On May 15, 2020 a vehicle hit our home and broke a Pella window. On the advice of the insurance agent we called a local glass company. The company came, measured the broken glass, order it and a month later came to install where upon they told us - no can do! We contacted Pella Windows and talked with Laura. This fine lady worked with us, no one came to measure the window, we just communicated via pictures and email. The new window was installed today by a Pella technician. It fits perfectly and is beautiful. Pella personnel, especially Laura, are top notch, friendly and helpful plus they have a great product.

As far as I know theyre out of business. Called them several times trying to buy a bunch of Windows for my new house I never return my call. Eventually my call got transferred to the Dubuque Iowa office.
