Bought a range online and online it said they would deliver to my house well I didnt find out until they delivered it to la grande sears that I had to drive from wallowa to pick it up, had to find a truck. I paid for the delivery fee and was told Id get it back if I brought a receipt so I did and they said I have to call the online Sears so I did and they said they would investigate. What is there to investigate? I picked up my oven I want my 189.99 back because I had to pick it up. They still havent emailed me back. So just so yall know, Sears in LG doesnt deliver but online store says they do. Im finding it very difficult to get my delivery fee back. The induction range works perfectly and there wasnt a scratch on it and I love it...

The store is good but the corporate is not supporting them, appliance stocks were low, tools also

Not pleased!! I paid for a washer and it was expensive and no parts came with it. We had to purchase the hoses separately. Then we bought the matching dryer and what a surprise no vent or power cord. At least tell us what we’re getting. Not pleased

On Nov. 24, 2020 I ordered, and paid for, a GE kitchen gas range. At the time of purchase I was told the item would arrive on Dec. 17, 2020. I have called and inquired about my range several times since Dec. 17, 2020 and each time I am told the truck didnt arrive. Now (Jan. 8, 2021) the phone at the La Grande store has been disconnected, and if I want to inquire I have to drive 80 miles from my home, just to speak with a store employee. In calling the Sears 800 customer service line I keep getting a delivery date farther out into the future. Maximum frustration at this point and I would caution anyone about doing business with Sears at this time

Took new lawn mower back to have them fix the bag as it was not filling. It took them 2 weeks to get back to me. When I picked it up I asked what had been wrong with the bag. They said they did not know.because they said as I could see they have no grass around store. Bought it home and 2 weeks later check oil, it is overfilled. Drain some out and guess what now white smoke is coming out of the engine from overfilling. Did ask for fluids to be added...no Emissions are smoky and lawn mower is not the same.. Even bought the warranty. We will sell but cant repair is their motto. Let]s see if anyone answers my letter to Service Manager.

When this place eventually goes bankrupt and the building is up for grabs, I hope someone turns it into a pom-pom/pipe-cleaner/ribbon/feather/fringe/glitter supply store. This town REALLY needs it!.🎀🎖️🖍️🎊🦐🎇🎨🖌️🎉👯‍♀️🎈💥🎆

Being a small town store ~ they have always treated us fair and kind . All of our major appliances have come for this LG store, and am happy to say I’m a satisfied customer !!

So glad I live in one of the few towns that still has a Sears. When our washing machine died on a Friday they set me up with full service delivery (on a Sunday) and even made the old machine go away.The new washing machine has polyphonic alarm melodies and connects to the internet (so you can start the machine from your smartphone). Not sure when anyone would ever really NEED those features but dang, theyre cool!

Dont go here expecting a full Sears store; it is a much smaller store with tools, appliances, and some specialized gear. If you are looking for a more full-featured store, than this is not for you. However, if you have a specific need (say, a stand-alone freezer or riding lawn mower), than this is for you.

Like many small town franchises, this a scaled down version of a mall Sears. No clothing, jewelry or cosmetics here. Scaled down selection of home appliances, lawn and garden and electronics. Fair prices and they support the ship to store option from the website, though you dont get the friendliness reaction from staff if its items similar to what they carry.

Our dishwasher broke ask we went in to buy one. They were out of a lot of models. One of the dishwashers was in the wrong location. The store was dirty, with lots of old tags and signs laying around on the floor. The employees were not very knowledgeable about the products and the computer they were looking info up on was not correct.
