The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The staff the helped me the most was Scott Lardner. He spoke to me about the status of the vehicle I was interested in, provided me info on when the vehicle will be available for a stray drive, assured me about the reservation fee to keep the locked First come first serve and also assisted us in getting a car loan with GM financial. My latest experience with Bob Stall Chevrolet was at the service center. I brought my vehicle (Chevrolet Volt) in for a tire rotation, software upgrade due to a recall, and to fix the shift to park error referenced in the 19-NA-206 GM service message.I made the appointment using the dealerships website. You have to select a service, so that is where I selected the tire rotation. In the notes of the appointment request I put the recall and the shift to park error. When I arrived at the service lane I wanted a few minutes (they were busy) and when I talked to the receptionist, I told them I had an appointment. The receptionist read back my order as an oil change and tire rotation(I never added the oil change) and I decided since it was a used car Id go ahead with the oil change as well. The receptionist took my mileage and VIN and then I asked about the other two services and was informed that their system doesnt allow them to see the notes section, so Id would have to speak with a service manager. After a few minutes a service manager came out to take my VIN and mileage. We talked about the recall and the shift to park error. I was informed that I may have to pay an $175 diagnostics fee to investigate the error. I told the service manager that GM released a service advisory for the error with the parts number and labor required. The service manager said that they would look into it and I asked to be contacted before charging me anything extra.When I received the call about my car I was told that they be able to perform the software upgrade, but they would need the car over the weekend, also that although a GM service message existed I would need to pay $175 to diagnose the issue. I asked why did I have to pay a diagnostic fee for an error that has been formally acknowledged by GM, but I was told that it was policy and that it was not covered because I did not have an extended warranty. Once I paid for my service I waited approximately 20 minutes for my vehicle to be brought from the service area. This happened only after the service manager made the request over the intercom.My problem is that I could not be provided a reason for a diagnosis fee other the catch all of policy which means nothing if you are unable to state the policy. Furthermore the GM service advisory says that the work should be covered under the Voltec warranty and not an extended plan.

Bob Stanley was the salesman and did several things: Kept me up to date on where I was in the process, managed expectations, and most importantly delivered the car at the agreed in price. Excellent experience.
My husband and I had the pleasure working with Tom McClure. He was amazing! We had an appointment with him to look at a specific vehicle and it was parked right out front ready for our test drive. Tom was very knowledgeable about the vehicle we were interested in. He was kind, friendly and so easy to work with! Once the test drive was over we were ready to start our vehicle buying process. Tom and the finance department got us in and out in a breeze! Best auto buying experience ever!
The service was amazing. The staff very professional and caring. The only thing I have a rating of an 8 was because when I called to schedule the appointment for my service, I had mention that my car needed to get checked to see if I still had coolant and break fluid and the receptionist just added a note on file instead of making an appointment for that. When I got there they couldnβt take me in for the notes written only for the service appointment I had set up. I had clearly mentioned that I needed to get my coolant and break fluid checked for me since I donβt have knowledge of that. So they did go ahead and did my oil change which that was the reason I also took my car and ended up checking the coolant and break fluid but the lady that helped me did tell me in order to get that done I will need to make an appointment for it as well which I tried to do and the lady that helped me set my appointment only wrote it as notes not as an appointment. Other than that. My experience at Bob Stall Chevrolet was excellent! Thank you!
My agent Pamela was great! I also really enjoy the shuttle bus driver. She is always so sweet and up beat. One negative is I had my rear tires changed and the car around the rims, doors and inside the Corvette had a waxy mess from the mechanics. I would think for over a 1,000.00 in 2 tires that my car would come back as clean if not cleaner than I brought it in. After service it would be nice to have the vehicle cleaned or at least wiped down in the areas that were worked on.
Service Consultant Gaby Barajas was very prompt and polite. I scheduled my service online and she knew exactly who I was, what I was there for and how much it was going to cost. The waiting area was very nice and clean - my 9 year old daughter enjoyed the fish tank! I got my vehicle back and was out of there in a timely manner.Ive been to Bob Stall several times and always get great vehicle and customer service there. My recent trip into the dealership was for maintenance on my lease. Pulling up to the service line, I was immediately greeted by an attendant. Took my information for my assigned attendant, Mary, as she was assisting another customer at the same time. Not long after Mary came to my window with a very positive attitude, and quickly checked me in with no hassle at all. It seemed a bit busy that day for the maintenance side, so I did have to wait a bit, but none the less Mary did periodically check in on me to update me. Overall very easy going experience. Lounge area and refreshments were more than enough to help pass the time.
Took my 2013 Cadillac ATS in for a full synthetic oil change and multi point inspection. The service person I was assigned said that they had their junior mechanics do the inspection so they donβt know for sure if anything was true and told me that if I wanted a senior mechanic to actually double check then they would have to keep the car for 2 weeks and charge me $160 even though that service of multi-point inspection is included in the oil change service. My car also had an oil leak on the PCV hose that they didnβt even mention to me. Found it myself by simply opening the hood. So basically, they told me everything was good to go but the canβt be sure unless I gave them more money.
I took my car in because the rakes are making noises when I back out. I got q call saying that my car was ready to pick up and when I went to pick it up it took them close to 45 minutes ti give it to me. After, I was baking out of a parking spot and they did not fix the noice it was making. I called and said that they couldnβt fix it cause it was a manufacture problem and cannot give me a solution. This is unacceptable since itβs a NEW CAR

