Costco. I mean the brand itself is very good. The liquor here is always the cheapest in town. I do wish they had a larger selection of whisky and more craft beers than just IPA.

Why is it that bounty toilet paper brand thats more expensive always has supply but costcos brand doesnt nobody wants this mediterrain food ! please stop carryibg this indie food were getting tired of it !

I visit Costco about once a year to see if I can handle the shopping experience, and each year I decide to wait it out for another year. The deals can be good. However, the parking, lines for gas, and actual shopping experience can be quite challenging. If you do well in crowded venues, then you will be fine here.

The store was very clean and well organized. Staff was friendly and helpful. It does tend to be crowded but the wait time for checkout is not long.

The gas line was too long. But the store cashier line was better.

The day I went there they managed to keep lines down= got through the checkout very quickly

Great prices, good quality items great customer service, shop in-store or online delivery. You need a membership which pays for itself as you shop for items throughout the year. Depending on your membership you can get cash back.

This Costco is great. We had a supervisor named Cory and he went above and beyond for us at the store. Having my kids made things not easy and he helped us out do much.The cashier we got was super cool too. I think his name was Tim, balled, white guy, very sarcastic and funny as hell.This Costco always has good people.

Spend your money Wisely. Costco say that their prices are wholesale prices, but I cant tell. I come out so much better going to the regular grocery store purchasing the same things for a much lower price per ounce/pound/piece/package, whatever. They just have stuff in larger bulk sizes.

This was my first time ordering a large amount of pizzas for a party from Costco and it will likely be my last. I ordered over the phone and there was no way to pay over the phone. I asked to have the pizzas ready at 12:30. When I arrived I went to the call window for whole pizzas and after waiting for a few minutes for an employee to even pay attention to me, I was told I would have to get in the main line or go inside and pay. There was at least 25 people in line so I went inside. It took nearly 15 minutes just to pay. When I took the receipt to get the pizzas they werent even ready despite the delay. The cheese pizzas were all under cooked and very doughy, and the pepperonis were all well done. I also had to recut every single slice because none of the pizzas were cut all the way through.

Nice and easy gas. Very cheap and easy. Lines can be pretty long if you go then wrong time of day, but theres a great sorting system in place for that.

Everything on my list was in stock today. Employees were very helpful.

Our family loves Costco. The warehouse gets very crowded and last time i had to dodge cranes restocking everywhere. Cant they do that at night? Regardless, we are grateful to have them open.

La Mesa Costco is not as nice as the other stores I have visited. Parking is tight as more space dedicated to gas station. The deli chicken is not as tasty either in comparison lacking flavor and not as tender.

First time at this gas station. Inexpensive! Organized! Love the light system. Even though there were lines, got in and out in a reasonably short amount of time! Noticed there was a worker to make sure all went smoothly. Will be back.

Wow...the parking lots just keep getting tighter to get around.

I would not trust ordering appliances online. I have ordered other things from Costco and have had no issues. However, I ordered a dishwasher 5 weeks ago and still dont have it. It has been scheduled for delivery 4 times and each time it didnt show. I even had to call to find out the status. Costco didnt even attempt to contact me. In fact, the first time the Costco arranged installation team was at my house and waiting for it to be delivered so they could install it. The installation team eventually was able to contact someone at Costco who told them it was not going to be delivered. I called today to inquire on the status and was told that it is now out of stock. Costco needs to communicate with their customers. It is unsatisfactory that I have taken four mornings off work to be here for a delivery that Costco knew well ahead of time would not happen. All Costco had to do was let me know.

Early morning visit to Costco was really easy not very crowded and well stocked. Love the la mesa location which also has cheaper gass than most.

Easy in and out new gas station. I like when oil prices drop Costco lowers gas price faster than gas stations. Open 5:30 am until 9:30pm weekdays. See photo with blue sign showing 7 day a week hours.

Costco is always reliable. This particular location is no different. I use this one as one of my favorite 2. The staff is always friendly and the place is well kept. Parking has gotten better lately and now they even have a gas station.

Love shopping at Costco. Even when I have to visit different ones to find what I want. Shopping and parking is a different experience at each location. Prices vary as much as the selection of items. Have some fun go Costco Hopping.

Like every other Costco you sometimes come around that they discontinued a certain item you liked,But over all the service is great you come across great cashiers. And I asked for help because I cant pick up stuff like waters and the guys there help you if you find someone in that area.

Overall great, but I went to the pharmacy for the 1st time and service is great from Nora and Lourdes because they went out of their way to help me with my pet medications. However, when waiting in line to pick up prescriptions, I was not pleased. One clerk and a line of us waiting. Not to mention, I have a bad knees and no where for me to wait for disabled ppl? That was excruciating. Other than that, it was good.

Great location for this Costco. Easy to get in and out of. The gas station is conveniently located and far enough away from the main entrance to not interrupt traffic on the main road.

Husband got new hearing aids. The staff so helpful.

Lunch was great with the exception of waiting in line to get food. Four windows one person tending them. 38 minutes later I became a happy camper with my belly full.

Very disappointed in the food court. Only one very small cart for condiments, and no longer offering diced onion for the hot dog. Definitely not up to Costco standards.

It’s a nice price club with a gas station. The gas attendants should be paying attention to the lines and the pumps as people are too stupid to direct themselves to the open pumps. It could go a lot smoother if attendants would signal morons to the open pumps.

