The store was clean. The staff was semi helpful. What really through me off was stepping into such a loud environment! I could not carry a conversation with my daughter due to the LOUD music. When you are serving customers you should be able to carry mutual conversation.. I felt like I walked into a LOUD Raggaeton club. Professionalism is very poor. Hopefully better next time.

I was helped today by Arturo and he gave my husband and I the best customer service. He was also very knowledgeable on each product we asked about and made our experience so great. We will continue to go there for our cell phone needs and recommend our friends and family to that location.

We were having trouble with my wifes phone (which is a Sprint phone). We went to 4 other stores but they all referred us to this place. The problem was it was too late in the evening and they were about to close. We came back today and and was greeted promptly. Angel was our rep and he had patience and did what he could, the phone is 4 years old. Seemed to have worked 👍🏻

Very bad experience I managed 30 minutes to arrive and it turned out that it was 8:32 and I was serena and desia was 9:00 am and the workers were inside at that time and the place serena nise took the trouble to answer my phone and we were going x three phones

They do not respect the closing hours, I come to the store 8:26 pm and they tell me they closed early for repairs.
