It was the best experience. Not only did they fix my issue but it all happen very fast. The tow truck driver to the agent I spoke with were all professional and curtious to me. I have met many people in this field and its not always easy and to put a smile on and deal with customers who are not happy can be a tough job. But these folks were A+ in my book . Glad I got AAA for myself and happy with it.

Ok. So Im a member. But I handle my insurance needs and some DMV services here. With very little waiting. Now I find that you can get a passport here. Talk about one stop shopping. AAA shines!!!

In and out in less time than it wouldve taken to fill out a form for transfer of title. No wait. No crowds. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Signed up for road side services and found out I liked there renters insurance too. Then I noticed they had some info on Costa Rica, I mentioned it to the agent Chris helping me and another agent from the travel department also named Chris came by to say hello while I was waiting to pay my registration and get my tags. Had a nice chat with him and enjoyed my entire experience. Oh..they do not take debit cards for payment on registration. They will take credit cards and checks. I went back with the correct payment type and had wonderful service this time from Lucy. If you are lucky enough to live near this location, dont hesitate to go.

Outstanding service. Im sure AAA runs into every condition for DMV one can imagine! Mine was just as corky today as I own older car that I dont drive much and now the computer has shut off saying I cant get it smogged unless I drive a certain driving pattern. Its a Corvette and to try to meet the driving pattern is very unsafe in my opinion. Anyway, the assistant at AAA was terrifically helpful and work to save me some money and get the best fee possible for the conditions we were facing. Truly grateful for their service.

The D M VCleric by the name of Lucy hung up on me unprofessionally twice while proceeding to argue with me about DMV insurance policy. Honestly I am about to end my relatio,nship with the AAA this is not the first time I have had a representative hang up on me

Great place, very friendly informative, patient staffI came here to register my car. Within 30 minutes I was helped and on my way. Way better than the all day wait @ DMV. Super awesome, for all your DMV paper work, notary, travel needs maps,etc. Ive been a member for over 40 + years. Well worth the yearly fee.

I had wonderful service today. I walked in about 15 minutes before closing and was out the door shortly after they closed! You never would have known by the employees demeanor that I showed up right before closing!

Second time, I have used the DMV part of this place. Never disappointed. Way better than spending a long time at the actual DMV. Just this part is worth having the membership and then you get towing and discount on some items

Line outside to keep the number of people down inside but it goes by quickly.. You have to call in advance to set up an appointment for the Notary, figured that out when I got the and asked one of the workers outside. Super helpful staff and clean. Notary was $10 per signature.

Went in to get passport photos AND she let me check them BEFORE printing them. Lol. I wont look a hott mess. Thanks AAA you guys rock!!!

Ive been a member for 40 years. Last year for the first time ever, I complained about a auto repair shop over charging members n doing work that wasnt warranted. I should have gone to CA state auto referee division, but thought ACSC could certainly handle it, after all it was tarnishing their name. The shop owes me $200. I cant get anyone at ACSC to talk to me and refund my money. They said the case was closed. THIS IS PROOF THE ACSC DOES NOT BENEFIT OR SUPPORT THEIR MEMBERS. JUST A REMINDER TO ALL...THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS ARE VOTED BY THE MEMBERS. THEY CAN BE REPLACED ANY TIME.

Used AAA to complete some DMV documents on the sale of a vehicle. Started at the San Marcos AAA got great direction from a wonderful staff on the documents needed. I had to go to the La Mesa AAA with the buyer and again a great staff who took the time to help and were very knowledgeable.

Beats the heck ou of waiting at the DMV for two hours only to then be greeted by some government employee who would rather be anywhere else on the planet, doing anything else. AAA people are always pretty helpful, and at least have some reasonable level of customer service..

So nice that they are physically open. Did have to queue up in a line outside only allowing a few customers in at a time. But one lady did come through the line grab all registration renewal went in and processed all at once. Super great.

I whent with my gf and they are supper fast ..really great workers and we got a book that they had for sell . we go every month and they are really safe ..

Thought I was covered but aaa says otherwise! If your job requires you to drive allot(10,000+) of miles be very careful to read thru your policy carefully dont just go on what you hear them say. In my case I believe I asked for one thing but got another. After asking for my milage for policy renew then hearing my mileage was 15k last year the employee became rattled about the excessive miles they said they wanted to give me a good price to help me, guess the price was to good to be true. After a month I was in a major accident and when I needed my full coverage I no longer was covered. Turns out all I had covered was uninsured. When I look back i think that the employee was responsible for this. In a sense I lost everything and barely got anything back because of this. Im sure any insurance company would do the same. Theyre only here for your money, if your a high risk driver be careful to fully read and understand your policy.

If there is a line it goes so quick they understand that people have things to do

This was the first time I renewed my tags through AAA. I was greeted by very friendly staff and was in and out within 3 minutes. Covid safe.... line up outside (line moves fast), in one door and exit another.

Governor opens state for business but AAA shows bad business practice to disabled customers. Wont let my husband and I come in out of the cold to conduct business. Only one at a time allowed! We are disabled but a perfectly able bodied couple walks right in.Something is rotten at AAA!

Having 2 lines was confusing people. There was actually a shouting match with people inside and outside. Inside was very different. My seat was 6 feet away from the person helping me making it difficult to hear through the plastic partition. The 2 people next to me had their chairs right up to the partition and no issue hearing. I guess its the workers preference on how they want to handle it. Communication outside could have been better to prevent confusion.

Very pleased with this place. Its nice to be able to pay registration there. But the service that I have been really enjoying is there trip travel. They will help you organize a driving trip and print out a booklet with all the stops, suggested places, numerous individual maps and incredible information. They have been a godsend on countless driving trips.

Stuck on the freeway and scared, AAA had a tow truck to me in less than 30 minutes and I was very grateful.

Ok, to start off, I was driving down the freeway and a rock flew out of a Ford trucks tire and hit my windshield. No big deal., until I stopped at the store. When I came out of the store I saw the crack in my windshield. i have full coverage for my car, my motorcycle, roadside assistance, motorcycle roadside assistance and renters insurance. So I call AAA to see what they can do for me. they want a $500.00 deductible. This is the second time that AAA did nothing for me. Why am I paying them all this money when they CANT help me? They didnt even offer me a place that gives AAA discounts. In this time of need through out the country, they should of at least give me a list of places that change windshields. I am HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED, yet AGAIN. TIME TO FIND ANOTHER INSURANCE COMPANY. I will call AIS and see what they can do for me.I did find a place that charged me $235.00. Over half below my deductible.

What a great experience at AAA! 3:55 pm DMV decided to not let anyone else in when they close at 5 pm. I was told to go to AAA to get new plates for my car. It was such an easy process and staff was very friendly. Walked out with new plates and tags.

Had to wait in line outside (5 people in front of me), but the line when very fast. I had to paid for both of my cars registration. The whole process took a little less than 10 minutes. They were very careful taking precautions.

This place a extremely organized. They are really working hard to make sure the employees as well as all customers are safe during this pandemic. I expected to wait a while since pulling up there seemed to be 2 long lines at the entrance. I was in and out under 10 minutes. Also 1 way in and a different way out.
