We purchased some new doors from Kratt. There were a few hiccups along the way but those seemed to be driven by the door manufacturer and not Kratt. Due to a delivery delay, Kratt worked with the subcontracted carpenter to ensure our doors were installed in a timely manner and they were. Overall, it was a pleasure working with Mike Kratt and his team to get some awesome doors installed. Id easily do business with them again.
