These guys were so helpful and courteous in fixing my brakes! The brakes were very messed up and they fix the problem quickly. As a woman, it was a very inviting atmosphere with no dominant, condescending male interactions. Would recommend.

New gal working the front desk definitely needs to learn some self control and respect. Called for information and was treated extremely rudely and the only advice before she hung up on me was that it wasnt her issue. And wouldnt check into the vehilce report history. Incredibly unprofessional. The rest of the staff seems knowledgeable and tried to be helpful. Hope she doesnt put them under!

I was on a trip to La Grande to see family and needed help with my car. Joe emailed me back and forth to try to help me figure out the problem my car was having and then squeezed me in, even though he was too busy to look at my car and fixed my alternator belt; put new bolts in and got it all tightened up for me so I could make it back home to Montana on time. I definitely recommend these guys!!

Very reliable service..fair cost for sevices preformed

We had our truck repaired there in Sept 2020. Upon getting home we had additional issues. When we contacted LaGrande Auto Repair they agreed to pay part of the repair bill. Then NEVER did.I did reply to your message that is in the attached photo and thanked you for your willingness to pay for part of the bill. You were to contact my mechanic who you had already spoke to and pay what you were willing. Yet you never did. I did email you a couple more times and never got a response either. Even still I have never gotten a response just your reply on this review. You have never contacted him and paid anything toward it.

We were passing through on our way to Colorado and were having truck overheating issues pulling our RV.Great service from start to finish. They got us in first thing in the morning. Even from the phone call to troubleshoot the problem was great. Greeted by a cheerful front desk lady, Joe spent time just sitting down with us talking about how to avoid overheating issues. Showed us the problem with a clogged, dirty radiator. Fast, quick, but thorough service. Thank you all. 👍

I called a week ago and asked if they could order a drivers side wiper blade arm. Over a week later I followed up. Gave me the excuse they couldnt find a drivers side wiper arm for a 2003 Honda pilot. Funny, I made one phone call to another place in town. They were able to pull it up with me on the phone and order it. I really do not think they wanted to deal with installing a wiper blade arm. So instead of saying this isnt something we do. They blew it off instead.

We were coming from Paul Idaho to Seattle pulling a car hauler and had problems with the truck. We took a shot and stopped and talked with these folks. They were booked solid and still took a look at the truck and then took time out of their busy schedule to do the repair and got us back on the road. Drove straight back to Seattle without a hitch! These guys are top notch. Great people and great service. I highly recommend them!

I was pleased with the service I received with the Transmission oil change. I was wondering if I would have to have a filter replaced to? Come to find out one was not needed for that model so service cost much less then expected. They were kind and they knew what they were doing as Professionals. We were traveling through LA Grande on the way to Utah when my daughters car started smoking. Stopped here and learned that a repair would require pulling the transmission. Based on how they dealt with other patrons, I had confidence that we were being treated fairly. Ultimately the mechanic stayed almost two hours late do we could get back on the road. Highly recommend them.
