They had the shoes my daughter had been looking for. Happy daughter is worth 5 stars any day!

I have been giving my business and support to this store for years. On February 24 I went in to buy a specific pair of shoes which they did not have in stock in my size and every shoe I picked out was out of stock. I decided I was going to leave but the staff was very pushy and annoying about me ordering the shoes through them in store even tho I said I would just do it online. After them repeatedly being annoying and trying to guilt trip me into buying the shoes through them saying I need to “help out a local store” I decided to buy a pair of converse. It’s been over a week and I have not received the shoes in the mail. They said it would take about 3-4 days. I finally call to ask where my shoes are and my order had been canceled by them I didn’t even receive a refund or any emails about this.

Staff isn’t the same as before. Rude staff that doesn’t acknowledge you or try to help.

Rude staff. The lady, Kelly, I believe was her name. Blonde hair and short was behind counter. Did not acknowledge us upon arrival. One other guest was in there and were trying one set of shoes on. I then picked out 2 pair of shoes. Then after she notices I am spending money and I am asking for shoe sizes she comes from behind counter. Lucky I was visiting from out of town or I would have bought online for my niece. But she wanted them that day. We did her job. I fitted the kids for their shoes as she did not do a thing till I asked. We buy all our shoes from Journeys. Love the styles and all. But this locations staff is weak and lazy. You welcome for a easy $200 sale.

So first of all the store manger did not great us at all they were to busy focused on each other second of all I’m 7 yr old and I was accused of taking. A pair of shoes that I say by the register and thirst of all they didn’t say sorry or nun when they had mall security come get us from a different store and they didn’t let us purchase our items from a different store when I showed her where the shoes was she was shocked I had my mom speak to her and still she said she didn’t have anything to say and that she just didn’t think to look on the right hand side of the register
