I walked into the store not knowing fully what I wanted, but store manager Mark McFarland helped me focus and zero in on my exact need. He was very smart about both the product, and also all the tiny details on what accessories I needed, as well as all the delivery details. In the end, after my old bed was taken away and the new one installed, there was my TOTAL satisfaction to revel in, as well as sleep on!!! I was so happy I had to say all this in person to Mark face-to-face, and I felt inspired to re-visit the store. My boyfriend and I stopped into Ortho Mattress about an hour before closing last night and were kindly greeted by Mark. We discussed what we were looking for in terms of comfort and budget and Mark was extremely knowledgeable about which beds were compatible for our wants/needs. He gave us disposable pillow covers and allowed us to test out several beds (about 8 or 9) and didnt rush or pressure us into purchasing any specific one. Great place to shop for a new bed. We bought a bed here 6 weeks ago & ended up not liking it due to how soft it was, but bought it here for their 100 day exchange the bed if you dont like it policy. We just exchanged it a few days ago for a firmer bed & love it!Mark McFarland was very easy to work with. Helpful when needed, but allowed us our space to check out other beds until we had a few questions. Very knowledgeable about every bed we inquired about without having to look stuff up for the info. He made the entire process of returning the previous mattress & buying the new one hassle free. He managed to get the delivery fee waived since we already paid the first time around & since we financed the purchase through them, he was able to get our limit bumped up just a little when the new purchase made us go over our limit by just a couple hundred dollars. Great customer service really is worth a lot. We purchased a bed at Mattress Firm (Sleep Train at the time) a couple years ago & will never go back... bunch of vultures there.

Before we got there we hit up a different mattress store who the guy didnt even get up from the desk to help. The moment we walked in to here we were greeted and the guy Mark got up from the desk and came over to help and showed me different mattresses of the kind I was looking for. Asked about the style I was looking for, firmness and then showed us some mattresses of the kind I was into. Found one that was really nice but a bit out of my price range so he showed us some that were similar but more along the price range I was looking for. He was really nice and wasnt trying to push any on me and let me take a moment to choose between mattresses.When it came to ordering it and choosing a delivery date, I was unsure of the dates Id be home so he offered to pick a date and once I found out my schedule for work I would be able to call back and reschedule a delivery date that would work for me once I knew a good date.

Well, I decided to buy my parents a mattress since theres is over 30 years old and let me tell you! The retailer who helped me (Nicole) was absolutely amazing. She was able to help me pick out the best bed for my dad who has recently had a 6 heart by pass surgery in early October of this year. I was able to bring in my dad the day of purchase and he found the mattress to be absolutely perfect.

This messes with the integrity of Google ratings in my opinion. So 5 stars for the salesperson Mark McFarland who was very helpful and informative. However, the bed I ended up buying was not available to test in the showroom and I had to trust that it is similar to another, more expensive bed that I was able to test. A little nerve wracking for a such an expensive purchase. So 3 stars for that. Averaged to 4 stars I guess.

I was lied to.Ben was laid back and cool. He had all the information that we needed to make a decision. We the delivery guys showed up they removed my mattress and then put in the new bed. Upon inspection I noticed that the remote wasnt wireless as I was promised.The next day I called Ben and told him that I got the wrong bed frame and wasnt what I was told I was getting. He said that if I wanted to the wireless remote, it would cost me $100 more. I then told him that its not what I was told and that I already paid for the correct parts for the bed. He didnt budge and told me I had to pay for it.I hate when Im lied too and I have no choice but to give Ortho Mattress one star. Shady people working there. If you made a mistake, own up to it and make it right. Its ok Ben you made a mistake, just make it right.