My seat belt buckle wouldnt buckle every time. Called the service department and they had my husband bring the car in to make sure they ordered the correct part. I brought the car back a couple days later and it was fixed within the hour! I had to bring my son with me and the kids area served us well! Rose and her team went above and beyond for us.
Arranged to get car checked for a recall on a Cruze. Also, oil change. I told them I needed to leave by 1100 a.m. for work. I dropped off the car at the scheduled 0730 and it was done by 1030. Surprised by them offering me a ride tho and from my house while they worked on my car. I ended up getting a couple more hours of sleep before my afternoon shift.
The handle on top of my 2013 Camaro SS convertible top needed to be adjusted, so it would lock properly. It was a brand new handle, and your tech chipped the paint on the handle and did not take responsibility for itβ¦he said that the brand new handle was already damaged. Which is a lie.I was charged $400 for the plastic shroud around the handle.I showed up to pick up the vehicle and the handle was not installed properly the first time. it had to go back into service to be redone a second time properly.

Phil and Terry were great to work with on our purchase. We test drove three different trucks and Terry was very patient with us. Even after leaving the dealership to go test drive a Ford F-150, Terry told us that wed be back and he was right. We knew that trucks were hard to keep on the lot and came back for a more serious look at purchasing a truck. Terry handed us over to Phil and the professionalism continued. We were lucky to get in when we did, we saw at least two more trucks come off the lot that day and one of the other customers had told us that we beat them to our truck by 10 minutes. I appreciated Phils candor and taking care of us through the whole process.
It takes a good sales person to make a good transaction and I had a GREAT rep in Brad Jadwin at B Stalls. He was on my purchase throughout the year always keeping in touch and informing me every step of the long wait for my C8 Vette to arrive. I knew buying the new Corvette would become a lengthy process but Brad kept me informed all the way.
Everything was great. Bobby Stanley was super friendly. Leslie was great and friendly financial person. No one was pushy. Only downside was we ordered the blackout package when we ordered it and it didnt come with it, so we have to bring it back to complete that process. Other than that, great experience!
Bob Stall Chevrolet has been my goto place for dealer parts for a long time. Theyve been honest and usually pretty quick. Their hours at the parts counter end at 1730 during the week and 1530 on weekends. Thats not convenient for DIYers who work all day but thats not the parts counters fault. Thanks for being there!

Assistant didnβt really read my notes prior to my arrival about recharging of my AC. Only had me for oil change. Compared to the last time I visited, my oil change was $80+. How? She said the prices were raised. I was only charged $50 last time. She wasnβt really friendly and really needs to work on her customer service. Last attendant I remembered was super friendly and very tentative. I drove from Chula Vista mainly because of customer service I received last time and now Iβm questioning if I should return or not. My AC is still not fixed even after I left it notes. I was told when I got there and they didnβt even know it was in there. A phone call would have been helpful before I even showed up vs telling me she didnβt see the notes
Tom our salesman was absolutely Awesome. I had just got done telling my wife that this was the most relaxing car purchase we have ever had. Tom went out of his way with his calm and understanding approach with us when we told him we were looking for a 2021 Chevrolet Trax. We ultimately decided to buy the Blue one that was inside your show room. We had 2 offers in front of us within about 15 minutes and we were out the door within about an hours time. Just Amazing. Thank you Tom and of course everyone else that helped us.

