When I pulled up to the place. Gabby which was calling me all day and yesterday wasnt there. But Miguel started talkin to me saying Gabby had already left and that he was going to take care of me. All lies in I asked them would I be needing a down payment which Gabby said no which Miguel said no to when I got through running my credit check I need a co-signer and left driving my old BMW out of the dealership until then yall have a blessed day.

Everyone has always room to improve that’s why I gave 9, because no one is perfect. But that’s my highest rank for every survey. I gave average on price because I did not get any rebate or discount but I did not paid over it neither. I understand demand & supply and now the happiness is on seller’s side. They were until 9:30 pm with me and still had to wait until next morning without any attitude because I got trouble with my bank. I wish I could give 0 stars!!! DO NOT BUY FROM BAYSIDE MITSUBISHI! I had the worst experience ever here. I literally spent a whole day in this dealership and almost didn’t leave with a car because I was tired of waiting for them. After NINE HOURS of waiting, They brought me my car completely dirty claiming it was washed. Manny accused me of providing fake documents although they were not. When I came to get my plates/tags Gabby admitted that they were wrong but he never apologized. They promised to fill my tank when I came in for my first oil change and now they aren’t honoring that. Manny is claiming that it would have to come out of the pockets of the sales person and that the company cannot honor that. He’s rude and I hate this place. My first car buying experience was awful because of the staff here!

My husband bought a car here a few weeks ago. Danny was our sales person and he was amazing. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. He wasn’t pushy like a lot of car salesman are. He was helpful and made our experience amazing. We have had to deal with some other people in office. They all have great customer service skills and dealt with our situation with great ease. Misleading! Spoke to their Internet sales rep and sent personal info to her expecting that she would be who we were dealing with when we went in. Even went so far as to say she would see us when we got there. Told us more than once that my wife was definitely approved. Once there we were informed that the lady we had been speaking with wasnt even at this location or in the Houston area. We were told that the application had to be filled out again and that it was simply to have a hard copy of what was already submitted and approved. They swore that the credit wouldnt be ran again. It was. We were left to wait for well over an hour after that and then the sales manager sent our lil sales guy out to tell us that we were approved for a specific car but that it had just sold to someone else so he was sorry. That is the most upsetting part for me. This young man seems very honest and respectful. He has no clue how much his employer is lying to their customers and having him do the same. We looked on the website before leaving only to find the car referenced before still listed with a marked down price! So our credit was ran multiple times. We were lied to over and over again and they are taking advantage of young adults employed by them.

Ms Jay is the girl to go too!!! Mr Willie just took over the new management. I walked in inquiring about a vehicle and Mr Willie said I got it Jay I’ll take care of her. I showed him the vehicle I liked and he said let me rinse it off for you! I’m the new manager we got different kinds of promotions going on, I know you’ll be able to get this car. His confidence level through the roof! He rinsed the car off and had me to seal the deal with Jay. They pulled all types of hats out the bag because Lord knows my situation was complicated and no matter what kind of difficulties I threw at them they were able to find a solution!!!! Came here to start my own credit! Was ended up lied to about having poor credit, so I was forced to put the vehicle under someone else’s name. After checking my credit it showed that I had NO bad credit, and also showed that this dealership ran it. Was also told I bought extended warranty, but turns out I didn’t. These people will sell you lies for money. Very untrustworthy people. Would give a zero if I could.

If I could give zero stars I would. After two weeks of having purchased my car they sent a repo company to pick it up claiming they did not receive all the documents from me. They did not communicate to me they were missing anything. Repo company put nearly 2,000 miles on my new car, left me footing the bill for the oil change and the front bumper damage to it. I also received my car back smelling of smoke. The dealership not only lied and told me the car was not being driven by the repo company they hired but they had them drive it back their lot 9 hours away from where I live and told me if I wanted my car I had to go there to pick it up. All of this mess because their staff did not communicate to me they were missing a copy of my ss card. Even after I resent the card I was left in the dark without any answers for 48 hours and out the money but funded on a loan for this car. They are the worst dealership I’ve ever come across and not only cursed and yelled at me when I demanded answers, but took my money and then my car and left me paying for the cleaning, oil change and damage to it while in their possession. The worst worst service. Do not buy from these people.
