Seems to always be out of the things I buy. When you need help in the photo department you have to go hunt someone down. Better off going to Lacrosse Walmart to shop.

Shelves nearly empty of all but WalMart brands. Only 2 cashiers since automated CHECK YOURSELF OUT MACHINES installed. WalMart is classic example of not really caring about people. When they pass the financial benefit to their bottom line profit gained because customers are now doing their own chashiering in my grocery bill....I might not feel like they are not just another GREEDY company.

Amazingly low prices on grocery! Pharmacist, Mr. Horn was very professional and thorough with my vaccinations.

Its clean. They need to stock up on cart wipes more often. Staff is friendly as well. They would be busy stocking product but if I need help, they do their best and very often Volunteer to walk me to the product.

Shopped for 35 minutes the self checking was having problems stood in line for 40 minutes cause check out girl had to wait for someone to check out alcohol for her 2 times with customers ahead of me but they were all involved with the self checking issue so took forever and then when I got home my icecream was really soft very disappointed with my shopping experience today!!

Most of the items Ive bought are of good quality and have lasted for a good amount of time. The food quality of fresh produce depends on the season but is always getting better.

Its a walmart, unfortunately theres about a 50% chance they will have what you need. Ive lived within a mile of it for over 6 years and the stocking issues definitely predate covid issues. Help is hard to find and typically useless. If youre looking to feed the fam on the cheap this is definitely the place to go on the south side though.

I walked 5 miles to get here. Spent longer in the store trying to get a simple can of air cause no one who worked there know where it was. The Walmart app says what aisle is should be it, turns out they keep it locked up. Also made the mistake of getting the Walmart brand. Sprad for less than a minute while following the instructions.

So tired of the glitchy grocery delivery system. On 3 separate occasions in fewer than 2 months, Ive put orders in early in the morning and 2 hrs after the expected delivery time, Im given flimsy excuses about the system just not working and they arent even sure Ill get my order today. You cannot continue to charge customers for a service you arent successfully executing. Figure out a work-around or get rid of the service and refund the money.

Upon picking up my Walmart Grocery order, that I do weekly, if not twice a week, at the La Crosse WI Walmart location, the employee (believe her name was Kathy) that brought out the groceries BROKE off the back of my SUV handle trying to open my trunk.The Walmart asset recovery department denied my claim to fix it... Which would probably not really even cost that much ... so denying the small claim makes it that much more infuriating... They stated that upon watching the video (good to know they have it on tape that she broke my vehicle!) that she didnt really pull that hard so there must have been previous damage... There wasnt. At all. And she pulled hard ... And for a while. They could pull past videos from all my past visits to see that there was nothing wrong with my vehicle before ...The Walmart manager LYNN has stated she cant do anything further for me either even though this happened at HER store by HER employee. She did not take ownership of her employee breaking the back of my vehicle at all.So I am now just sharing my experience with everyone on here and everyone I talk to going forward. I used to share how great I thought the service was with everyone. Ive told everyone I know to use Walmart grocery pickup since it rolled out. Now I will let everyone know that they broke my vehicle and did not take ownership in fixing it even though it was on camera.Dont use their grocery pickup services at the La Crosse WI Walmart location if you want to be responsible for repairs for damages their employees do to your vehicle.

Im handicapped and have to use an electric cart. I needed 2 cases of pop. There was 4 employees standing in front of the display. I asked if I could get past them. They asked what I wanted. Two of them each grabbed a case and put it on the cart for me. The cashier loaded all my purchases back in the cart. When I got to the cart area and was putting stuff in a regular cart the employee that was standing there came over and helped me switch carts. All the employees were young (early 20s maybe) and usually you have to ask for help like that then they get upset because you even asked. I didnt have to ask any of them for help.

I have always been a big Walmart shopper. I like the variety and the prices. Last night my daughter and I did some shopping, we had over 100.00 dollars worth of products, only to discover there was no checkout person. We were required to do a self checkout. I struggle to stand for very long periods of time. I recently had a stroke and my balance is very poor.Shopping, doing our own checkout plus bagging was exhausting. For these reasons i wont be shopping at any of the Walmart stores again. It was a very unsatisfactory experience

Crud access to the parking lot ruins an otherwise great store. The store is well stocked with extra wide aisles, but if everyone is fighting to get in and out a single bottle neck access to the main road . . .kinda not worth going there.

Shopping was quick, check moved fast.

I like strolling through the aisles and discovering new items.

I think it is terrible the way in witch they take advantage of senior citizen I dont have insurance medication opioid medicines like hydrocodone they charge full blown list price refused to use GoodRx unless you have other insurance. I refuse to shop there anymore Im telling all my friends to do the same what little life we have left doesnt need to be in pain because were denied medicine at reasonable prices ! ?. We all need to shop for meds at Walgreens they expect GoodRx and offer other programs to help you out with your medicine.

I never had a bad experience with a worker, but the store is too small and the other customers are walking trash bins.

