I cant say enough good things about my experience here. I went in an hour before closing, needing a new refrigerator (mine quit working that day). They were able to find one in their warehouse and bring it to the store before closing and this is not a common size fridge. Every employee I interacted with was extremely friendly and helpful. Price of fridge was competitive with any bigger store in a bigger city. 100% will be back for future appliances needed. A++ 👍😁😁

I wish I could put negative stars.... Wont answer the phone, wont return calls, refused to do warranty work... never going back. Communication means NOTHING to them.

So disappointed! They were supposed to come service our refrigerator several weeks in a row and never showed up or called. When we called them they were very unhelpful and unconcerned. Very poor customer service. I would not recommend them.

Excellent service and prices! Tons of inventory and you dont have to order and wait like Home Depot. Bought a freezer that was $300 less than online retailers. Good products poor customer service. Buy a lawn mower they say 1-2 days will have it ready after four days call and response is we are really busy well you already have my money. Recycle kit will have by friday oops not till tuesday oops still not here no communication

So so impressed with their above and beyond service! I wont be buying my future appliances anywhere else, ever! Thank you so much and we love the new dishwasher 😁

Friendly service. Prices are decent. They have an immense warehouse and carry lots of older models plus they do repairs. Definitely worth checking out and comparing.

Only place in town that had a snow blower in stock, service was great, the guy even put oil and gas in it to make sure all was good before i took it home.

Absolutely awful customer service. The man helping my mother with her vacuum was rude, condescending and not bright enough to even turn the vacuum on. The woman behind the counter showed so little interest in solving the problem Im not sure why she was even there. I wouldnt buy a lava lamp at this place. (Yes, they have lava lamps for sale)

Very nice people and store, only complaint I have are the TVs and other electronics are severely overpriced.
