Why is it every time I go into this particular location, the shelves in the pet care aisle are bare. I would understand if it were a super sale weekend, or some local dog holiday, but no. To the untrained eye, one might say, increase your inventory order or staffing if it’s a workload issue. Something simple as a reconfiguration of shelving would accommodate added inventory. Because as a retailer, you do understand the fight for shelf space while at the same time, don’t lose touch with the consumer and their perspective. Whatever the challenge, from this side of the looking glass, it might seem that you don’t care. Perhaps Walmart is trying to be too many things to too many people and that doesn’t always hit the mark. Perhaps taking a lesson from one of the many grocer giants would be a nice field trip to better understand that continually having empty shelves does not make happy customers nor does it add to the bottom line.

This is very good to great store. Like 99% great employees, maybe 98% great quantity and 99% great quality.

Look no further. Everything is in this store. I truly enjoy going to this store. Staffs are great with assisting your question n theyre cordial at times.

I have my own photography business and I needed a 16x20 picture printed right away within the hour. I got a gig to take pictures at an event and I need two 16x20 photos printed. The event I had was a few weeks ago. So I called to the photo center that same day to ask if I could get a photo printed and the guy at the photo center said yes we print 16x20s but we are having problems with the printer so we cant guarantee it will be on time. Thats fine I understand the printer may have to be fixed but the thing is I called multiple times before on different occasions and the they have had the same problem with their printer. So its taking a while for them to fix the machine. So for photography businesses that may need last minute pictures printed or may need reliable printing this place will not do.

I rarely go here, but now it seems more organized, nicer to shop in. I was here looking for black food coloring gel, they didnt have like it said online. I did get food coloring pens, we had a Halloween cookie decorating and pumpkin carving contest for our teen, young adults nieces and nephews. Kids had a great time in our backyard, we had the best Halloween just watching them.

I have to give it five stars since I went in to get some pictures printed and I was able to and the quality was pretty good. I didnt really talk to anyone who worked there but over all I dont see why I should give it less than 5 at this moment.

Almost back to normal. More busy. Clean, stocked and its one of their bigger stores. I still wore my mask though. Im still waiting on it for a while. Im fully vaccinated but not everyone is. Id rather be safe still.

Not enough actual checkers. I have alcohol and alot of other things. Hire moe employees.

It’s incredible how no body can help you here no matter how many employees there are. All looking but not helping. Try pressing the button for assistance and no one helped. I was there for more than 10 minutes, it’s ridiculous

The plus sized womens section, is a complete joke, no decent clothing to be had, just a bunch of odd shaped rags. Theres way too many shady people roving the store, and the produce section smells like rotting vegetation.

This store count with outstanding service and very well organized personal clean facilities and super good prices I loved

Was a great experience. We were looking for back to school clothes and found a great selection for both boys and girls at great prices.

Pretty good shopping day at Walmart today only needed two things which are right in front of you good price self checkout out out of there fast and furious no pun intended to that dumb movie

Theyre often out of a good bit of stock but otherwise decent place to shop.

Like most Walmarts theyre better when they first open in the morning than they are at 10 to 2. If Im going in for about 6 items if Im lucky Ill get up to four of the items I am looking for and most likely two or three. It might be just things that Im looking for not were not there that time. Staff is always willing to try and help me find something but as other stores it just gets misplaced or it hasnt been ordered or someone put it back in the wrong spot.

Went to check put. And only registers open with long lines. All others forced to check out on your own. Clerk who oversees self check was outside. No sense of urgency. Comes in and 4 checkout flashing red. Wife went to make complaint. And manager was behind a register in customer service. Lost me as a customer there.

Night crew is awesome! Store was stocked and clean. Came here with my kids the other night 4/ 21 before closing and the lady at the register was very nice and made the checkout experience relaxed.

Not as many people shopping for getting around was quick and eazy. Staff are all over the place so if you having trouble finding an item they are always around to help.

Got a ton of pet food, great store. Always clean.

I came here to get a quick 50kW charge for my 2021 Leaf. The locations convenient and easy to get to, but the EVgo charging stations are blocked by carts and/or ICE cars whose owners are either haters or dont know how to read.For charging, as long as you can get a space, its great. By the time youre done shopping or eating, youre car should be charged 80%-90% depending on your battery. Just be mindful of the carts and gas cars...

Online said they had item in stock ... went there and of course not...

It was hard to wait to have my tires put on with no customer waiting room. I was hungry so went bought lunch at McDonalds and no place to eat it. I had to sit out side on a step. Cant wait to be able to sit at a table again.

