The staff is always nice and informative. The overall appearance of the store is clean, organized and nice. If the shelf is empty someone will go to the back and check if theres any more without having to ask. The manager (with short hair I think, I cant remember her name) is such a sweetheart! Shes a big reason for my five stars!!!

Great Employees who are very engaged and helpful with all of us clients that go in there to buy our supplies, it is a very efficient run place and the manager Terry is a very incredible manager, who is also very engaging, friendly, and will help or answer any questions and get things for all of us hairstylist who need products that they might not carry. An exceptional location for all of us to be able to get our supplies. They all go above and beyond to help their clientele out. I would give them 10 stars..Peggee Marcano stylist for 40 yrs.

Omfg i went to get my hair fixed up cuz i did gray hair and a lady at a salon made it green !!! I went to cosmoprof and a lady helped me so much there i almost cried to her but she was so helpful she has a short red orange bob

Not too fond of this particular Cosmo it never has the color I need in stock sometimes or no one is ever around to help with questions.

Not a good place for hair extensions!! They only carry one brand and they’re are tape extensions.
