Today I went into the store around 5pm and asked the young guy with a ponytail at the counter if he could tell me what fuse my truck would need for the stereo. He very rudely told me that this is not a garage maam, I just sell the part and rolled his eyes. Every other Auto Zone I have ever been to has always been so helpful. I told him nevermind, Ill just start going to the OReilly down the street and left. Very disappointed in the lack of people skills and lack of customer service skills. Be better...

My daughters car battery had just been replaced at an AutoZone 60 miles away from this one. She stopped in here an they referred her off to a solid shop that took good care of her. I appreciate the ethics of a solid team. Thanks!

Excellent store. Stopped by last evening around 6:30pm to replace a bad battery. A man named Dwayne took a look under the hood and pointed out that my battery was still under warranty under a completely different store. Saved me over 160 bucks buying a battery I didnt need to. I called this store today to get his name and I am so grateful to him!

Service is great the people there are very friendly sometimes cheap prices but gave them a 3 star because I bought a Fanta from them come to find out that the Fanta is out of date

I needed to replace a headlight bulb and they help me and my husband put it because we didnt have the tools to do it. One guy cut himself trying to change it, and when i told him that he was bleeding he just said that it happens and soon after he had to go replace a battery so he left but call another guy to help us finish the job, great people and really polite and nice. I have always like this store and how helpful they are.

The staff is extremely helpful. Its refreshing to find an auto store that has workers who understand the problem you are trying to solve and have solutions. These employees dont talk down to women. Usually when a woman tries to get help at a auto place or has a plumbing or electrical question, male employees are rude but Auto Zone was excellent.

This used to be my favorite spot for car parts. I went in a few days ago and the fat slob (name starts with a D) manager was extremely rude and would not let me finish a sentence. This guy interrupted me about a dozen times and just plain talked to me like I was an idiot. Hopped in my van and drove to oriellys and got pretty good service.

Shopped here and the other auto parts store for a truck battery. The other store was higher in price and noone wanted to help me. At Autozone, they were willing to help and the price ended up being about $20 less. Most of the time it is easy to get what you need and get out.