This is my favorite Wal-Mart I go to, 97% of the time the items are stocked on the shelves, and of course they usually have my Ammo I need. So hip-hip horray!!P.S. Dont forget to lock your cars when you go into the store, because of all the druggies that are prowling the area.

Every time I go to this walmart something happens first time could not cash my check something went wrong with the computer 2nd time everyone had to leave the store they had emergency 🤦🏾‍♀️

Buy a $208 couch first the guy I ask for help just take 10m to bring a car then dont even bother to help me loaded.on check out the cashier was the only kind and took the car to the exit door then they dont let me get the car out cause somebody from Walmart has to do it got my truck in front to loaded in nobody wants to help ask for the manager have to walk to her and she say yeah give me a minute 10 m after just grab the car loaded by myself and just leave worse service ever

We call Walmart and ask customers services what time they close and they told us at 8 so we came to Walmart at 8:25 and they where close.. then we ask a staff for a manager and we be wait for almost 50 minutes for a staff to come to service us..

Ok, what can be said about Walmart that hasnt already been said? Big place, convenient hours, and great selection and decent prices. I shop here pretty.regularly, so.lots of good. The bad is that they are almost always out of a lot of stuff. In this day and age of computerized inventory, its really hard to understand why??

Have shopped here a number of years now. We find it is much simpler, and less stressful to shop here, due to the fact it is a more complete shopping experience. One is more likely to find what they need here. They even have a few stations out in the parking lot for charging electric vehicles..I guess so you can get a charge out of shopping there..

Love Walmart but have noticed the shelves on certain items are very sparse and its because they dont have enough help to restock shelves as the boxes full of products are stacked up in front of shelves with products that we cant get to because they are not out of the boxrs.

Everything was organized and had most items in stock, had two employees ask me how my day was (Im not the most inviting looking guy, so I appreciate when people can get passed that.) NO SALT ADDED TUNA 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 seems like every other Walmart in socal was out.

We found and bought what we were looking for. Good prices and choices. I like going there but I always buy than anticipated. Groceries are at the entrance and they lower prices so youre tempted from the beginning.I Not a bad thing but if youre on a budget youre going to be in trouble. Ill continue to shoo there.

Needed to buy some things, courteous stockers, quick cashier, in and out in five minutes.

Rude customer service in return dept, I was there for more then hour just watching people return their items, they think people returning items its headache for them, treat customers like we are some dictatactorship Country. Hard to believe and feel pity on people having that much patience while returning their items.Shame on walmart hiring these kinds of associates.

They are super clean and always on top of things. Never have a problem finding anything in any of the aisles.

A good place to run in and pick up needs. Just dont be in a hurry. Not many registers open. Self check usually has dilemmas.

Nice store, although I perfur the smaller stores these days. Couldnt find the item that( said ) it was in stock. Asked 3 workers which direction. By the 3rd worker he helped with shelf and looked on my phone and was as baffeled as much as I that it was not in store. ( or at least on the shelf) he suggested that I go on- line, and we left at that.

The experience was fine they were out of a couple of things that we wanted I needed to use one of your mobile cards it would be helpful if you had arms on the sides to enable people with disabilities to get out of the carts or scooters

Ive been out of retail sales for quite ometime now. before I retired 25yrs of service .I never when asked a location of a product that I stand in place and point .with their finger its over on island35. Then quickly go back socializing with another employee. Un aware that I still dont know what exactly was said. I stand there confused and walk away searching for it on my own

The Walmart Superstore near my place. The store is clean and well stocked these days. They open til late so drop by this store when you need to grab some groceries and office supplies.

No staffs is taking care of Express In-Store pickup, take a long time for pickup groceries. Definitely not Express. Please get staff there.

Their staffs are friendly and carries good quality merchadise. Its located in the heart of retail shopping centers so it is very convenient to shop at this location.

Shopping early for holidays, Store had plenty in stock when it came to toys, but could not find several food product items. Only one worker greeted us with a warmth smile and kindness, (that was the worker Sanitizing the carts) but no one else. It seem sad since we did spend $140+. Hope staff works on smiles as to he holidays get closer👍

Terrible experience at this store. Wasnt able to get a Refund on an Air Mattress that was never used just because the box had been opened. I argued as a consumer how am I suppose to know this they stated that there were signs posted all down the aisle. Well there were no signs informing me the consumer of such an absurd Policy (See Pictures)

Just like all walmarts. Stand in huge lines.Or you can check out yourself...a non employee of Walmart. Walmart will eventually lose a ot of customers due to this and everything being locked up. Might as well as order on line Amazon. I only went because it was on my way home....BIG MISTAKE.WALMART SUCKS
