They did excellent work only took A-day and a 1/2 to replace a full window and put soft and patient on my house

I inherited the warranty on the windows in my house that were replaced and Darian was very helpful in a future bathroom job.

This company is absolutely wonderful to work with. We had our windows installed about 5 years ago and they have come back a couple times since then just to make sure we are happy with the windows we got installed. The installers were very professional, clean and quick to get a great job done. So not only is the customer service great, the product is, too! We used to pay around $150 in the cold winter months for our heating bill. Since having our windows installed, the most we pay in the dead of winter is about $40. I’d recommend them to anyone!

UPDATE: Finally at the end of June our windows are done. The shop supervisor came out himself and fixed our windows. The supervisor did confirm that subcontractors are used for all exterior work but actual contactors that work for the business do interior work. He apologized for the delay and being misinformed about who would be doing our windows.After repeated tries to reach the number posted on the website and FB I am posting a review.Not a happy customer. What was supposed to be a 1 day install for windows had a miscommunication between company and the subcontractor that the windows were in the 2nd level. Sub did not bring what was needed to complete the job. Was told by the guy (Nicholas) selling us the windows that subcontractors were not used. I called to question and 1 excuse after another... not all that shocking actually as communication has been horrible. We are now 4 days past install and the job or word of when the job will get done has not happened. The sub left stuff inside the house in our childrens rooms, did not bother cleaning up the back yard where stuff fell. We took care of that. The interior seems to be waterproof but the inside casing is definitely not correct. Once again the job is not done but Im only holding out little hope it gets fixed correctly.Avoid this company for windows unless you can get a 100% assurance from them that the whole job will be completed in 1 day as promised.This is also a rescheduled install from a 2 day due to weather. Seems we were just squeezed into the schedule.

Ordered windows and a door 1st week of September. I understood that it would be 6 to 9 weeks to come in. Got 2 emails about progress. I had to call them the 3rd week of November to ask about installation. Got cancelled on twice and noone ever called me back to reschedule, I had to call. Asked for a discount for all the hassle and noone has responded

Our bathroom was remodeled by Your Home Improvement Company last week. We now have a beautiful new bathroom to enjoy for years to come!. Both the installer and plumber were very courteous and professional. They did not leave us with a mess to clean up after they were done. Our bathroom was inspected this week to make sure that we were well satisfied with the work done. We will be having Your Home Improvement replace most of our window in the next month or two.

YHIC installed two front doors with storm doors in record time. The installers were friendly and true professionals. The entire process from talking with the salesperson Nick, to Aaron who measures and maintains, to the installers was a seamless process. The doors add value to my apartments, I like the doors they provide a sense of security and the functionality of the storm door allows air into the house without having to turn on the air conditioning. My tenants cannot stop commenting on how they are enjoying the doors as well. I have recommended YHIC to my family, friends, and co-workers for their projects. I have called upon YHIC for additional projects also. I truly believe in this company and all that they stand for.

We called them to have someone come over and look at multiple projects in our home, from windows. a bathroom remodel, and finishing a basement. The salesman only seemed interested in the windows, had no knowledge about finishing a basement or the water leak that we have and told us for certain things you can do that yourself.After all of that, and wasting 3 and half hours of my time the price for windows was incredibly high, and that they are not actually a contractor, they hire people to do the work for them. You are basically hiring a middleman.Instead we found a contractor ourselves and cutout having to pay Your Home Improvement Company for the luxury of paying them to hire a contractor for us.

Had new window put in and notice a big difference in cooling the house right away and it did not take long for the installation once the windows came in, they look really nice and work smoot and easy

Great company to work with. We had our windows done in our house. They were there and done in a day. We had a major crack in a window and they replaced with no extra cost to us. My only complaint is the cost but they are double life time warranty and defiantly work for our house.

We love the bathroom remodel we got. The team was very professional and kept our house neat and clean during the process. The tub/shower and new flooring have given our bathroom a whole new and updated look.

The windows that I had installed are amazing and so much more energy efficient. The process was well explained and was exactly as described. I replaced 7 windows previously and will be having the other 7 done very soon. Will be coming back to the company for more of my projects that I need done on the home in the future.

Installation team was very polite, professional, and personable. Love love love the windows. Outside noises reduced as much as promised if not more. Would defiantly do future projects with in the future.

I liked the Preservation siding product compared to other products I had seen before. We sided our house and it looks good. I’ve had compliments on our siding. The house looks brand new even years after it was finished.

Great customer service

The project went great once they began. The installers were well organized and I like they were cautious and mindful not to let my pets escape during the installation. My windows look great.

We love our new windows and our home is quieter in the sense we don’t hear the road noise anymore and the train noise has been reduced quite a bit. Our old windows were drafty and the new ones fixed that problem. We noticed our energy bills have come down too and our home is a lot more comfortable. We’re glad we went with the Preservation Windows and Your Home Improvement Company.

Overall, the project went very well. We did notice our energy bills were reduced substantially and it’s more comfortable in the house. They are certainly more airtight. We did 10 windows in our home. We would recommend this company.

The company is professional with friendly staff and consultants. The products are high quality and our consultant made the Bathroom Remodel process easy for us. I Love how easy the new Bath Planet Tub/Shower is to clean and it looks good.

This contractor did a really good job and we had a good experience. He did the entire project in a short amount of time and there were 13 windows total we had completed. We went with this company because we were impressed with the quality of the windows.

I Love the depth and width of our new deep soaking tub. I was not able to enjoy a relaxing bath in my old tub and myself husband loves the way it looks.

My husband and I have been shopping around to see how much it would be to replace our single panel window. We are so glad that we got information from Your home approvement. Ryan (the representative that came to our home) was absolutely wonderful. Very polite, very informed and extremely friendly. We had learned so much on different Types of windows. He even tested the temperature of the walls compared to the windows to help us see the difference. We were able to test and see the difference between different windows and how temperature effects it. We love the lifetime warranty and that it is transferable. If the window breaks and needs repair there are no additional cost. He was able to show in detail why their product is so much better. We had a ton of questions, Ryan was able to answer them all. He was very understanding and pleasant to work with as well as address all of our questions and concerns. We are very excited and cant wait to get out our window installed.

My experience with this company and their business practice was frustrating. I requested a free quote from their website not knowing they were going to send two salesmen to my house taking up 2+ hours of my evening trying to sell me something completely different than what I requested a quote on. They offer a promotional price that leaves with them. I found them to be very manipulative and pushy, especially when they tried to make me feel bad for refusing their business.

Had new windows installed. Great job, great window quality. The installers did a great job, friendly, efficient and cleaned up when they were done. Looking forward to getting my patio door done next month.

Overall, the experience was good. We love our new windows and our home is comfortable even in winter .

Mike Fischer who was our consultant was very helpful and knowledgable. Since I am a new home owner he really took the time and care to explain everything and to make sure we understood everything throughout the consultation process. He made us feel very comfortable and at ease with our decision to go with your home improvement company to reinsulate our attic and redo our roof. The customer service that was provided was top notch, your home improvement company is definantly a step above other companies.

The worst, two different projects neither started on time. I have parts of freeze board bowing which I showed to salesman who said he would have somebody out fix it,month later nothing. Allaround poor excuse for a business
