LO used thinning shears rather than scissors. She is very sweet but didnt follow what I asked for. I said no spiking on hair. And it is soo short and then long hairs sticking out among the buzzed areas. I was scalped. Not worth $25.00. I showed 2 pictures of what it should look like. I wish right now I had a wig.

Told exactly what I wanted, boyfriend went right after me and told her exactly what he wanted, all the rest of the girls were on the phone and the same person did both of us, uneven cutting, not even what we asked for, didn’t wash our hair when asked just ran water on it, does JCPenney even hire qualified people or just their friends? This lady was older and seems like she only does old lady hair, where’s the real talent these days?

I took my daughter to get a simple hair cut. It was uneven and I had to cut it to make it look decent. I will never waste my time or money on going to JCP salon again.

I was very happy with my balayage and trim. Came out beautiful! Their staff was very helpful and friendly. And it was at the right price!

They do really well with kids and adults. They can usually accommodate you on short notice.

This is hands down my favorite salon, not for just myself but my son. My now almost 3 year old son got his first haircut here by Rachel and absolutely adores her. I got my hair highlighted there last winter by Meghan (sorry if I spelled it wrong) and she was very informative and educated as to what she was doing and taught me a few things as well.

I was not satisfied with my hair cut and I was also to get my hair styled. There was no styling. I am very disappointed especially for what I paid for.

Where to even begin.. I have had nothing but awful experiences with hair salons (frying my hair, butchered cuts, colors just being completely wrong) but the salon inside JCPenneys was seriously incredible. I had a nice stylist named Anne and my hair feels perfect! Im soo happy!

Honestly, I was there with my best friend, and the stylist did not listen to her at all. The stylist proceeded to cut my friends hair into a terrible cut, and styled it even worse. She looked like a french pageboy, in my opinion. The stylist offered her opinion, and tried phrases to get my friend back in the future whilst making us both uncomfortable. Another person who worked at the salon was waxing his face near us, which is unprofessional on the highest degree. A terrible experience, and I wouldnt ever go again, even with a different stylist.

Wife loves it. Always leaves happy.

Would not go back completely botched my hair cut.