Came in for a scheduled appointment oil change, arrived 15 minutes late. I was asked when I would need my car by and gave them a time, which Gabriella said it would definitely be done before then, should take only about 1 hour and a half. Dropped off my car at 830am and never received a call about it. Had to call myself at 115pm to see if the car was done. It was, plus I was informed there were other recommended services, but by the time I was told this it was already too close to the time I needed to pick up my car. Arrived to pick up my car and was told to wait felt like I was being passed around for 10 minutes. Then had to wait another 10 minutes for my car to come out. Would have liked a smoother experience and better communication in the future
Very long wait 3 hours +, and no oil change packages total rip off. will never be back .There is a reason I go to mission valley chevy. Service is way better .Disappointed customer for sure 100.00 for 1 oil change is ridiculous
The 2015 Suburban you sold me is the biggest headache of a vehicle I have ever owned. The paint is completely deteriorated, the entire air conditioning system has been replaced twice, the power steering system failed. 0/10 would not recommend.Last time we will ever purchase a vehicle from Bob Stall

2 stars were given due to the miss information provided when I called making the airbag recall appointment. My husband is 100% disabled vet and I his caregiver asked how long it would take and was told 45 min and to get ahold of Bo. When I arrived and talked with Bo he told me it takes 2 to 3 hours. It took 2 hours and I anticipated 45 minutes or an hour at most.

The color that was painted on my bumper were so different than the original color after I inspected the interior it was never dusted of now I have quite a bit of dust everywhere my hole car interior is full of dust

Took my truck in to get it diagnosed. made an appointment 3 weeks in advance. i dropped off my truck for transmission shifting issue. truck was not shifting correctly. 2 weeks my truck was kept there and when i picked it up they said it needed a shift reprogram and it was done. i felt the truck the same when i looked at my driving history on my Chevrolet app and it showed 18 hard accelerations and 18 hard stops that was done while at the dealer i was furious and in the end my truck still feels the same or worse cause these individuals mistreated my truck in order to diagnose. WILL NOT BE RETURNING HERE EVER AGAIN!
Wanted to see the new Corvette C8 in real life. Contacted Travis in advance, he advised he had one to look at (White). We went and actually saw two. The second one (Bronze) was being delivered to a customer. Fascinating car. All 2020 models have been pre sold. There is a list forming, with advance deposit $2000.00) for 2021 models. At this time, I am not interested in putting down this much of a deposit for an unknown delivery date. Nor am I at all interested in paying $10,000.00 over the listed factory sticker price. Will wait for the dust to settle on the hype for this car. At that time I will be checking with larger volume Corvette dealers for availability and pricing.
I have no established credit. I spoke with Jose Moreno at the dealership after looking at a few trucks but couldnβt find anything that would suit me payment wise. My salesman went above and beyond for 3 weeks trying to find something that that would work for my family and work needs, calling me with different vehicles as they came in and checking in with me. I finally ended up buying a 2021 Silverado that I love. I do have a higher payment then I wanted to deal with every month, but I am thankful for the salesmanβs persistence and I am happy with the truck.

My husband and I went to Bob Stall to purchase a Chevy Trail Boss, however we were driving about an hour to get there. Don Swanson was an amazing sales person. He worked with us even before we drove, he wanted to make sure it was something that worked for my husband and I. Bob Stall felt like family, like we have ben purchasing vehicles with them for years. This was the first vehicle we purchased from Bob Stall, and I know we will go back to this dealership. The financing process went smooth. Travis was amazing and very understanding of all the questions I was asking. Both Don and Travis were amazing and I would highly recommend this dealership and these men.
My sales rep Brennen was simply amazing he went above and beyond for us in the process. The finance gentlemen Mike he was great and professional and got the job done! However I had to deal with a man by the name of Billy wearing a cowboy hat and he was less then pleasant and quite rude to myself and my niece. I paid cash for a Chevy Trail Boss and he attempted to make the process more of a headache then needed explaining to me that he was the boss and making hand gestures that he ran this place and I had to deal with him. And I know I did not so thankfully Mike stepped in and saved the deal! Kudos to mike and Brennen they are top notch, but Bob Stall should really reevaluate who they have on their team when it comes to grown men wearing cowboy outfits acting like a rodeo clown! Itβs in professional and had I not had a great relationship with Brennen already we would have walked.
Earliest appointment was one week out. Service advisor failed to explain measures necessary to fix smog check codes.
I was put in touch with Mo from another very happy customer of his. Mo reached out to me on numerous occasions to provide information and keep me informed on the status of the vehicle I was pursuing. He went above and beyond and Im more than satisfied with the experience and his exemplary service.

