After my mother in law got a rock in the tire of my 2021 RAV4, this was the first place I found that was open today. They helped from the second we pulled up, were super friendly, fixed the hole in the tire, gave me the rock out of the tire as a souvenir and put our tire back on in no time at all!(we were driving with the donut). I’ll definitely go here first if I have any vehicle issues when in the area! As well as super reasonably priced!

One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever endured.I reserved a u-haul through Rock & Sons and when I went to pick it up, I was rudely informed that they had changed my reservation without my or u-hauls permission. They failed to give me any sort of notice or heads up about this. They tried to blame it on u-haul which was an outright lie. U-haul was able to confirm R&S had changed the reservation on their own without notifying anyone. Exactly the experience everyone wants to go through in the middle of a move.As if this wasnt unprofessional enough, their employee working the front counter then proceeded to talk over my words while we attempted to discuss the issue every single time I tried to speak. He then became incredibly immature and patronizing while trying to convince me to take the truck for half the reserved time instead of just renting me the truck as I had reserved.I would never trust R&S with my vehicle after experiencing just how shady they act over a simple u-haul reservation.

Attention to every detail. Owner, Justin, (Semper Fi) runs a great shop and I can’t thank him enough for the way he took care of us when we needed new tires far from home while towing a travel trailer.

After Les Schwabb next door wasnt very helpful we walked next door and these guys were immediately super friendly and helpful. We had a flat on our tow rig as we were passing thru tow and were desperate for a solution. They had the tires we needed and dropped everything to get us going. 6 out of 5 stars.

While I was less than thrilled when my U-Haul trailer experienced an issue near their shop, the employees here came out to help immediately and quickly figured out why my trailer was broken. They had another trailer like mine for me to swap into and offered numerous times if I needed any help unloading and loading my belongings. It was towards the end of a day on a Friday and it would’ve been easy for them to tell me they couldn’t get to it, but they helped me out anyways. Thanks fellas.

Super good customer service! They really seem to know what they are doing. Took the time to drive around town with me to hear the noise I was hearing. Then fixed my car with a very reasonable price! I highly recommend them!

My son and I were traveling from Seattle to Denver and we had a flat tire on our Uhaul trailer.They sent out a repair person who even brought an extra tire in case the trailer needed it and adjusted all of the tires on the trailer.We were grateful.

They replaced my car battery and fuel pump on time and in budget. The car was returned clean and smelling good..

These guys are incredible. They wont sell you something you need need and they stand behind the work they provide. It is so refreshing to take my car to a people-minded business, rather than a dollar-minded business.

Cant say enough good things about Rock and Sons! They initially sold me on some awesome snow tires (Glacier Grips) for my passenger car. Turned my average FWD Ford Contour into a snow-driving machine!Theyve been really affordable on other repairs and have even gone out of their way to find me more affordable parts when possible. It also seems like most of the parts they spec are higher quality than other auto shops, yet the total bill is always very reasonable.

This a first rate company! We were broke down while traveling he came and towed my moms van. Then he came back to get us in his personal vehicle so my mom could get in she uses a walker.

Passing through town on a cross country move and from the moment I made the phone call from 2 miles away to the second I was driving out of town with a newly installed radiator was a total of an hour and a half. These guys are 100% incredibly efficient professionals.
