We have been needing a new mattress for awhile, and Ive just recently started reading reviews on mattresses, checking consumer reports on best mattresses and reading up on specifications.Why is there such a thing as a bed in a box, and why is it so much less than a mattress in a store? Why are there so many mattresses to choose from? It makes my head spin, because I need a good mattress thats going to last but I dont want to spend 5, 6 or 7 thousand dollars on something without a drive shaft!Our visit to the La Mesa Mattress Firm was just to add to my mattress curiosity and talk to an experienced dealer, and make his head spin with all my inquiries! The plan was to check out the mattresses, ask questions, get quotes and go home to contemplate which one would be best.We walked in, and we were greeted by Will. He asked what we were looking for and I let the questions, comments and the child within me run free! Will never missed a beat! He had a good sense of humor and a great attitude! I was ready to go home and think about the experience, and Will was accommodating with sending us homewith information on the top 2 mattresses we liked.But I realized that Will had already given me all the information I needed, I knew which mattress felt the best after several test naps. We decided to go ahead with the purchase! Will was a pleasure to work with and he made the whole experience comfortable. We didnt get a BMW, but we got Cadillac service!

Process was very informative and easy. Drew was our salesman and he was very accommodating and it was a no pressure sale. A good experience and I would recommend to anyone.

Great experience, I have a tailbone injury and I found out its the best time to go bed shopping! I ended up getting a Tempur-Pedic even though its out of my price range I was in heaven and I didnt want to leave so the salesman said stay here as long as youd like!I Have to wait for my bed but I already know with my tailbone injury if it makes me feel that good on a bad day how much better its going to feel in a good day!

This is my second review for the mattress firm stores in La Mesa. I feel the need to review them again because i’ve been back three times since my last review lol I cannot tell you what an amazing experience we have had with this company! We were helped by four different people four different times. We ask them each 1 million questions and they were consistent with their kindness and patience with me, my husband and my grandmother. Andrew or “Drew” was absolutely incredible!!! He was extremely knowledgeable, kind, considerate, patient, personal, and one of the best salesman I’ve ever had the pleasure to work with . He needs to have a raise as soon as possible because he is an asset to your company. I hate to say this but he is upper management material.(He would be greatly missed on the floor !! )My son recently bought a entire bed set from Andrew, and recommended him to my wife and I and my daughter. As a professional salesman, I understand how hard it can be to meet customer expectations. My industry has been impacted severely by supply chain shortages, and there is no apparent end to the anger that this can cause some people to feel. Other industries are no exception. It did take a bit for the bed I bought to arrive. However, Keith and Isaac were incredibly informative and patient through the whole thing. When a pillow came in wrong (probably my mistake and not theirs) they fixed it cheerfully. When the manufacturer had problems sourcing components, I was informed and given a realistic time table for completion. This pandemic has created a unique and taxing business environment, but Mattress Firms customer service is still wonderful. Highly recommended.

He was extremely knowledgeable about Mattress Firms products but also knowledgeable about sleep and what is required in a mattress to obtain a good nights sleep. He created an interactive atmosphere that was professional and made you feel you could ask questions. Having had problems with my current bed I asked a lot of questions. This Saturday I set out to purchase my very first mattress. Isaac Klein made the process so amazing and fun! He explained so many of the reasons why to pick a certain mattress, base, and bedding. I received excellent service and was able to purchase a nice quality mattress for a far lower price than other places I looked.

So I went to Bath bed and beyond to look for some pillows and the one that I really like was $104. I also went to Macy’s but they did not have what I want it. I went to mattress firm and the same pillow I saw for $104 I got two pillows for the same price. I got buy one get one free. So if you are looking for any mattresses or pillows always check at mattress firm they always have great deals. I also got a great deal on my mattress and my ajustable bed.

He asked us what our thoughts were and listened to us when we spoke. That narrowed us down to two beds and we were happy to make our decision to purchase our bed today. I just received my tempurpedic luxebreeze mattress that I ordered from Mattress Firm in LA Mesa! It delivered on the same day as promised and I am so excited to sleep on it! When I walked in there were no customers in the store. The salesman was very nice and immediately greeted me. I told him what I wanted and how much I wanted to spend. I had done some research before coming into the store so I knew what I wanted to see. I showed him the pictures of the beds I wanted to try and he told me he had them in the showroom. He was very polite and not pushy at all. He did show me one mattress that was over my budget and I then stated I wanted to stick to my budget and not go over at all.Overall, he was very nice and helpful. I will be calling the store back to make the purchase and set up delivery day and time.

We’ve had a great experience with Matress Firm in La Mesa. Their sales staff didn’t try to over sell us when we were clear what our price range was. We had to change the delivery date and place and was not an issue, they got it correct and were in and out very quickly. We did end up changing mattresses after a couple of months and we had called during the pandemic. They extended the time frame and when we went into make the change, there were no surprises. It was exactly as it was explained initially and it was very easy. They were very friendly and handled it very well. Nick helped us with finding a mattress to better suit our needs very quickly and we were on our way in half an hour. They have been awesome. We’ll definitely be repeat customers
