor problem, fixed it and had us back on the road in about an hour! All for a very reasonable price. They have my highest recommendation.

Been going to CCC for years, and its always a pleasure. Not only do they take excellent care of my vehicle, they are fun to wait with! Cant say that about many places. Last time I was in, they spent well over an hour evaluating what I was concerned about, couldnt find anything wrong, but didnt charge me for their time. I know they are not going to try to sell me something I dont need.

I moved to this shop after my prior one closed, on the recommendations of a coworker and a neighbor. I have always been very pleased with the service my vehicle has received. Courtesy can diagnose problems and fix them, sometimes on the spot during an oil change. However, they dont look for trouble or make up problems (unlike some shops and dealerships).

Great place to take your car with trust five star service

Rarely do you find an establishment that provides alternatives that end up saving the customer money. That what CCC does. I came in with and need new parts on my GMC Yukon lift gate. They researched parts and suggested not getting original GM parts because it would be cheaper and would be guaranteed for a long time. On the other hand, when it came to electronic parts, they recommended original GM parts. Thanks for going the extra mile!

Customer Service is excellent. Honest feedback and recomendations. Ive had dozens of positive experiences over the years with my two high milage vehicles. Appointments are usually 2-3 days out, this has always been my experience, and would be my one downside.

This was my first visit to CCC. A very pleasant experiance. I needed both a battery and alternator and they crew did their very best to get the job done on Friday afternoon. Although that didnt happen, my car was back to me within an hour of opening on Monday morning. Highly recommended by many of my friends and clients.

I have taken my car to courtesy car care about 2 times in the past two months, and both times Ive been very pleased to do business with them. When I originally moved here, I always took my car to a place in Onalaska that everyone seemed to go to, and I kept on wondering why (because I always felt like i overspent). So I did some research and asked for CCC to look at a repair I was anticipating, and they gave me their quote, which was significantly lower than the place I had been going to, and didnt even charge me for to quote! Every time I go in I feel like they arent just trying to make money off of me, and they are very transparent and honest about what does/doesnt need to be fixed, even if it means I spend less money. I will be taking my car to CCC for may years, as long as I live in the area.

My daughter goes to school in La Crosse and she had car problems. I asked for a referral from a friend and she told me about Courtesy Car Care. Darrin was excellent to deal with on the telephone, good-naturedly enduring all of the long-distance inquiries I had. They diagnosed then repaired her car quickly enough so she could leave on schedule for her spring break. If she has anymore car issues we will definitely go back to Courtesy Car Care.

The level of service is incredible. I first went to them a few years ago after another car repair shop, did not put my oil filter on tight. CCC fixed it. NO CHARGE. Been going there ever since.

Best shop in this area. Hands down. I drive 40k+ yearly and these are my guys. Ive gone elsewhere in this area, dahl (motor blew within 4 miles of leaving their shop after an oil change), better than good year, they are a nightmare to get work done, way higher quality work than tiresplus or Wal-Mart, much more personalised than johns omni, the list goes on of shops that are sub-par in comparison. Just look at their ratings. I believe this 4.9 star rating because Ive visited this shop 40-60 times in recent years and have never been overcharged or had a bad experience in any capacity.

I asked CCC to check it at the same time as our oil change and tire rotation. During the process, an incident occurred damaging the tire beyond repair. Well take care of it, were Jeffs words.
