Expecting customers to come into your store when its 100+ degrees in your store is ridiculous and your poor employees are dying of heat. Very sad management to make your customers and employees endure this heat no ac just a tiny fan. Remember good management reflects the way your employees work and if I was them I wouldnt do anything for you. Osha complaint is needed!! You should really value your employees right now since its very hard to find good help. Instead of killing them in hazardous work conditions.

I called in looking for an ATV airfilter, gave the year, model and make of my ATV. I was told they could get one in and quoted the price. Great. Then picked it up and there is $10 shipping added which they did not tell me about, but i bought it anyway. The airfilter was not the correct size.Returned it the next day in the original box, but only got a refund for the part, NOT the $10 shipping. Was told shipping is non-refundable (even when they order the wrong part). For $10 of non-refundable shipping Baxters lost hundreds of dollars of my future business.

They refused to deliver to a stranded truck driver 3 miles from their business. 1 piece of hose and a few gallons of antifreeze. they supposedly offer free deliveries for businesses

This is my where I go first to get my parts in town. The staff is super knowledgeable and usually they have what Im looking for.

They close early. Needed some stuff there and had my wife stop by on her way home at 550 and they already had the doors locked. Very frustrating.

Older gentlemen helped us when we were on a long road trip and had a serious car issue so thankful for him thanks again
