So many mew sense of lotions. I am not all that fond of fruity lotions and body sprays. Would like something clean smelling.

Obviously super nice smells and some good deals on bodycare and candles etc but checkout staff can sometimes be pushy at getting your details for further contact. Understandable that this is a company policy and not up to the individual but it still seems odd to me. Most of the staff are really helpful and enthusiastic in helping you find what you want (despite my vague description of a scent!)

Excellent covid awareness. The location of sale banners is very poor, confusing. I have worked in major retail operations, and clear price location is mandated to customer ease and avoiding questioning at the cash register.

The cashier at the register was extremely rude when I brought 3-wicks in to exchange. This is a known store policy and people frequently abuse it by bringing in near empty candles, I’m sure, but the ones I was exchanging were full to the top and one had never even been lit. The employee, Erica, snarkily asked me if I had a receipt for the exchange, and when I said I did not, she did not speak another word to me through the entire transaction. I’m glad I got my candles, but damn lol

My wife, daughter and I went to Bath and Body Works for this evening. We had a most wonderful time. Each employee greeted us and made us all feel so welcome. We had a lot of fun shopping and smelling all the different scents. Youll never have a bad experience there.

Floor Staff is always so helpful. The cashiers dont seem to care about email deals, they want to rush you out of the store, even when there is no line. I spent like $70+ on 2 full bags of merchandise on Friday, and didnt get to use my coupon for $10 off a $40 purchase. They told me they dont do email coupons. I will start going to the one in Madison to see if they are better. Why send coupons and deals if the cashiers dont want to make sure you can use them? Their cashiers need better training in customer service.

Ive always loved this store and have been an excellent customer for many years. Tonight I am so disgusted with terrible, rude service I may never go back. I went in for the online coupon of $3.95 body creams. I also had a paper coupon for a free item under $13.50. Attached to it was 20% off my entire purchase. I went to check out with 9 body creams and a bodywash for my free item. I handed the clerk my phone with the online coupon for $3.95, then the paper coupons. He rang it up, ran my credit card, all without saying a single word. I took my bag, started to walk out, and looked at the receipt. I was only given 20% off!!! My total was $67 instead of the $35 it should have been. I had to get back in a very long line, explain to the other cashier what happened, and was told I couldnt combine coupons. I did not know this, and obviously wanted to use the option that was half as much!!! She was rude, and spoke to me very offensively. Neither clerk made any apology. I asked for the paper coupons back that had been taken but I was unable to use, but both cashiers ignored me and I didnt get them back. My credit card was credited the original amount I was charged, and the correct amount put back on. My bag was shoved at me without a word. Never in hundreds of times in this store have I been treated this way. I honestly dont think Ill ever go back.

Love their products but make sure to sign up for their email list. YOU SAVE SO MUCH because youre notified of every sale.

Sammi checked us out tonight and it was the worst service ever. She didn’t ask me or the person I was with if we wanted a rewards, after she had already ignored us while having a conversation with friends. Not to mention after getting asked if I wanted a bag and saying “yes”, getting handed my purchase with out one. Worst employee I’ve ever seen at a bath and body!

My daughter is obsessed with the stuff here, so it ends up being a go-to holiday shopping spot for me. Honestly not a bad place. Lots of things to sniff. Employees are super friendly. Probably dont sniff the employees. They have a small selection of mens stuff now thats decent.

Went for hand soap. Too much stuff. I get overwhelmed. They no longer had the scent I wanted. Was told it would be back in the fall. Great deals though.

I went to this store today hoping to buy a few hand soaps and was told that they have stopped accepting retailmenot coupons and will accept only email coupons from now on. You know the funny thing? They accepted the coupon just 2 days ago (I spent more than 60 dollars on aromatherapy scrubs in the store). The other funny thing is that Im signed up for emails for years and I never get a single email from them (if I try to re-subscribe, it tells me Im already subscribed). Over the years I have spent thousands of dollars on the products, but recently the greed is becoming too much. Today I had planned to spend some money on their online deal (the 5$ body washes), but I wont be anymore now. (The 1 star is for the staff who are helpless and still are courteous).

The employees are very nice and very eager to help you a little too eager if you ask me I like to look around in brows and I dont need a little teenager 20 something year old constantly nagging me on what I need to buy but thats their job and they do it well they were very helpful in trying to find something that I was looking for in the past and couldnt remember the name Unfortunately they didnt carry it anymore but I was able to find some sense I loved and I I know theyre a little pricey but they are worth it the sense last a long time their lotions are very luscious and creamy and they do the job theyre definitely worth the price and the Annoying employees that help you a little too much!

Lindsey was absolutely awesome! Even during this busy holiday season she figured out a legitimate way for me to use three different coupons and never got frustrated!

Everyone who works there will talk to you...in every different section of the store. You will be approached 3 or 4 times, and it can make you feel a little timid about frequenting too much, because it almost feels a little invasive. But the soaps, hand sanitizes and the lotions are too good to let something like that deter me. I wish theyd bring back Sandalwood and Rosa.

I use to like this place. but the aroma is beyond overwhelming and Im sorry i dont like being told 3 variations of 1 sale, only to be told that the time i spent browsing was entirely useless. puts a bad taste in my mouth and Ill honestly never go back.
