I switch to boost mobile I got a family plan I had to wait almost 24 hours to get all my phones in my lines activated. I was almost 24 hours without our lines. Missed out on clients calls & textes. Bad service!

Purchased a hot spot 1 didnt work, 2nd didnt work the company sent me another device and it did not work sales reps verified all the units and 3 of them did not work.I paid over 100.00 for the unit with activation, now this place do not want to refund me my money back, they said they cant refund the activation transaction!! This is a complete joke, the fact that the device is not working is not customers fault if the company doesnt refund the money back to the store is not customers fault. Regardless if the company does or not I paid everything in full and I expect to have my money back in full..I do not recommend this store if you planning to buy devices from here and drop your money here be aware how this place DO NOT HELP customers they only here to collect your moneyI do not recommend this storeShare with your friends and family this link before even thinking on buying any phone devices hereDO NOT BUY HERE!!422 la Habra Blvd, La Habra CA
