I ordered a pair of shoes to get shipped to my house, there were complications that resulted in me not recieving them. The la crosse location wasnt to blame.flr that, but the staff in store went above and beyond to make sure that the customer was taken care of in the end and then some. In the end great customer service with the employees in store

The guys that worked was polite but they just slouched there shoulders and they were pretty loud and the music seemed pretty inappropriate.

My wife, son and myself tried entering the store and were blocked by 3 employees. They stated only 5 customers in the store allowed so only 2 of us would be able to enter. The store is very spacious and would be more than 6 feet apart. We went across to Trade Home and purchased 4 pairs of shoes. We tried entering the store a second time and employees were rude. The store looked empty. Check your video. Check your revenue, youre losing money.

Wanted to not give any stars store poorly ran, Manager Jody was very rude and being very nasty with black customers. One employee female young maybe 18 said out her own mouth how bad he is with black customers. Store needs a new manager.

I loved going there, I had a great experience and everyone in there was super helpful! Especially Pj! He was super nice and made me feel so welcomed and even had a small conversation! Definitely going there again!

Drove over an hour and a half one way just to get a pair of shoes they said were *pick up in store only. Just to get all the way there and say they don’t have them and they haven’t for a long time. So I informed them the website stated they did. Went and found a similar pair different color way and they said they are out of them. I tried getting 3 different pairs. 1 was on the website that wasn’t true, 2 others were on display and said they don’t have any of them. Been a customer for 5 years. You just lost me, I’m taking my money elsewhere.

The tall guy was super helpful and good at his job too. He shouldnt have to play Ro Sham Bo tonight to decide who closes either. Hes the real mvp.

Service is pretty bad. Either there aren’t enough employees to assist when there is more than one customer in the store (can’t browse Instagram when you’re helping customers) or shoes are displayed for which there is no stock. Went there twice looking and left empty handed. Took less time to order and receive the same pair of shoes from amazon.

Tried on 2 different sizes, decided on size 9 instead of 8 5. Get home and realize they sold us the wrong size. Had to drive back to exchange:( Not fun.

Ive been trying to return a pair or shoes I got at this store for about 4 days now. (Ive physically came into the store everyday) I paid cash for the shoes 2 weeks ago and they do not fit. I tried returning the shoes for my cash back and I get refused because not enough money in the drawer I understand that but the employees ALL yelled at me, argued and were very very rude about it. They openly told me that they will not do the return or give me an extension on the return policy because of their issues. I tried calling corporate and they all unavailable (I called both 1800 numbers.) This is ridiculous I lost $130.00!

Very poorly run store. There for the 1st time on a Sunday and theres only 2 people in the entire store. One cant help us find what were looking for on line and the other just as well says probably not there. Qhile their watched 2 or 3 people leave the store being told we could order for it for you if come back and cant find it elsewhere. As a business owner thats money walking out the door certainly shouldnt be.

I was standing there waiting for someone to come help me and no one came even though 2 different people could have so that was irritating but normally service is good here