My tire sensor alert was on and it was defective according to the dealership. 1. How come its not covered under the warranty? 2. I was charged $85 for the sensor after the receptionist said the part would be free and I would only be charged $20 for labor since the mechanic never informed me or her about the defective sensor and replaced it without consulting either of us. I am not happy with the service, I was charged after being told I wouldnt be and it should be part of the warranty since the vehicle is under 2 years old.

The service work was very good. I have had the car serviced there several times. With a dealer you always get the right diagnosis and repair. Price was fair as well. Was not told about the $28 charge for the shuttle ride home thought. Had I known I would had taken Uber. ** just heard from the dealer. I was NOT charged for the shuttle. It was actually the price of brake fluid that was just inadvertently put on the wrong line. Easy mistake to make. This service dept is the best. I would have used them again even if I had to pay for the shuttle! But I did not have to.

I used online schedule the service. I had 2 items to get it done - Oil Change and install of rear splash guards on my truck. When I got to my appointment, I was told that they only have oil change scheduled. I ended up just getting oil change done.I wish online system and phone booking systems are in sync and not cause confusion when customer shows up for the service.

Was greeted upon walking on the lot. Not pressured at all. Once a decision was made (Rocky helped make that decision), everything else was easygoing.
Arrived slightly before my scheduled appointment, was approached by the service writer within seconds of me turning off the engine. While there was an line in front of me, I was processed in quickly. My servicing was completed within the time frame I was told when I arrived.
2021 Chevy Bolt:Fixed most important issue, the road noise on cell phone while on the freeway.Could not find intermittent issue with review camera in mirror and screen rebooting. review screen has turned blue one time since service so it is still an issue.
I had an appointment. I was greeted promptly. They were expecting me and signed me in quickly. They gave me a ride home promptly. The work was done and the truck was ready before their suggested time. Great dealership: Service, timeliness, friendliness, competence.
It was the best car buying experience Ive ever had. My salesperson James was awesome and I enjoyed seeing all the different options of cars in the showroom. He pointed out many options in different models that would work for me and I ended up choosing the Trailblazer LT. I bought a 2021 traverse and I hate it. Not only did the sales man lie to me about features it had but I was very pressured to buy. Didnβt even get my car detailed he said I could go back and do it and when I did they didnβt have time. They never showed me by credit score and made it seem like all the questions I was asking were such an inconvenience to them. Even made me thank the gm for helping me Because he did be such a huge favor as if I didnβt have a 700+ credit score and put 8g down. The car is not worth it. I hate it. Anything that plugs into the cigarette plug makes the tire pressure gauge fault out. And it reads no tire pressure for the front two tires a lot of the time. Took it back at least five times and they didnβt care until I got in contact with a family member that actually works and gmc and let me know what could be the problem. The trunca cover slips off and is difficult to put back in and really just inconvenient overall. Just overall experience would be no stars and would never recommend anyone to ever go there. I wish even tho I really needed a car that I would have rather walked and taken an Uber every where than buying a car from them.

All fine and smooth, I waited there completition, sit in a customer lounge with working desk, internet, working as I was in my office. Time flew and in no time I was out with my car.
Buyer beware of internet pricing. They advertise one price and then tell you that itβs incorrect and there is an issue. They also give βBob Stallβ incentives if you finance with them. I have good credit and they told me that I couldnβt even apply for a small loan because my husband wasnβt there with me because I am a homemaker. So I never got the incentive (not surprising). I have purchased vehicles on my own before. They also said that they had to verify my identity with a soft inquiry of my credit. That was another lie. I got a hard inquiry on my credit for, of all things, AN AUTO LOAN even though I paid cash for the car. Very disappointed in the experience.
Dropped off truck to be serviced was told it should be done by the end of the day. Never got a phone call so I called them but their service was closed. Their sales department said it was ready and I needed to pick up up by the end of the day but failed to due so. So I had to wait a full day without a vehicle.When I arrived the next day to pick it up, I walked in and two ladies were talking (looked to be training) and they asked me to wait while another lady was helping a customer. I waited about 10 mins before the lady helping the customer finished then she asked what she could help with. When she looked up my name she said I belonged to one of the ladies (of the two) that originally told me to wait. When she stated this the one said she didnβt see me there. (She told me to wait!) so I wasnβt happy about that.Then I get home parked my truck and relaxed before the week day (Sat). On Monday go into work then head home As Iβm pulling into my home driveway I realized my truck had been leaking Oil. I just had them do my oil and replace my filter.
