Brian at the sales counter was AWESOME!! We were stranded in LaGrande with other businesses telling us that help was two weeks out. He took the time to help my son and friend out. He even helped assemble some parts for us. Without out him we would still be there. Thanks for your excellent customer service.

Good place to go if you know what you need. Some of the counter help is very lacking in experience.

Horrible place with horrible people. I was stranded, they were so unhelpful and unfriendly. Sold me a battery that did not fit my car and I had to break the terminal ends to make it work, which cost me even more money than a very expensive battery I didnt want. All three of them acted like brain dead robots, no constructive help at all. I hope the place burns down and they are inside it, thats how awful they were. Expletive deleted.

This is just your traditional old school parts supply. Things seem to move rather slow but if your patient youll eventually get some good service and probably find what isnt available somewhere else in town.

I have gone here alot everytomw was a horrible experience! All the staff had very rude and unhelpful! They all seemed to hate their life and working there! Everytime I needed to go in there for a part was like God let this be better this time, but no it was not!

Poor service, they would not take a piece of hose and coolant to a stranded person 3 miles from them, and they supposedly offer free delivery
