Love Penneys..have heard it may be closing..hope not because I shop rhere frequently!!

Love J C Pennys since going there with my mom as a child. Went in and found two outfits for the guys within minutes. Total price $32 after sales and rewards. Awesome deal! Dont want to lose this storefront. Shop there all the time. They take returns with no problems and are very helpful.

I had several clothing items to try on, and a lady told me that the dressing rooms were closed last night. I am not buying clothes taking them home trying them on and returning what I dont want. The stores need to think about that when they close their dressing rooms that is one reason why your sales are down.

Jc pennys is scam. If you buy something online and return it. You dont get your shipping back. You just gave jc pennys 5-8.00 for something you dont have. And then they resell it plus they get your shipping fee. And everything is online. So your paying all these shipping charges. Which really adds up. 😡😠😤👿😡🤬

Would give 0 but not an option. Its like a retail scam. Lets charge $50 for a T-shirt. Well say its on clearance from 50-70% off. Well mark it at 50%, like 99% of the other clearance items so that it can legit be clearance. $25 for a T-shirt, that even at a novelty store retails for $20 and is usually on sale BOGO, or for $10 of $15. Customer service was abismal. Entering the store from the mall I saw the cashier stop her current transaction to accost the second customer and push him to another register. When he wasnt moving fast enough, she further motioned him to the register. I have rarely seen someone do so much work, to avoid more. Had she just finished the transaction, she would have been customer free soon enough. Asking for assistance was another mistake. The two ladys pushing racks were rolling their eyes at a coworker who was praying another for a good job they had done. I asked them where I may find something. Acting put out, she pointed to the general vicinity and walked off. In this day and age, when online allows me to place an order for pickup or delivery to me, I will not visit this store or their online again. Another corporate giant that ballooned themselves. Instead of changing with the times, they are dying like the dinosaur they are. James Cash Penny should be rolling in his grave. You used to go there to find value and sales. Now scams and overpriced merchandise run rampant.

The Salon is Amazing. They did a fantastic job with my daughter. Talked everything out with her so she felt very comfortable.

Had to get a supervisor in order to use birthday gift and coupon, after spending another hour looking for one more thing to buy to meet the minimum amount per the first cashier. Lots of clearance, but not organized by size. Not much of a selection of girls 2-5T clearance or regular priced.

My first perm ever, and I cant say Im very impressed. I followed all the instructions and my hair is frizzy not curly.

Nice to see a Mall that still is in operation. My wife found what she was shopping for.

Its nice to have a store to shop in. At least when this Covid thing is over youll be able to try clothing on. You cant trust ordering on line. Most charge for returns and somethings you cant return. Be faithful to your local stores.

The salesperson did his job and tried to sell us on a jcpenny credit card to save some more money on a purchase. However, there wasnt an option we were looking for. He was still kind enough to answer some questions about other items in the store besides jewelry.

You would get more business if you opened before 11.

Very disappointed in the sparce amount of plus size clothing. You used to have a nice section in Onalaska store. Nothing anymore. Sad!

The staff was friendly. I thought for a business that was going under their prices would be a bit lower. I understand that brick and mortar stores do not have the power of Amazon or such, but most of their prices do not encourage shopping at your local mall.

No inventory. Definitely feel like brick and mortar stores are fading into the sunset.

Went to JCP salon for eye brow wax went from 12$ to 15$! Left salon in tears with 2 different eye brows. I was a walk in ( they have a sign that says walk ins welcome) left in tears and payed. Called and they said to come back and they will fix it....they couldnt fix my one messes up eyebrow. You cant ADD hair back once you rip it out! I looked goofy AF ! Didnt get my money back and had to go spend more at Sephora on a eyebrow pencil. No wonder they are bankrupt!

Not the same as it was in the 80s and 90s but still can find deals it you look well enough.

I looked for socks and did not have very many!I went to Fleet Farm in my area, Winona.

Hard to find plus sizes

Service was excellent and transaction handled promptly and courteously.

I went to drop my ring off for resizing. The gentleman at the counter had asked if I had my papers for my ring. Well things happen and I could not find my papers. So instead of saying its okay we can just look it up HE ROLLS HIS EYES AT ME! Okay I get it it can be frustrating when someone does not have everything with them but the eye roll was not necessary

Well my wife got what she wanted. Something she had been looking for for a while, but it took over 2 hours to accomplish it.

Pennys has been with us a long time and they still carry a great selection. I can get my jeans and if I need them dress slacks also. It could possibly be a one stop shopping trip for clothes for the family. Prices seem reasonable, and the sales people Ive dealt with are very friendly and helpful, but not pushy.

Are they still there? You get 3 stars because my the jacket I got there over a decade ago for $23 is still in good condition and my Mom shops there alot. Well, Ill bump it up to 4 for being the only other store in the mall I know of other than the ones you can see from the food court!

Good sales, but not always posted so its a surprise at the register.

Jan in mens suits was incredibly helpful..she assisted my son and I in getting sized for suits, shirts, and belts. She then helped us find ties and she even tied them for us!

Was looking for a last minute suit for a company party and received great assistance from Jeff in the mens department. He helped me pick out a suit that fit great, as well as verify my arm length and neck collar. Service was 10/10. Would Highly recommend working with him on finding a suit again.

Found what I wanted. The only thing I would say is they should have more people on the floor. Took me awhile to find someone to answer a question.

I took my Dad to get new dress slacks and shirt for his grandson wedding. Jeff helped us. He did such a great job and was very professional and dedicated to our needs. I highly recommend Jeff.

Excellent customer service at kids check out. I had waited in line at Misses check out there were 5 customers waiting to he checked out and at no time did the associate request help. Went to kids and a young associate saw the line backup and jumped right in to help, did not get her name but thought it would be nice to mention how helpful the young lady was.

JC Penney is affordable and there is great clothing selection at this location. The store is well laid out and very clean. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Ordered online & picked up at store, covenient. Lots of great sales for last minute (is there any other kind?) shopping.

Wendy, the cashier in the jewelry department was incredibly rude. Wouldnt let me pay for a package of socks because she was too busy chatting with people she obviously knew. She said she could only ring up jewelry at the jewelry counter but she proceeded to ring up a comforter set and other items that were NOT jewelry.

If youre in need of window treatment, see Debbie - helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. Shes awesome!!

Sweet Lady by the name of Louis helped me to get fitted correctly for bras that I havent done for years and I appreciate her kindness so much I wanted to look nice for Saturday because my husband passed away and she went above and beyond I love the experience and I will be back