This Costco (Fletcher Parkway)has the worst parking lot I have ever seen. Absolutely ridiculous! Will not be going to this particular Costco ever again

HELLO COSTCO MANAGERS/GAS STATION: Fletcher Costco :Employee KEVIN R.!!!!!!!!!I went today for the 1st time after work, it was raining hard and I needed help with pumping gas. I was struggling to get the pump to work and to take my cards, after several attempts a young gentleman walked by and asked if I needed help.He helped me out with the pump and also by helping me open my gas tank. He was very professional and great customer service skills. I was very happy and I asked him his name and last name to call his manager. You guys need more people like him inside the warehouse. His name is Kevin R! Kev if you ever get to read this review Thank you!Give this kid a raise! Or a promotion!

Terrible customer service. I went to get some glasses and was dismissed by the employee behind the counter because my paperwork was missing something. I had to figure it out on the phone with my optometrist without any help. Finally got my paperwork faxed over and when I tried to tell the employee who had initially helped me he got mad and rudely said he was helping someone else. I understand he was busy but the rude tone was unappreciated. Finally got helped and was told I would receive a call when my order was ready to pick up. 2 weeks went by and I called in myself to ask as they said it would only take a week. Order was ready and when I mentioned that I didnt receive a call I just got silence over the phone. No explanation or apology. Im just glad I finally got my glasses and will not have to deal with this place again.

Other than being crazy busy again....everything is just as it always is. Ready and available. I prefer going weekday mornings...weekends are a zoo.

Customer service and awesome deals are some of Costco‘s Biggest strengths. I just bought a grill and every single person was as helpful as possible to help me get that thing into my van. I’m so happy to have them be near my house.

It’s great if you don’t buy baked goods or produce. I just bought bagels less than a week ago and they have mold on them. My grapes also have mold as do my peppers. I seriously shopped on Wednesday and these are bad by Sunday.

I typically go to the Costco in Mission Valley but was in La Mesa so stopped in this Costco. Gasoline lines were short - no waiting which is a first for me. Costco does such a great job of customer service. No complaints and will frequent the La Mesa Costco more often.

Today at the Mission Valley Costco we had the most disappointing experience with Angelina the lady who checked us out. First she yelled at my boyfriend and son when he let another customer go ahead of him in line saying if youre not ready you have to step back from the line! That was a bit rude. My boyfriend and I had 2 separate orders on check out. The checker was rude and when she asked us if we had 2 separate memberships. We were slow to answer because she was talking so fast and I felt embarrassed that I didnt understand her. My boyfriend said Im sorry you are confusing us and I added its the end of our day our brains are slow. She rudely replied its the end of my day too in a condescending tone.  I felt so terrible by that time I just wanted to leave the store.  We have never been treated so rudely at a Costco ever! I truly hope this doesnt happen to anyone else.

My favorite out of all the Costcos in San Diego. Clean, the staff is efficient and quick. Everything is always organized, you can always see the staff organizing and keeping the store clean. One of the employees Jess I believe her name was, is super polite and quick. Anyway best Costco.

Got 2 pair of glasses for nearly half of what one pair would cost at optometrist! New gas station is great. Only negative is their new parking lot is really aweful.

Costco is the ultimate shopping experience that I can remember as far back as I was a little boy. Now that they have the gas station open and are serving samples again brought a smile to my maskless face.

July 5th, 2021 at 7:39 pm. Worst experience ever today by the exit door. After my shopping was done I took the groceries to the car, me and my daughter went to go to the restroom and on our way back, Associate Juanna stopped me by the exit door and asked my to open my purse for her. I dont think that they are allowed to ask customers this unless they have enough proof from Store Loss Prevention. Im addressing this negative issue to be straightened out. Thank you. - Mrs Marchese

This is not the biggest Costco location but it’s the most useful because of its location and the fact that they added a gas station. Regular shoppers probably know they won’t necessarily find everything they want every time but for convenience, I am happy with the store

I really like this Costco over Santee, which is closer to me. This store is cleaner and the employees are a little more friendly. Also the store seems a lot better stocked and less crowded.

Bulk prices are always nice.. and the fuel prices are worth the wait.

I always enjoy going to Costco. The Santee warehouse is the usual place I shop, so its nice to check out different ones in the area. La Mesas is very clean, well stocked, and although very busy on weekends not chaotic, or messy/disorganized. Not to mention very friendly and helpful employees.

Be careful if you are black smh you will be stopped and carded every time you walk into the store. I went last week and I walked in with a group of ppl who were lighter than me. The lady made sure to follow me down and ask me for my membership card. No one else was asked just me.

The store is a somewhat pleasant place to shop. However, the cafe has some of the rudest employees ever. My husband and I ordered a couple of hotdog combos with the drinks and instead the cashiers charges us for only the drinks. When asked to please fix the mistake, she blames us and tells us to not be requesting “hotdog combos with sodas” and to simply state it the way the menu says it. She then yells for her coworker to come over to “fix the customer’s mistake because we said it wrong” and never apologizes to us. I then had to raise my voice and tell her she misunderstood and she then has the audacity to tell me to calm down and that it’s not worth getting upset over. This lady should really be fired for being incompetent and rude. If you don’t want to risk losing your cool then avoid this Costco’s cafe.

Tonight my husband and I went in for an eye exam. While I was getting my exam my husband looked at the TV section. We had recently purchased a 75 inch Samsung with our stimulus checks and noticed the TV was almost $600 les than the purchased price! Lilian her Manager (who gave the approval) and the rest of the team (Kaydence & Sarah) worked extra hard to figure out how to get us a price adjustment! Kudos to the Costco team at Membership Service for going above and beyond!