Everythings easy to find there

Cheap and convenient. One time, though, I used a shopping cart that was broken and it dropped a big can of iced tea on my toe which seriously hurt. My toe looked like hell for months after that. Also, I went to their Jackson Hewitt tax kiosk one year and they gave away my appointment but told me it would be a short wait. I ended up wandering the store for an hour. Eventually, the loss prevention guy started following me and I was approached by a supervisor about my meandering. This did not ingratiate walmart with me

This store needs more people who man the check out lanes. There were just two lanes open and numerous people waiting to be checked out. As I approached one of the lanes, a young man with a chain decided to close that lane. Needless to say I was furious since there were at least four people in the open lane with full and overflowing carts. But I got in line trying not to show my distain. Took over an hour to get thru that line where I was able to unload my cart. Still no other lane opened. This shows poor management of this store. I am really considering going elseware even if prices are higher.

Always helpful. They take the time to answer questions and will go find someone if you need additional help.

Excellent prices on Ground Beef and Cheese. Drink Mix is comparable to CRYSTAL LIGHT but much more affordable. Also, they have a Med/ Rare Healthy Roast Beef in the Deli that is ....AMAIZING !

So many things have been running out for so many years that I am having to find alternative stores and rarely go here anymore.

They yell at you if you go in after 10 PM because they close at 11 now. Would be nice for the 2nd shifters if they went back to being 24 hours. Covid has been around for over a year... Kids are back in school.. just more proof that Tramlaw doesnt care about our communities.

I shop at this Walmart because I live with two elderly people with compromised immune systems, and the Walmart closest to me doesnt enforce the wearing of masks. Was disheartened today when the employees allowed three people in without them. Id really like to keep the people I care for safe. It would be nice if youd help with that as well.

Grocery is pretty well stocked with a variety of items. While it does have many different items there are things that you might not find in this store and items do vary from store to store.

Ordered electronics online for the pickup service. Picked up from their no contact service. That went smoothly. However, my order was not pulled right away and one item I was specifically going to this location for was now no longer available by the time they did pull the order. Over an hour drive one way, now wasted.

Is it walmart policy to be open all nite or late on a skeleton crew?. Both Walmarts, ( LaCrosse and Walmart, have employees standing around in front of store but try to get assist in any depth. Such as fitting room, electronics, grocery, your out of luck. I actually took the item to center of main aisle nd turned in a circle holding up item and YELLED, HELP, in infants. Not one person showed. I left with out making the purchases and I had a cart full. Wasted my whole nite but got my purchases the next day at another store and left feeling satisfied and not angry or frustrated as I usually get at walmart.

Try to Vist any place other than Walmart.

Pay Attention To The Price Of Items And What The Total Is At Check Out And Search Your Receipts Before You Leave!If the total your cashier gives you sounds off and way higher than you expected demand to see an itemization before you pay!Made a purchase a few days ago that SHOULD have been no more than ten dollars so when the cashier told me my total was over forty I immediately questioned why.She refused to show me the itemization on the screen and a man had to come over and void a bunch of things off my total. He Would NOT tell me what was added to my total or what hed removed.I purchased my items and immediately looked at my receipt.Low And Behold! There was an item called Gale with a upc of 000000000003K wrung up for Thirty Two Dollars that was voided.I brought this to the attention of a manager (idk, his name started with a J) and he refused to give an explanation on what was up.I guess Im not surprised this happened at the South Side Walmart, especially after that whole thing with David Singer and his extensive sexual assault of a minor...

I like to come here. They usually have everything you need here. Unless, of course, you want to order from a website online. Then, you can of course do it that way. But, if you need to grab something on the go, then this is the place to go. about a week ago, I went there, bought my groceries and as I was leaving, I set off the alarm. One of the associates asked me if I had bought any electronics. I told her I did not buy any electronics. I then held up my phone, as that is the probably the real reason why their alarm went off. She denied it. She then checked my receipt to verify my purchases and let me go, and said have a nice day. This experience put me off from walmart, because I felt like a criminal even though I did nothing wrong to set off the alarm. Th is is very frustrating and it was an error with their alarm system, not and error by me. Yet, they hold you until they find that you are not stealing anything. I understand that they have to make sure that no one is taking things, but maybe they can have their system work better. For example, thousands of people walk through walmarts doors in a week. Why dont the alarms go off each time someone with a phone walks past their system? Thats a logical argument I have in contesting why the alarm went off. I wanted to share this because it is important: Okay, yes, I think walmart is a good place to get some things, but their security system is not very good. Walmart can do better in the security endeavor. How many other people have been mistaken for a criminal at the faulty hands of walmarts security systems? I dont know, but Im sure too many have been inappropriately harnessed because of it.

I was staying in the area so of course I had to run in Walmart. I saw so many new items. I got 30 items for $1.0] each.

Bought a Nexus7 notepad along with the 28$ sservice plan. Gave to my son for xmas of 2015. I found it today, still new in the box. It never would charge. I did call for servoce during warentee and was supposed to recieve labels to mail in to replace. My son never got the lbels. 269$ plus 28 plus tax...flushed down a toilet as never could use the product. Never buy electronics from walmart! Or Nexus!

Finally found some cards. Was really hoping for some prizm basketball so I didnt get anything. Maybe next time. It was nice to see some stuff in clearance though.
