Good selections! Worth the drive to LaCrosse

Hadnt been there for awhile. It was fun to look around. Will be back.

I went to purchase a bed and the guy told me they had it in the back because the computer said they did. Me giving him my trust I figured he been here since the morning so he must be right . I make the purchase and then he goes to the back and he’s like we don’t have it. The manager came in and I asked if there’s a way I can get fast shipping or another bed for the same price for the same price as customer courtesy. She said she wasn’t allowed to do that. I was so upset my husband told the guy that charged us why he didn’t check the back first before charging us and he rolled his eyes in front of us and went to give another customer some service he never apologized he blamed us. The manager was so rude. She seemed irritated as well for something that they did Wrong. Worst customer service I have ever experience.

Need more help at the checkout and good furniture but need a delivery service in order for me to make that purchase that I want. No. I wont ask a friend.

Need more big lots and a lot less walmarts

Fast service initially. Waiting for them to bring a bed out took a bit. Only person working in the back. Not their fault. Need more people working.

The store was well stocked snd displayed well. I was greeted and told if I had any questions someone would help me. I found everything I needed and did need help at one point and a nice young msn stopped what he was doing and assisted me. The cashier was very nice also. I often forget about Big Lots but after my pleasant experience today Ill shop there again!

Lack of ck out staff causing delays

Weird store, staff was friendly and helpful stock was random, I guess thats the theme, so if you ever need milk, a couch, some baby shirts and a gazebo, this is your store. Some thing were cheap some overpriced

This place is still fun to go into but it doesnt seem to have the bargains that used to maybe its the tariffs on the Chinese Imports

Big Lots as pretty alright for affordability but every time I go there they dont have what Im looking for it used to be a lot better since Shopko moved from next door parking lot they really dont have much I guess if you need cheap furniture and go there and get cheap furniture their housewares are a little bit expensive you can get food pretty cheap but its really close to on a date

Absolutely love big lots...would give it a five star except today I went to order something online with my big lots credit card, only to find out you cant use the card online.I tried to select in store pickup and it wasnt available at the store in my area.Please update your cards so online purchases are available.

It was okay some of the prices were a little overboard

A lot of great decor! I had seen something on an Instagram post. Went in for that one item. Came out with all new decor for my front room! Ill definitely be going back for garden/outside decor!

First time there it was awesome other then being followed by employees who thought they were being sneaky cause I guess I must look like trouble or something it made me very uncomfortable and honestly embarrassed.

Customer service is great, lots of clearance items and the rewards program is awesome to. Serve big. Save lots. We invite customers to sign up. We educate about the benefits because its our job. We hope you sign up because helping you feel those benefits makes our job worthwhile.

Big Lots seems to get better and better.The employees are very courteous. Store stock is becoming larger. The store is close and has a little of everything I need.

My goodness, the prices are so reasonable. Bought two sets of luxury king size bed sheets for little to nothing. Everyone was so helpful at the store plus being a rewards member, got 20% off today. Great place to shop.

Limited options on groceries but decent prices. They have a nice selection of furniture and I purchased a couch there which Im very happy with. Always good customer service too

Outstanding, helpful staff!

Some of their stuff is well priced, some is not. Dont go here for groceries. If you want discount groceries go to o Aldi where at least it wont be expired and you can get fresh produce.

I actually like Big Lots more than any other discount place. They have decent stuff and often for really low prices. I dont come here often, but I always go here for office supplies and Christmas stuff.

I shop here at least once a week. They have such great deals. My dining room set, living room furniture was purchased at Big Lots. I have a breakfast buffet with a marble top in my kitchen and a few rugs from Big Lots. They have food at a discounted price. I love this store!!!

We ordered something on display but not in stock. Two weeks later it was still not in stock and there was no idea when it was coming in. Otherwise I love going there and if it were not for Big Lots we would have discovered the table we finally went with.

Inventory is shrinking

Extremely friendly and very helpful staff. Answered all my questions regarding a recliner I was interested in. I did buy it. They even put it on a cart, wheeled it to the van and even helped me put it in. 😊

Great sales, lots of items to choose from, staff very helpful, enjoyed shopping there. Sure wish Rochester Mn. still had a Big Lots like they used to. Great job LaCrosse, Wisconsin, wish yall could give Minnesota some advice on how to keep busimesses afloat instead of shutdown.

I usually shop here but the last time I was here the blond young lady who works here snatched a bear from me an told me she thought I was going to steal it... I said I dont steal and she said Well you never know. I wont spend nomore money there for a while an hopefully she wont be working...

I love/hate stopping here. I love it because of all the stuff they have and the prices, I hate it because I always spend so much money because of all the stuff they have and the prices. 😃

Love it. A little bit of everything, food, drinks, snacks, energy drinks, cookware, cooking utensils, dishes, socks, sunglasses, watches, furniture, cellphone and tablet accessories, hair supplies and accessories, cleaning supplies, dog and cat food and supplies, toilet paper, paper towels, holiday stuff, pools and accessories in the summer for decent prices. You can even find some gluten free items. I am sure there are more things I havent listed. There is a bank, in the same area, a workout center, a Culvers, a goodwill next door, KFC on the next block a car on that block and a taco Bell, a power sports store, 2 car washes on the next block one has a laundry mat, a Walgreens Kitty corner, a sports bar near by, churches near by, a day care near by, Shelby shopping center acrosse the street which has a dog daycare, dining options, shopping options, a tobacco store. There are 2 bowling alleys and gas stations near by. There is a dentist right behind. So many options for many things in one area.

Good place to find odds and ins, however they do not let you use manufacture coupons even if its on the product in the store.

Go here every time Im on the South side.

I am willing to go there first then Wal-Mart

We won’t be shopping here again. The employees profile you based on race and the way you dress....A male employee approached us in the cleaning isle with the air fresheners and asked if we needed anything. Told him no thank you we’re fine and are finding everything for the most part.I had to use the restroom so we wandered back towards furniture where and elderly, thin lipped female employee asked if we needed help.Again, told her no thank you.I left my husband by couches and proceeded to the ladies room.The elderly employee FOLLOWED ME IN THERE, looked at me THROUGH the spaces in the stall as she walked passed, ‘did her buisness’ (meaning she took a whole whopping three seconds to ‘pee’...), LOOKED AT ME AGAIN thought the stall spaces (Full eye contact both times.), turned on the faucet ‘to wash her hands’ (NO soap and ran the water for about six seconds) and walked out.When I exited the rest room my husband told me the woman not only followed me into the bathroom but was scoping out our basket of resueable ice cubes, twin pack of lunch boxes and a hair brush as if I’d taken something OUT of the basket to steal it in the bathroom.I’m sorry that we’re a mixed race couple and that some of my remaining clean cloths seemed to only be a black pair of work slacks and a black hooded sweatshirt (because it’s what? 58-60ish degrees and cloudy outside today?!) and that I didn’t see fit to do my hair and makeup to enter your CLEARLY high brow establishment but you don’t need to profile us as a thieves.

I was excited when this opened but between it being overpriced and the cashiers usually being rude (with the exception of Kay who is usually pretty friendly), it isnt worth it.
